Abstract
【解決手段】電極組立体と電解液とが収容されるケースと、電極組立体に接続された電極端子と、ケースを密封し、電極端子が貫通する蓋板と、電極端子と蓋板との間に位置し、電極端子と蓋板の電気的短絡を防止するシールガスケットとを含み、シールガスケットの周囲には傾斜部が形成される二次電池が提供される。

Claims (16)
- 電極組立体と電解液とが収容されるケースと、
前記電極組立体に接続された電極端子と、
前記ケースを密封し、前記電極端子が貫通する蓋板と、
前記電極端子と前記蓋板との間に位置し、前記電極端子と前記蓋板の電気的短絡を防止するシールガスケットと、
を含み、
前記シールガスケットの周囲には傾斜部が形成されることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記シールガスケットは、
前記電極端子と前記蓋板との間に位置する本体と、
前記本体の下端から水平方向の外側に延び、前記蓋板の下面に密着するフランジと、
を含み、
前記傾斜部は、前記フランジの端部に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記フランジの上面には、前記蓋板の下面と密着する少なくとも一つの突起または凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板の下面には、前記フランジの上面と密着する少なくとも一つの突起または凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、
前記シールガスケットの本体を貫通する端子本体と、
前記端子本体に連結されると共に、前記シールガスケットのフランジの下面に密着する端子延長部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記傾斜部は、下部から上部に向かって前記シールガスケットの直径が徐々に大きくなるようにする形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記傾斜部には、少なくとも一つの突起または凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記傾斜部には下部絶縁体が密着し、
前記下部絶縁体は前記蓋板の下面に密着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記下部絶縁体には、前記傾斜部に密着する傾斜面が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記下部絶縁体には、前記電極端子が結合される凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記下部絶縁体には、前記傾斜部に密着する少なくとも一つの突起または凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板には、前記下部絶縁体が結合される凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子には上部絶縁体が結合され、
前記上部絶縁体は、前記蓋板の上面に密着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記蓋板には、前記上部絶縁体が結合されるよう凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子には端子板が結合され、
前記端子板は上部絶縁体に密着することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記上部絶縁体には、前記端子板が結合されるよう凹溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の二次電池。
