Abstract
【解決手段】アミン吸収剤を用いる二酸化炭素(CO2)除去装置からの排ガス中に含まれるアミン類を除去する排ガス処理方法であって、酸化チタンとバナジウム(V)の酸化物、または酸化チタンとバナジウムの酸化物及びモリブデン(Mo)もしくはタングステン(W)の酸化物からなる触媒充填層に前記排ガスを通気してガス中に含まれるアミン類を吸着除去する工程と、アミン類が吸着した前記触媒充填層に加熱空気を通気して触媒を昇温すると同時に、吸着したアミン類の脱離及び酸化分解を行う工程とを交互に行う排ガス処理方法。

Description
(1)アミン吸収剤を用いる二酸化炭素(CO2)除去装置からの排ガス中に含まれるアミン類を除去する排ガス処理方法であって、酸化チタンとバナジウム(V)の酸化物、または酸化チタンとバナジウムの酸化物およびモリブデン(Mo)もしくはタングステン(W)の酸化物からなる触媒充填層に前記排ガスを通気してガス中に含まれるアミン類を吸着除去する工程と、アミン類が吸着した前記触媒充填層に加熱空気を通気して触媒を昇温すると同時に、吸着したアミン類の脱離および酸化分解を行う工程とを交互に行うことを特徴とする排ガス処理方法。
(2)加熱空気が、ボイラなどの燃焼炉からの排ガスである(1)記載の排ガス処理方法。
(3)アミン吸収剤を用いる二酸化炭素(CO2)除去装置と、該CO2除去装置の排ガス中に含まれるアミン類の除去する触媒充填層を有する排ガス処理装置であって、前記触媒充填層は、排ガスの流通方向に並列に設けられた複数の反応器内に形成されるか、または反応器内を排ガスの流通方向に並列に仕切って設けられた複数の反応室に形成され、前記複数の反応器または反応室にアミン類を含む排ガスと、前記触媒充填層に吸着されたアミン類を脱離、分解させるための加熱空気をそれぞれ供給する配管系と、該配管系に前記排ガスと加熱空気を交互に切替えて供給する前記配管系の切替手段とを有する排ガス処理装置。
(4)前記反応室は、円筒形の反応容器をその中心軸の回りに排ガスの流通方向に沿って放射状に仕切って形成されるとともに、前記切替手段は、前記円筒形の反応容器をその中心軸の回りに回転させることにより、前記配管系を介して前記反応室にアミン類を含んだ排ガスと加熱空気を交互に通気するものである(3)記載の排ガス処理装置。
酸化チタン粉末比表面積:300m2/g、SO4含有量:3重量%)1.5kg、モリブデン酸アンモニウム((NH46・Mo7O24・4H2O)188g、メタバナジン酸アンモニウム(NH4VO3)175g、および蓚酸(H2C2O4・2H2O)226gに水を加えて混練を行い、水分34重量%のペースト状にした。これにシリカ・アルミナ製無機繊維300gを練り込み均一に分散させた。得られたペーストを厚さ0.2mmのSUS430製メタルラス基材上に置き、上下1対のローラプレスの間を通過させて、触媒ペーストをメタルラスの貫通孔内を埋めるように塗布し、厚さ0.8mmのシート状にした。得られたシートを風乾後、500℃で2時間焼成したアミン類分解触媒1を調製した。
実施例1のモリブデン酸アンモニウムをメタタングステン酸アンモニウム((NH46W12O40.xH2O、WO3として92%)268gに変更した以外は同様の操作を行い、アミン類分解触媒2を調製した。
[実施例3]
実施例1におけるモリブデン酸アンモニウムの添加を行わず、その他は同様の操作を行い、アミン類分解触媒3を調製した。
直径10cm−セル数300セル/平方インチ(300cpsi)−長さ50Lのコーディエライトハニカム担体をTiO2濃度15重量%のチタニアゾルに浸漬し、乾燥する操作を3回繰り返した後、350℃で2時間の焼成を行い、TiO2担持量90g/Lの触媒担体を得た。得られた触媒担体をジニトロジアンミン白金溶液に浸漬し、Ptとして2g/Lの白金を担持して乾燥した後、600℃で2時間焼成してPt担持触媒を調製した。

- アミン吸収剤を用いる二酸化炭素(CO2)除去装置からの排ガス中に含まれるアミン類を除去する排ガス処理方法であって、酸化チタンとバナジウム(V)の酸化物、または酸化チタンとバナジウムの酸化物およびモリブデン(Mo)もしくはタングステン(W)の酸化物からなる触媒充填層に前記排ガスを通気してガス中に含まれるアミン類を吸着除去する工程と、アミン類が吸着した前記触媒充填層に加熱空気を通気して触媒を昇温すると同時に、吸着したアミン類の脱離および酸化分解を行う工程とを交互に行うことを特徴とする排ガス処理方法。

- アミン吸収剤を用いる二酸化炭素(CO2)除去装置と、該CO2除去装置の排ガス中に含まれるアミン類の除去する触媒充填層を有する排ガス処理装置であって、前記触媒充填層は、排ガスの流通方向に並列に設けられた複数の反応器内に形成されるか、または反応器内を排ガスの流通方向に並列に仕切って設けられた複数の反応室に形成され、前記複数の反応器または反応室にアミン類を含む排ガスと、前記触媒充填層に吸着されたアミン類を脱離、分解させるための加熱空気をそれぞれ供給する配管系と、該配管系に前記排ガスと加熱空気を交互に切替えて供給する前記配管系の切替手段とを有する排ガス処理装置。
- 前記反応室は、円筒形の反応容器をその中心軸の回りに排ガスの流通方向に沿って放射状に仕切って形成されるとともに、前記切替手段は、前記円筒形の反応容器をその中心軸の回りに回転させることにより、前記配管系を介して前記反応室にアミン類を含んだ排ガスと加熱空気を交互に通気するものである請求項3記載の排ガス処理装置。
