Abstract
Description
図3は、絶縁材料3が90mmの厚さである実施例を示す。EN1366 Part1にしたがった60〜120minの火災等級については、30〜90mmの厚さが使用される。充填材料12が位置するダクトと壁貫通孔との間の間隙は、たとえば50mmの厚さを有する。たとえばダクトの高さが300mmであれば、壁貫通孔の高さは、(図示しない端面フランジなどの)装着要素が上に設けられたダクトを容易に設置することができるように、顧客によって400mmに選択される。ダクトの設置後、ダクトと壁貫通孔との間には全体的におよそ50mmの間隙が存在する。この間隙は、従来は鉱物綿からなる充填材料12によって塞がれ、火災の場合にガスおよび火災に対する良好な封止を実現するために、高密度の充填が優先される。難燃材料、特に発泡性物質13の層が、充填材料の両方の端面に設けられる。このような難燃性の発泡性物質は市販されている。これらに隣接してアングル形材10が配置され、ダクト2に接触し、従来の方法でリベット8(図2)によってダクト2に取付けられる。
Claims (9)
- ダクト(2)を絶縁するための装置であって、特に空調もしくは換気ダクトが壁(1)または天井などの貫通孔を通り、前記ダクト(2)と前記貫通孔との間の間隙が充填材料(12)で充填され、前記ダクト(2)の外側の周囲に絶縁材料(3)が設けられ、前記絶縁材料(3)は、その端面によって少なくとも部分的に前記貫通孔と接触し、耐熱接着材料(11)が前記絶縁材料の端面、好ましくはいくつかの部分の全表面にわたって設けられ、
前記充填材料(12)は、前記接着材料(11)の方を向いている端部において、火災を抑制する発泡性物質(13)でコーティングされ、前記耐熱接着材料(11)は、前記発泡性物質でコーティングされた前記充填材料に、前記絶縁材料(3)の表面の少なくとも一部分を接合することを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記耐熱接着材料(11)は、前記貫通孔の近傍において、前記ダクト(2)におよび/または前記貫通孔を包囲する壁もしくは天井(1)などに装着されるアングル材要素(10または10′)、特にL部分に、前記絶縁材料(3)の表面の少なくとも一部、好ましくは全表面を接合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記耐熱接着材料(11)は、前記絶縁材料(3)の表面の少なくとも一部、好ましくは全表面を壁または天井(1)に接合することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記耐熱接着材料(11)は、ケイ酸塩接着剤、特に水ガラスベースの接着剤であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ダクト(2)は長方形であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁材料(3)の厚さは前記間隙(12)よりも大きく、前記接着材料(11)は、充填材料(12)と壁または天井(1)との両方に前記絶縁材料(3)を接合することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁材料(3)および前記充填材料(12)は鉱物綿によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁材料(3)および前記充填材料(12)は岩綿によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
