Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rain apparatus that artificially reproduces rain.
A technique disclosed in
The second rain device disclosed in
However, the above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) In the first rain apparatus disclosed in
(2) Since the 2nd rain apparatus disclosed by
This invention solves the said conventional subject, and it aims at providing the rainfall apparatus which can reproduce various rainfall amounts and can adjust the rainfall amount and raindrop particle size with respect to a target object with sufficient precision.
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the rain apparatus of the present invention has the following configuration.
The rain apparatus according to
With this configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) When the atomized fluid is sprayed above the dew condensation part by the spray device, dew condensation occurs in the dew condensation part. The generated condensation flows down to the bottom surface of the condensation part through the through hole. The condensed water that has flowed down to the lower surface of the dew condensation part is dripped through a dripping part that hangs downward from the lower surface of the dew condensation part, and raindrops are generated. Raindrops are generated from the lower surface of the dew condensation part, while mist-like fluid is sprayed above the dew condensation part. As described above, raindrops are generated on the opposite side of the dew condensation portion where the mist-like fluid is sprayed, so that it is possible to prevent the dropped raindrops from absorbing moisture in the sprayed mist-like fluid. As a result, it is possible to adjust the amount of rainfall and the particle size of raindrops on the object by adjusting the amount and particle size of raindrops generated at the dropping portion. Since adjustment of the amount and particle size of raindrops generated in the dripping portion can be achieved by adjusting the amount of condensation generated in the dew condensation portion, it is possible to accurately adjust the amount of rainfall and the particle size of raindrops on the object.
(2) Condensation that occurs in the dew condensation part travels through the dripping part to form raindrops, and the amount of raindrops (rainfall) is adjusted by adjusting the amount of atomized fluid to be sprayed and the gas / liquid mixing ratio Is done. By adjusting the supply amount of the mist-like fluid and the mixing ratio of the gas and liquid, it is possible to easily reproduce various rainfalls ranging from rain to normal rain to heavy rains.
Here, as the dew condensation portion, a net, a punching metal, or a lattice made of a non-permeable material such as a synthetic resin or a metal is preferably used. This is because if it is non-permeable, the condensation that occurs when the sprayed mist fluid comes into contact can be obtained as raindrops without waste, and the adjustment accuracy of the rainfall amount and the rain particle size can be improved.
The size of the dew condensation portion is, for example, 0.1 to several ■ depending on the size of the object.
Or used in combination. It can also be changed according to the size of raindrops.
The through hole is formed from the upper surface to the lower surface of the dew condensation part. Condensation generated in the dew condensation part or the through hole by the through hole adheres to the dripping part suspended from the lower surface of the dew condensation part.
The size of the through hole is 0.5 to 7 mm, preferably 1 to 5 mm. Although it depends on the ambient temperature, water droplets are efficiently generated. In the case of fine raindrops such as drizzle, a through hole having a diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 mm is used. The gap between the through holes is formed to be 0.1 mm to 5 mm.
As the dropping part, one formed in a needle shape is used. The dripping part may be formed to have the same thickness from the base part to the front end in the longitudinal direction, or may be thinner toward the front end, but is preferably thinner toward the front end. It is because the dew condensation adhering to the dropping part is easily dropped. By reducing the pitch of the through-holes and dripping portions, the interval between raindrops can be reduced, and can be reproduced close to the actual rainfall state.
As the length of the dropping part, a length of 5 mm to 1000 mm is used. Moreover, as the diameter, a diameter of 0.1 mm to 5 mm is used. As a material, a material made of a metal such as stainless steel or a synthetic resin such as polyethylene is used. The interval between the dropping portions is formed larger than the target raindrop diameter. If it is smaller than the target raindrop diameter, the raindrops coalesce into large grains, which is not preferable. In addition, when it rains raindrops or large grains, it is better to narrow the interval between the dropping parts and combine the raindrops.
As a spraying device, a device that sprays a mist-like fluid in which gas and liquid (particularly water and air) are mixed at an arbitrary ratio is used. For example, a centrifugal spray type or an ultrasonic spray type sprayer or a humidifier is preferably used. As the mist-like fluid, supersaturated water vapor or mist-like water droplets are suitable. This is to make condensation easy to occur.
The spraying device is arranged at one or more places so as not to cause a density difference of the fluid in the supersaturated chamber according to the spray amount.
Invention of
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the first aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) The diffusion of the mist-like fluid in the housing can be stabilized by the housing having the lower part opened. As a result, dew condensation can be uniformly generated in the dew condensation part, and the amount of dew condensation generated can be accurately adjusted.
Here, as the housing, any shape such as a prismatic shape with a flat upper surface and side surfaces, a cylindrical shape with a flat upper surface and curved side surfaces, and a dome shape with curved upper surfaces and side surfaces can be adopted.
A third aspect of the present invention is the rain apparatus according to the first or second aspect, wherein the dew condensation portion has a configuration formed in a mesh shape or a lattice shape.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the first or second aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) By forming the dew condensation part in a mesh shape, the ratio of the area of the mesh (through hole) to the area of the dew condensation part can be increased. As a result, the condensation generated in the dew condensation part passes through the through-hole and easily adheres to the dripping part, and raindrops are easily generated.
(2) The condensation part can be reduced in weight by forming the condensation part in a mesh shape or a lattice shape, and thus the rainfall device can be reduced in weight.
Here, as a dew condensation portion such as a mesh shape, it is only necessary that the mesh is formed continuously. Any of a dimensional network structure may be used. The shape of the mesh or the like is not particularly limited, and a square shape, a rectangular shape, a hexagonal shape, or the like can be appropriately selected. For example, a commercially available cat protection mat [cat cut or thorn net] or the like can be used.

With this configuration, in addition to the action obtained in any one of
(1) The temperature of the dew condensation part can be adjusted by the temperature adjusting device, and a predetermined temperature difference can be made between the temperature of the dew condensation part and the temperature of the mist-like fluid. Since the particle size of the condensation generated in the condensation part can be adjusted by the temperature difference, the function of adjusting the raindrop particle size can be improved.
In addition, as a temperature control device, a device that directly adjusts the temperature of the dew condensation part using the electrical resistance of the dew condensation part, a device that adjusts the temperature of the dew condensation part by contacting the dew condensation part, a dew condensation part via the space It is possible to use any one that adjusts the temperature.
A sixth aspect of the present invention is the rain apparatus according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, comprising a buffer member disposed under the dew condensation portion.
With this configuration, in addition to the action obtained in any one of
(1) The raindrops that have passed through the gaps between the cushioning members are caused to fall on the subject by the cushioning members disposed above the subject, so that the raindrops can be dispersed and approached to natural rainfall.
Here, the buffer member is laid on an object such as crushed stone, gravel, brick waste, glass waste, shell waste, ceramic waste, synthetic resin ball, etc. Thus, a member in which continuous voids are formed between the particles can be used.

In FIG. 4,

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described by way of examples. The present invention is not limited to these examples. In the following examples, the rainfall apparatus in the first embodiment is applied.
As a spraying device, a rain device was obtained using two commercially available humidifiers. In addition, the capacity | capacitance per unit of the used humidifier was able to spray about 500 mL of water over 5 to 6 hours. By spraying water into the housing from a humidifier (a spraying device), condensation was generated in the dew condensation part to obtain rain. By operating the humidifier (a spraying device) for 14 hours continuously for one day, a rainfall of about 5 to 8 mm / day per 1 m 2 of the object was obtained. This is a reproduction of normal rain conditions.
Here, when the rainfall amount of about 5 mm / day per 1 m 2 of the object is converted, it is 5 L / day, that is, 3.5 mL / min. This is a small micropump level flow. Even if it is attempted to discharge water as raindrops using a thin tube, the flow rate of 3.5 mL / min is too small to be discharged.
Generally, the minimum amount of raindrops discharged from a thin tube is about 500 mL / day per thin tube. If thin tubes are arranged at a pitch of 5 cm in a 1 m 2 plane, 400 thin tubes are arranged. Considering the minimum amount of raindrops discharged from the thin tubes, the amount of rainfall greatly exceeds 5 L / day. As described above, it has been difficult to reproduce the rainfall amount (normal rainfall) of about 5 mm / day per 1 m 2 of the object.
Thus, in the past, since it was not possible to rain for a few hours continuously with a small amount of rain, for example, in order to realize 5 L / rainfall, 5 L of water droplets are showered on the object for 10 minutes every day. Was dropped intermittently over the object.
On the other hand, according to the present invention, it was possible to realize a rainfall amount of about 5 mm / day per 1 m 2 of the object with the extremely simple configuration as described above. Furthermore, by using a spraying device with a large spraying capacity or increasing the number of spraying devices, the amount of rainfall can be increased and heavy rain can be reproduced.
A small amount of rainfall can be reproduced, and by adjusting the number of humidifiers, humidifying capacity, and time, it is possible to sufficiently rain a few tens of millimeters equivalent to heavy rain.
The uniformity of raindrop distribution is extremely high.
The rainfall is stable.
Since humidifiers, nets, etc. can be used, they can be manufactured at a cost that is less than one-quarter compared to conventional rainfall devices.
Although the mitigation layer is not particularly necessary, by providing this layer, the same phenomenon as natural rainfall can be reproduced for the soil. Further, in the case of rainfall into the space, the number of raindrops can be made denser by inserting a mesh-like sheet that is smaller than the needle-like mesh. Also, by providing this layer, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of raindrop holes on the soil surface due to the raindrops falling.
