Abstract
Description
・T>800℃での銀の高い蒸気圧により、銀−ガラスセラミック材料に基づく接触層は、長期にわたる安定性を有さない。
・そのようなペーストから形成される層が、陰極空間を流れる空気により内部コネクタからのCr蒸発によって陰極を汚染することを防ぐことができない。
DE19941282C1によると、銅酸化物、CuO/銅酸化物化合物または銀/銅酸化物化合物を備え、800−1400℃の温度範囲で溶解物または部分溶解物を形成する燃料電池の内部コネクタと陰極との間の電気伝導性の接触の実現のために、混合物が用いられる。銅酸化物として、次の成分を有する化合物が用いられるのが好ましい:(La、Sr)2CuO4−x、(La、Sr)CuO2.4+x、YBa2Cu3O7−x、Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu2O8+x、あるいはまた、Bi2(Sr、Ca)2CuO6+xもしくは(Bi、Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x。さらに、CuOおよび銅酸化物の、または、銀および銅酸化物の混合物もまた、接触のための材料として適している。この点に関し、混合物においてCuOの比率は30重量%までに、または、Agは10重量%までに達することができる。しかしながら、DE19941282から知られる接触は次の不利益を有する:
・T>850℃での銅の高い蒸気圧により、銅酸化物化合物に基づく接触層が、長期の安定性を有さない。例えば、(La、Sr)CuO2.4+x は、温度が>900℃での焼結の後にペロブスカイト構造からK2NiF4構造への相変換を連続して示す。この相変換は、層の特性にまさに負の影響を有し、これは、熱環化について具体的な影響を有する。K2NiF4構造は、より低い熱膨張係数を有し、それは、他のセル層と不適合の結果となる。
・さらに、振動、圧力変化、および張力といった機械的な影響が必ずしも層によって補正されることができず、または、そのような影響に対する十分に大きな抵抗が達成され得ず、電気伝導性の接続が、好ましくない形で再び損なわれる。
・このようなペーストから形成される層は、陰極空間を流れる空気による内部コネクタからのCr蒸発からの陰極の保護を保証できない
Claims (15)
- 内部コネクタと陰極との間に配置された高温燃料電池のための機能層であって、
それは少なくとも2相を有する材料から形成され、該2相は、ビスマスコバルトを含むペロブスカイトセラミック材料である第1の相と、ビスマスマンガン酸化物および/またはビスマスコバルト酸化物(Bi−Mn−Co−O)である第2の相とを有することを特徴とする機能層。 - 前記2相は、前記材料において均一的に分配されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機能層。
- 前記第1の相は、90〜98体積%の割合で前記材料に含まれ、前記第2の相は、2〜10体積%の割合で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の機能層。
- 前記第1の相は、x≦0.35、0≦z≦0.05、0.1≦y≦0.6、Ln=希土類元素、A=アルカリ土類元素、M=遷移金属として、化学式Ln1−x−zBizAxM1−yCoyO3−δ に従ってビスマスコバルトを含むペロブスカイトを用いて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の機能層。
- 前記機能層は、前記内部コネクタおよび陰極を他方に材料連続性を有して接続することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の機能層。
- 前記機能層は800μmまでの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の機能層。
- 前記機能層は、700℃より高い温度で少なくとも10S/cmの電気伝導性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の機能層。
- 請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の機能層の製造方法であって、
コバルトおよびビスマス酸化物を含むペロブスカイトセラミック材料が含まれた粉末混合物が製造され、続いて、液相焼結によって得られた二相を有する材料とともに、700℃〜1000℃の範囲の温度で加熱処理が行われることを特徴とする製造方法。 - コバルトを含むペロブスカイトセラミック材料が90〜98体積%の範囲の割合で含まれ、ビスマス酸化物が2〜10体積%の割合で含まれる粉末混合物が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- x≦0.35、0≦z≦0.05、0.1≦y≦0.6、Ln=希土類元素、A=アルカリ土類元素、M=遷移金属として、化学式Ln1−x−zAxM1−yCoyO3−δ に対応する、コバルトを含むペロブスカイトセラミック材料が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末混合物と液体とを用いて粘性体が調整され、前記粘性体は、前記加熱処理が行われる前に陰極および/または内部コネクタの表面に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱処理は、高温燃料電池の操作の初めの実行で行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性体は、全領域に渡りまたは棒の形状において、陰極および/または内部コネクタの表面に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性体は、追加的に含まれる有機結合剤を用いて製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 1〜5μmの範囲の平均粒子サイズを有する粉末が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
