Abstract
Description
一方が患者の気道、特に鼻道に酸素を供給する作用をなすカニューレ内の圧力を測定するためのものであり、他方が大気圧を測定するためのものであるか差圧センサーである2つの絶対圧センサー、
前記圧力の測定値を患者の呼吸数に変換することを可能とするアルゴリズムを実行するマイクロプロセッサ、
これらのデータを記録することを可能とするメモリーチップ、
前記データの無線伝送を確保することを可能とするラジオ波アンテナ、
前記システムを完全な自律性で、好ましくは少なくとも1年、なお好ましくは2年、より好ましくは少なくとも3年間、動作させることを可能とするバッテリー
を備える。
カニューレ内の圧力を測定することにより酸素流量を検出すること、
前記カニューレ内の圧力変動を測定することにより患者の呼吸を検出すること、
酸素療法治療が検出されたとき、アルゴリズムを用いて圧力値を呼吸数に変換すること
を含む方法である。
カニューレ内の圧力を、「測定ウインドウ」と呼ばれる60秒間の期間t1の間センサーにより治療の持続時間にわたって連続的に測定する。
Claims (15)
- 患者の気道に酸素を送給するカニューレを介して患者に酸素を供給することによる酸素療法治療の遵守を検出するためのデバイスにして、前記治療のデータの記録と、前記データの伝送を可能とするデバイスであって、
一方が前記カニューレ内の圧力を測定するためのものであり、他方が大気圧を測定するものであるか差圧センサーである2つの絶対圧センサー、
前記圧力の測定値を前記患者の呼吸数に変換し、それにより毎日の治療の持続時間を導き出すことが可能なアルゴリズムを実行するマイクロプロセッサ、
前記データを記録することを可能とするメモリーチップ、および
完全に自律的にシステムを動作させることを可能とするバッテリー
を備えることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記患者の鼻カニューレと前記カニューレに酸素を供給する酸素源との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記バッテリーが、少なくとも1年、好ましくは少なくとも2年、なお好ましくは少なくとも3年の自律性を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 酸素ボンベ、酸素濃縮器および液体酸素レザーバの中から選ばれる酸素源を収容し得る様に設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 酸素流量が0.5〜4l/分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記酸素源と前記患者に接続する鼻カニューレを装着することなく前記患者により着用し得るように体積と重量が小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 適切な締結システムにより腰から、または吊り下げ式締結システムにより首から着用し得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- ラジオ波により記録されたデータを、コンピュータ、携帯情報端末、前記伝送されたデータを直接記録することが可能なデバイスまたはモデムに通信するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 通信に使用される前記ラジオ波が、800MHz〜5GHzにあることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 患者の治療を持続時間と前記患者の呼吸数を測定することにより酸素療法治療の遵守を追跡するための、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスの私用。
- とりわけ請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスにより、患者の治療の持続時間を測定することにより酸素療法治療の遵守を追跡する方法であって、以下の工程:
患者の気道に酸素を供給するカニューレ内の圧力を測定することにより酸素流量を検出すること、
前記カニューレ内の圧力変動を測定することにより患者の呼吸を検出すること、
酸素療法治療が検出されたとき、アルゴリズムを用いて圧力値を呼吸数に変換すること
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記圧力値の呼吸数への変換を、FFTアルゴリズムまたはTDSアルゴリズムにより行うことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記アルゴリズムが、前記酸素源が原因となる妨害をフィルタ処理するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記カニューレ内の圧力に関するデータを第1の連続する期間(t1)の間測定し、
前記第1の期間(t1)の間に測定されたデータを、他の追加の圧力データが記録されない第2の期間(t2)の間に前記アルゴリズムにより利用させ、前記第2の期間(t2)は前記圧力値を呼吸数に変換する計算にエネルギーの消費を必要とし、ここで、t2は、t1の倍数であることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記測定期間(t1)が、20〜120秒であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
