Claims (8)
- 磁気式受動位置センサであって、
当該位置センサは基板と、ハウジングを構成するカバーと、ハウジング外の可動磁石と、ハウジング内に配置されている、多数の個別の電気コンタクトを有している抵抗網と、前記磁石の運動領域内に配置されている多数のコンタクトばね部材とを有しており、当該コンタクトばね部材は共通の基体を介して相互に結合されており、湾曲領域とコンタクト領域から成り、
ここで、前記コンタクトばね部材は、前記抵抗網のコンタクトと対向し、コンタクト領域は前記磁石によって、前記抵抗網のコンタクトに対して動き、前記抵抗網の個々のコンタクトに、少なくとも2つのコンタクトばね部材のコンタクト領域が割り当てられている形式のものにおいて、
それぞれ2つの、隣接しているコンタクトばね部材(5a〜5d)が機械的に相互に結合されている、
ことを特徴とする磁気式受動位置センサ。 - 1つのコンタクト(4a;4b)に割り当てられているそれぞれ2つのコンタクトばね部材(5a,5b;5c,5d)が、機械的に相互に結合されている、請求項1記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
- そのうちの各々がそれぞれ1つのコンタクト(4a;4b)に割り当てられている、それぞれ2つの隣接しているコンタクトばね部材(5b,5c)が、機械的に相互に結合されている、請求項1記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
- 前記コンタクトばね部材(5a〜5d)は、自身の湾曲領域(6)において相互に結合されている、請求項1〜3までのいずれか1項記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
- 基体(8)に対する、2つのコンタクトばね部材(5)の間の結合部(15)の間隔は、コンタクトばね部材(5)の湾曲領域(6)の長さの半分よりも短い、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
- 2つのコンタクトばね部材(5)の間の前記結合部(15)は、前記湾曲領域(6)の幅と同じ幅を有している、請求項5記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
- 2つのコンタクトばね部材(5)の間の前記結合部(15)は別個の部分であり、当該別個の部分が、前記コンタクトばね部材(5)と結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
- 2つのコンタクトばね部材(5)の間の前記結合部(15)は一体的にコンタクトばね部材と結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の磁気式受動位置センサ。
