Abstract
【解決手段】モータジェネレータ10は、インバータ30を介して高電圧バッテリ32に接続されている。高電圧バッテリ32の電圧は、DCDCコンバータ36によって降圧された後、低電圧バッテリ32に印加される。エンジン20の始動に際し、スタータ22の起動処理を、DCDCコンバータ36の出力電圧を印加することで行う。この際、DCDCコンバータ36の出力電圧を、エンジン20の温度や、低電圧バッテリ34の電圧、エンジン20の潤滑油の劣化度合い等に応じて可変設定する。

以下、本発明にかかる車両用制御装置をパラレルハイブリッド車に適用した第1の実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の出力軸に初期回転を付与する初期回転付与手段と、該初期回転付与手段に接続される低電圧バッテリと、該低電圧バッテリよりも電圧の高い高電圧バッテリと、前記高電圧バッテリの電圧を降圧して前記低電圧バッテリに印加するコンバータとを備える車両に適用される車両用制御装置において、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に初期回転を付与するに際し、前記コンバータを操作することで該コンバータによって前記初期回転付与手段に印加する電圧を可変とする可変手段を備えることを特徴とする車両用制御装置。 - 前記可変手段は、前記内燃機関の温度が低い場合、前記印加する電圧を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記可変手段は、前記低電圧バッテリの電圧が低い場合、前記印加する電圧を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記可変手段は、前記高電圧バッテリの残存容量が少ない場合、前記印加する電圧を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記可変手段は、前記内燃機関の潤滑油の劣化度合いが大きい場合、前記印加する電圧を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記可変手段は、前記初期回転付与手段の回転速度をフィードバック制御すべく前記印加する電圧を操作することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の始動に際して前記初期回転付与手段に印加される都度の電圧の大きさの履歴に基づき、前記初期回転付与手段の寿命を予測する予測手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記車両は、車載主機として前記内燃機関に加えて回転電機を備えるものであり、
前記高電圧バッテリは、電力変換回路を介して前記回転電機に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
