Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態による有機発光表示装置は、基板本体と、前記基板本体上に形成された複数の有機発光素子と、前記基板本体上に形成され、前記複数の有機発光素子をカバーする封止薄膜と、前記複数の有機発光素子の間の境界領域上に形成された視差隔壁層とを含む。前記複数の有機発光素子のいずれか一つの有機発光素子は、隣接する有機発光素子のいずれか一つ以上と異なる色の光を放出する。

Claims (15)
- 基板本体と、
前記基板本体上に形成された複数の有機発光素子と、
前記基板本体上に形成され、前記複数の有機発光素子をカバーする封止薄膜と、
前記複数の有機発光素子の間の境界領域上に形成された視差隔壁層とを含む有機発光表示装置。 - 前記複数の有機発光素子のいずれか一つの有機発光素子は、隣接する有機発光素子のいずれか一つ以上と異なる色の光を放出する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記視差隔壁層は、前記複数の有機発光素子から放出した光が形成する画像に視差を発生させる、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記視差隔壁層は、遮光成分を含む有機層及び無機層のいずれか一つで形成される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記視差隔壁層は、前記複数の有機発光素子から0.1μm〜10μm範囲内の距離を置いて離隔した、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜と前記視差隔壁層とは一体に形成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜は、0.1μm〜10μm範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜は、複数の無機層が積層された多層構造に形成される、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記無機層は、Al2O3、TiO2、ZrO、SiO2、AlON、AlN、SiON、Si3N4、ZnO、及びTa2O5のいずれか一つ以上を含む材料で形成される、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記視差隔壁層は、前記複数の無機層の間に配置される、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記視差隔壁層は、前記複数の有機発光素子から最も遠く離れた最上層の上に配置される、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止薄膜は、複数の無機層と複数の有機層とが交互的に積層された多層構造に形成される、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記無機層は、Al2O3、TiO2、ZrO、SiO2、AlON、AlN、SiON、Si3N4、ZnO、及びTa2O5のいずれか一つ以上を含む材料で形成され、
前記有機層はポリマー系の材料で形成される、請求項12の記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記視差隔壁層は、前記複数の無機層と有機層との間に配置される、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記視差隔壁層は、前記複数の有機発光素子から最も遠く離れた最上層の上に配置される、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
