Abstract
【解決手段】組成として実質的にCaOを含まないガラス粉末とNb2O5結晶粉末を含むことを特徴とする光反射基材用材料、当該光反射基材用材料の焼結体からなることを特徴とする光反射基材、およびそれ用いたことを特徴とする発光デバイス。

Claims (10)
- 組成として実質的にCaOを含まないガラス粉末とNb2O5結晶粉末を含むことを特徴とする光反射基材用材料。
- Nb2O5結晶粉末の含有量が0.3〜5.0質量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光反射基材用材料。
- ガラス粉末が、組成として少なくともSiO2とB2O3を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光反射基材用材料。
- さらに、アルミナ、石英、ジルコニア、酸化チタン、フォルステライト、コージエライト、ムライト、ジルコンから選択される少なくとも1種のセラミック粉末を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光反射基材用材料。
- セラミック粉末の含有量が0.1〜75質量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光反射基材用材料。
- グリーンシート状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の光反射基材用材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の光反射基材用材料の焼結体からなることを特徴とする光反射基材。
- 組成として実質的にCaOを含まないガラスマトリクス中にNb2O5結晶が分散してなることを特徴とする光反射基材。
- 波長400〜800nmにおける平均光反射率が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の光反射基材。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の光反射基材を用いたことを特徴とする発光デバイス。
