Abstract
Description
任意の既知の方法で、付随する二酸化炭素を地熱源から分離する。地熱エネルギー源は、天然起源(間欠泉)の水(水蒸気)、又は天然に加熱され、その後回収される好適な地層に注入された外部水を使用することができる。
電気分解又はほかの開裂法のような任意の既知の方法を用いて、地熱源からの水が水素を生成するのに利用される。任意の既知の方法による二酸化炭素からメタノールへの化学変換に水素が利用される。
実施例1及び実施例2における工程に必要とされるエネルギーは、任意の既知の方法によって地熱エネルギー源の熱エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換することにより得られる。
Claims (10)
- 地熱エネルギー源からメタノールを製造する方法であって、地熱源から二酸化炭素と水又は水蒸気とを得ることと、水又は水蒸気から水素を生成することと、地熱源の水又は水蒸気に付随する二酸化炭素を単離することと、単離した二酸化炭素及び生成した水素をメタノールに変換することとを含み、単離した二酸化炭素及び生成した水素が地熱源のみから得られ、地熱源がメタノールの製造に必要なエネルギーを提供する方法。
- 地熱エネルギー源からの二酸化炭素を、好適な吸収材への吸着によって単離する請求項1の方法。
- 吸収材が、ナノ構造で表面積が大きい支持体に堆積させたポリマーを含有するポリアミノである請求項2の方法。
- ポリマーを含有するポリアミノがポリエチレンイミンであり、支持体が溶融シリカ又はアルミナである請求項3の方法。
- 水素を、電気分解又は触媒開裂若しくは熱開裂によって生成する請求項1の方法。
- メタノールを、単離した二酸化炭素及び地熱源の水又は水蒸気から生成した水素のみから、同一の地熱エネルギー源によって生成される必要なエネルギーも利用して製造する請求項1の方法。
- メタノールを形成するのに十分な条件下で水素によって二酸化炭素を還元することを含む請求項1の方法。
- ジメチルエーテルを製造するのに十分な条件下でメタノールを変換することをさらに含む請求項1の方法。
- エチレン又はプロピレンを形成するのに十分な条件下にて二官能性の酸−塩基触媒又はゼオライト触媒の存在下で、製造されたメタノール又はジメチルエーテルを反応させることをさらに含む請求項1〜8の方法。
- 合成炭化水素、誘導される化学物質、ポリマー又はそれらに由来する生成物を製造するのに十分な条件下でエチレン又はプロピレンを変換することをさらに含む請求項9の方法。
