Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wheel guard device for preventing derailment of a railway vehicle (hereinafter simply referred to as “vehicle”) and escape of the derailed vehicle out of a track.
In order to prevent derailment or runaway of a vehicle traveling on the main rail, a wheel guard device may be installed on the track along the main rail (see, for example,
In the wheel guard device of
The wheel guard apparatus of
By the way, when a long rail is used as the main rail, an extension seam may be provided at the end of the long rail in order to allow the end of the rail to expand and contract due to temperature changes. The expansion joint has a receiving rail connected to the end of the long rail and a tongrel that contacts the receiving rail in the left-right direction. These two rails lined up on the left and right are fastened to the sleeper via the floor plate. The For this reason, in the installation location of an expansion-contraction seam, the structure on a roadbed tends to become complicated. On the other hand, even in such a place, there is a high demand for preventing derailment and runaway of the vehicle.
However,
If such a conventional wheel guard device is diverted to the installation location of the expansion / contraction seam, a wheel guard device consisting of a dedicated part will be installed in the expansion / contraction seam having an originally complicated structure. It is extremely difficult to do. Even if it can be placed, the structure on the roadbed can become very complex and can hinder rapid track maintenance.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to simplify the structure when the wheel guard device is provided around the installation location of the expansion joint.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a wheel guard device for an expansion / contraction seam according to the present invention has a pair of tongrels and a receiving rail that are in contact with each other in the width direction and supported by a sleeper via a floor plate. A wheel guard device for an expansion / contraction seam attached to the expansion / contraction seam, the pair of support members provided on the sleepers and disposed inside the pair of tonglers and the receiving rail, and the pair of support members A pair of guard rails that are respectively supported and extend along the rails along the inside of the pair of tongrails and the receiving rails, and the support member is opposite to the receiving rails with respect to the tongrelels and the receiving rails A rail brace for supporting the tongrel is provided between the tongrel and the support member. And spaced apart from the guardrail, characterized in that it is supported by the floor.
According to such a configuration, the wheel guard device is configured by the pair of guard rails arranged along the tongue joint and the receiving rail of the expansion joint and the support member that supports the guard rail, and the support member is the floor plate of the expansion joint. Is supported with a receiving rail and a tongrel. For this reason, the whole structure of an expansion-contraction seam and a wheel guard apparatus can be simplified. Moreover, since the rail brace which supports a tongrel is provided between the tongrel and the support member and this is supported on the floor board, the floor board in which the structure for supporting the tong grail and the components of the wheel guard device are common. The overall structure of the expansion joint and the wheel guard device can be simplified. In addition, since the rail brace is provided separately from the wheel guard device and is separated from the guard rail, maintenance and inspection of both the expansion joint and the wheel guard device and parts replacement work can be easily performed independently. it can.
The rail brace is preferably smaller in the width direction than the brace supporting the receiving rail. Thereby, it becomes easy to keep the distance between the Tongrel and the guard rail appropriately, and derailment of the vehicle traveling on the expansion joint can be effectively prevented.
It is preferable that taper surfaces are formed on both side edges of the floor plate in the width direction, and the floor plate is held in the width direction by a pair of wedge pieces abutting against the taper surface. Thereby, even if the load from the vehicle side acts on the wheel guard device on the floor board, the load can be received by the wedge action, and the state where the floor board is fixed to the sleeper can be maintained.
It is preferable that a locking piece is provided at the end of the floor board in the track extending direction, and the locking piece is locked to the sleeper. Thereby, even if the load from a vehicle side acts on a wheel guard device to a floor board, the state where the floor board is being fixed to the sleeper by the locking piece can be maintained. And a first restricting portion for restricting the wheels from coming off from the Tongrel and the receiving rail by projecting in a direction close to the receiving rail, and an inwardly extending vehicle away from the Tongrel and the receiving rail. It is preferable to have the 2nd control part for controlling that it deviates from a track.
Here, when a large lateral force is applied to the vehicle traveling through the stretched seam, one wheel moves outward and rides on the tongrail or receiving rail, and the other wheel moves inward. Trying to come off the tong rail or receiving rail. By setting it as the said structure, the wheel which moves inside by the effect | action of a lateral force comes to contact | abut to the edge of the 1st control part of a guardrail, and it is controlled from moving further inside this. Therefore, derailment of the vehicle can be prevented beforehand. Further, when the lateral force is excessive and the vehicle derails when the wheel passes over the guard rail, the wheel falls off on the sleeper on the inner side of the wheel guard device, and the vehicle tries to escape from the track. At this time, the structure of the vehicle comes into contact with the end edge of the second restricting portion of the guard rail, and the vehicle can be restricted from traveling out of the track. Therefore, even if the vehicle derails, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from greatly running out of the track.
The guard rail includes a web portion supported by the support member in a vertically extending state, and a flange portion that is connected to an upper end portion of the web portion and extends horizontally above the support member. The first restricting portion is configured by a portion extending toward the tongrel and the receiving rail with respect to the web portion, and the flange portion extends to the opposite side of the web portion from the first restricting portion. The second restricting portion may be configured by a part. Thus, by setting it as the cross-section T shape, a 1st control part and a 2nd control part are integrally formed in a guardrail, and it can avoid that the manufacturing process of a guardrail becomes complicated.
It is preferable that the guard rail is fastened together with the support member and the holding member in a state where the guard rail is sandwiched between the support member and a holding member disposed on the opposite side of the support member. As a result, even if a lateral force acts on the first restricting portion, even if a lateral force acts on the second restricting portion in the direction opposite to the acting direction on the first restricting portion, the load is applied by the support member and the holding member. Since it can receive, the load resistance of a wheel guard apparatus can be improved.
It is preferable that the upper surface of the first restricting portion is at a position higher than the upper surfaces of the tongrel and the receiving rail. Thereby, even if a lateral force is applied, the wheel is unlikely to ride on the first restricting portion, so that derailment is less likely to occur.
It is preferable that at least one of the first restricting portion and the second restricting portion has a front end portion in the traveling direction of the vehicle notched. As a result, when the vehicle continues to run while the wheel or vehicle structure is in contact with the first restricting portion or the second restricting portion of the guardrail, the load from the wheel or structure is Even if the guard rail is deformed, the wheel or the structure can smoothly move to the next guard rail, and the state in which derailment or escape is prevented can be continued.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when installing a wheel guard around the installation location of an expansion-contraction seam, the structure can be simplified.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to these drawings. The direction perpendicular to the track extension direction and the direction in which the pair of main rails are arranged is the `` left-right direction '', the side closer to the center line in the left-right direction between the main rails is `` inside '', and the side farther is `` "Outside".
The main line of the track shown in FIG. 1 is formed by connecting so-called
The
The
The fastening structure of the expansion /
The
With respect to the
The
At the time of fastening, one side surface of the
The
A
A predetermined interval A is provided in the left-right direction between the end edge of the first restricting
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3A, the
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), when a large lateral force acts on the
While the
If the lateral force is excessive, the
If the
According to the
Moreover, when the
Hereinafter, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 2A, the left and right edges of the
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the
Returning to FIG. 2 (b), when the tapered
Next, regarding the
The first restricting
Here, as shown in FIG. 3B, if the
Hereinafter, a
As shown in FIG. 6A, the
Similar to the above embodiment, the receiving
The
A rail support surface for supporting the
The fixing
The
The embodiment of the present invention described so far is merely an example, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
The wheel guard device according to the present invention has an effect of simplifying the structure when the wheel guard device is provided around the installation location of the expansion joint, and is beneficial when applied to the periphery of the installation location of the expansion joint.
