Description

In the present invention, the first mold and the second mold are provided so as to be close to and away from each other with the first cavity space interposed therebetween, and a first gate capable of injecting resin is provided in the first cavity space. The present invention relates to a resin molding apparatus.

Conventionally, as this type of resin molding apparatus, as shown in FIG. 9A, the first cavity space V1 is formed by only two of the first mold 1 and the second mold 2 as molds. There was what was constituted in this way (for example, refer to patent documents 1).
That is, when the first mold 1 is a core mold, a surface cavity surface 2a for molding the surface side of the molded product Z and a peripheral cavity for molding the peripheral portion of the molded product are formed on the second mold 2 serving as a cavity mold. And surface 2b.

8)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2007-176109 (FIG. 8)

According to the resin molding apparatus described above, as shown in FIG. 9B, for example, a flexible material such as leather (including synthetic leather) or cloth is inserted as the surface material 10, and the resin is formed on the back surface. May be molded in a state where the surface material 10 and the resin portion P are exposed at the peripheral edge of the molded product Z.
When the flexible material is leather or cloth as described above, fluffing may occur on the surface side of the end edge, or the end line of the flexible material may be uneven at the periphery of the molded product. As a countermeasure, it is necessary to improve the design by covering the peripheral edge of the molded product with another cover member.
However, in order to provide another cover member at the periphery of the molded product, it takes time and labor, for example, by inserting the molded product into another mold and molding a new resin at the periphery. There is a problem.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a resin molding apparatus that can efficiently carry out the above-mentioned problems in solving the problem and molding the peripheral portion of the molded product in two portions.

According to a first characteristic configuration of the present invention, a first mold and a second mold are provided so as to be close to and away from each other with a first cavity space interposed therebetween, and a first resin that can inject resin into the first cavity space. A resin molding apparatus provided with a gate, wherein a third mold constituting a peripheral cavity surface of the first cavity space is in the proximity and separation direction with respect to the first mold and the second mold. The third mold is provided with a second cavity space that can communicate with the first cavity space at a predetermined slide position.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, the third mold that forms the peripheral cavity surface of the first cavity space is provided, so that the first mold, the second mold, the third mold, Thus, the first arrangement state constituting the first cavity space can be created.
The third mold is slidably provided along the approaching / separating direction with respect to the first mold and the second mold, and communicates with the first cavity space at a predetermined slide position. Since a free second cavity space is provided, a second arrangement state is created in which the first cavity space and the second cavity space are in communication with each other only by sliding the third mold from the first arrangement state. Can do.
That is, in the first arrangement state, resin molding in the first cavity space is possible, and in the second arrangement state, the outer periphery of the molded product in the first cavity space is placed in the second cavity space. Resin molding becomes possible, and it is possible to carry out resin molding into the second cavity space following the first cavity space with the effort of simply sliding the third mold to a predetermined sliding position. The process of molding in batches can be performed very efficiently.
As a result, for example, when a flexible material such as leather (including synthetic leather) or cloth is inserted as the surface material and the resin is injected on the back surface, the above-mentioned possibility is obtained at the peripheral portion of the molded product. It is possible to efficiently form a composite molded article having a high design property in which the end portion of the flexible material is covered with another resin without taking time and effort.
Of course, it is not limited to the insert of the flexible material as described above, and when the other surface material is inserted, or the peripheral portion is simply divided into two times without using the insert material. Even in this case, the same effect can be expected.

According to a second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the third mold is formed so as to be separable in the proximity and separation direction of the first mold and the second mold, and the dividing surfaces of the divided molds are as follows: Located in the second cavity space.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, when the molded product is removed, the first die, the second die, and the third die are separated along the approaching and separating directions, respectively, so that the molded product can be easily obtained. Can be taken out.
Furthermore, since the split surfaces of the split molds in the third mold are located in the second cavity space, the split molds can be separated from each other in the second cavity space, and the mold can be removed. The freedom of space design of the second cavity space in consideration is improved.
Therefore, it is possible to improve the designability of the molded product.

According to a third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the third mold is provided with a gate communication passage that allows the second cavity space to communicate with the second gate space through which resin can be injected. By the way.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the resin from the second gate provided separately is injected into the second cavity space through the gate communication path without preparing a dedicated gate in the third mold. Therefore, the device configuration can be simplified.
As an example, if the second gate is provided in the fixed mold, the apparatus can be configured with a simple structure even though the third mold slides.

According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the first die is provided with the first gate, and a suction port for positioning a flexible surface material inserted into the first cavity space by suction. There is an opening in the cavity surface.

According to the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, when the flexible surface material is inserted into the first cavity space and the resin is injected to the first mold side of the flexible surface material, By sucking from the suction port, the flexible surface material can be sucked and positioned on the cavity surface of the first mold, and the displacement of the flexible surface material due to the injection of the resin can be prevented. .
In this case, since it is the back surface side of the flexible surface material that directly contacts the suction port, no suction marks or the like remain on the front surface side, and the design can be prevented from being lowered.
On the other hand, as the resin is injected from the first gate, the flexible surface material is pressed from the first mold side to the second mold side by the pressing force of the resin. It is pressed to the second mold side to every corner, and it is difficult to create air pockets and wrinkles on the surface side. Therefore, the defective product occurrence rate of the molded product can be reduced.

The surface material 10 is configured such that an outer peripheral edge portion 10a is embedded between the first resin portion P1 and the second resin portion P2, and the outer peripheral edge portion 10a is not exposed on the surface side.
With this structure, the surface material 10 is finished so as not to be exposed to the surface of the molded product Z even if there is fuzz or wrinkles on the outer peripheral edge portion 10a.

The surface material 10 may be composed of, for example, natural leather, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, net, paper, etc., in addition to artificial leather, and during the resin molding of the first resin portion P1, What is necessary is just to have the flexibility which can be inserted in a metal mold | die.

Next, the resin molding apparatus S will be described.

The first mold 1 is a core mold and constitutes a back cavity surface 1a for the molded product Z.
A first gate G1 is provided at the center of the first mold 1 so that resin can be injected into the first cavity space V1.

The second mold 2 is a cavity mold and constitutes a surface cavity surface 2a for the molded product Z.

As shown in FIG. 2, the third mold 3 is provided on the first mold 1 and the second mold 2 in an externally fitted state, and the first mold 1 and the second mold 2 A pair of first and second divided molds 3A and 3B that can be divided in the approaching and separating directions.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the third mold 3 has a second cavity space V2 that can communicate with the resin portion formed in the first cavity space V1 (see FIG. 3) at a predetermined slide position. Is provided. The split surface 11 of the first split mold 3A and the second split mold 3B is positioned in the second cavity space V2 (see FIG. 2).
Incidentally, the 3rd metal mold | die 3 switches 1st cavity space V1 by the 1st metal mold | die 1, the 2nd metal mold | die 2, and the 3rd metal mold | die 3 as shown to Fig.3 (a) by switching a slide position. And a second arrangement state in which the second cavity space V2 is in communication with the already formed resin portion, as shown in FIG.
Further, the third mold 3 has a gate communication passage 12 that allows the second cavity G2 that allows resin to be injected into the second cavity space V2 and the second cavity space V2 to communicate with each other at one place in the circumferential direction. Is provided.

Incidentally, on the outer peripheral side of the third mold 3, there are an outer peripheral first mold 21 provided with the second gate G2, and a conduction path 13 for guiding the resin injected from the second gate G2 to the gate communication path 12. The provided outer peripheral second mold 22 is provided in an externally fitted state. With the outer peripheral first mold 21 and the outer peripheral second mold 22 clamped, the third mold 3 is positioned so as to be in the second arrangement state, whereby the conduction path 13 and the gate connection are formed. The passage 12 communicates with the resin from the second gate G2 and can flow into the second cavity space V2.
The outer peripheral first mold 21 is attached to a base member (not shown) common to the first mold 1, and the outer peripheral second mold 22 is a base member common to the second mold 2 (not shown). The outer peripheral first mold 21 and the outer peripheral second mold 22 have the same positional relationship as the relative positional relationship between the first mold 1 and the second mold 2.

Next, a procedure for forming the molded product Z will be described.
[1] Before the mold clamping, the third mold 3 is positioned on the outer peripheral portion of the second mold 2 so that the surface cavity surface 2a and the peripheral cavity surface 3a are continuous. The surface material 10 is arranged along (see FIG. 2).
[2] As shown in FIG. 3, the mold is clamped so as to be in the first arrangement state, and the resin is injected from the first gate G1 into the first cavity space V1, so that it is integrated with the surface material 10. The formed first resin portion P1 is formed.
[3] As shown in FIG. 4, the third mold 3 is slid to create the second arrangement state.
[4] As shown in FIG. 5, by injecting resin from the second gate G2 to the second cavity space V2 through the conduction path 13 and the gate communication path 12, the surface material 10 and the first resin portion P1 The integrated second resin portion P2 is formed.
[5] As shown in FIG. 6, mold opening is performed to take out a molded product Z in which the surface material 10, the first resin portion P <b> 1, and the second resin portion P <b> 2 are integrated.

According to the resin molding apparatus S of the present embodiment, the molded product Z including the first resin part P1 and the second resin part P2 can be made extremely efficient by switching between the first arrangement state and the second arrangement state. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently form a composite molded product having a high design property in which the peripheral portion of the flexible surface material 10 is covered with a resin without taking time and effort.
In addition, the design freedom of the second resin portion P2 is improved and the designability of the molded product Z can be improved by increasing the freedom of space design of the second cavity space V2 in consideration of mold removal. .
Furthermore, although the slide mechanism is provided as the third mold, each gate can be formed in a fixed state, so that the apparatus can be configured with a simple structure, and cost increase can be reduced.

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.

<1> The molded product Z is not limited to the shape and material described in the previous embodiment, and can be appropriately changed. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the second resin part P2 may have a large width dimension. In short, what is necessary is just to provide the 1st resin part P1 and the 2nd resin part P2 which comprises the outer peripheral part, and the surface material 10 does not necessarily need to be provided.
Further, the surface material 10 is not limited to the artificial leather described in the previous embodiment, and may be composed of natural leather, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, net, paper, or the like.

<2> The procedure for forming the molded product is not limited to that described in the previous embodiment, and can be changed as appropriate.
For example, regarding the insert of the surface material 10 into the first cavity space V1, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, a suction port 1b for positioning the surface material 10 inserted into the first cavity space V1 by suction, The back cavity surface 1a of the first mold 1 is opened at a plurality of locations, and the surface material 10 is arranged at a predetermined position of the first mold 1, and then the back cavity surface is sucked by the suction port 1b. The surface material 10 may be temporarily fixed on 1a. In this case, it is possible to prevent displacement of the surface material 10 due to resin injection.
Further, since traces due to suction do not remain on the surface 10 of the surface material, it is possible to prevent deterioration in design.
Further, as the resin is injected from the first gate G1, as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, the surface material 10 is applied to the second mold from the first mold 1 side by the pressing force of the resin. Since it is pressed to the mold 2 side, it is pressed to the second mold 2 side as the resin spreads, and it is difficult to form air pockets or wrinkles on the surface side. Therefore, the defective product occurrence rate of the molded product can be reduced.
