Claims (12)
- 刺し傷をつけるためのランセット(7)と、
刺し傷から体液試料を受容するための試料受容装置(9)と、
刺し傷がつけられるべき体の部位(5)を置くための筐体開口(2)を備えた装置筐体(6)と、
前記装置筐体(6)に配設され、ランセット(7)を駆動して、刺し傷をつけ、続いて刺し傷まで試料受容装置(9)を駆動するための駆動部(21)と、
前記ランセット(7)を、穿刺のために移動し、続いて試料受容用のために移動して、前記試料受容装置(9)と、前記駆動部(21)とを連結し、穿刺の移動時および試料受容の移動時に、出発位置から終端位置に前進移動させ、前記終端位置から前記出発位置まで帰還移動させる連結部(11)と、
試料受容の移動時に、前記連結部(11)が穿刺の移動時に到達する終端位置とは異なる終端位置に前記連結部(11)を到達させる移動制御部(20)と
を備えた穿刺システムにおいて、
前記連結部(11)が、試料受容の移動時に、穿刺の移動時に前記連結部(11)が到達する終端位置に対して相対的に側方に変位した終端位置に到達することを特徴とする穿刺システム。 - 前記連結部(11)が、試料受容の移動時に、穿刺の移動時よりも長く移動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の穿刺システム。
- 穿刺後に、前記試料受容装置(9)を搬送方向に移動することにより、前記試料受容装置(9)を前記連結部(11)に導くための搬送装置が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結部(11)が、試料受容の移動時に、穿刺の移動時に前記連結部(11)が到達する終端位置に対して、相対的に前記搬送方向を横断する方向で変位した終端位置に到達することを特徴とする請求項3記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記試料受容装置(9)が、受容した体液試料を検査するための検査化学物質を有する検査域であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 刺し傷をつけるためのランセット(7)と、
刺し傷から体液試料を受容するための試料受容装置(9)と、
刺し傷がつけられるべき体の部位(5)を置くための筐体開口(2)を備えた装置筐体(6)と、
前記装置筐体(6)に配設され、ランセット(7)を移動して刺し傷をつけ、続いて刺し傷に試料受容装置(9)を移動するための駆動部(21)と、
前記ランセット(7)を穿刺のために移動し、続いて試料受容装置(9)を試料受容のために移動し、前記駆動部(21)に連結し、穿刺の移動時および試料受容の移動時に、出発位置から終端位置へ前進移動させ、前記終端位置から前記出発位置に帰還移動させる連結部(11)と、
試料受容の移動時に、前記連結部(11)が穿刺の移動時に前記連結部(11)を到達させる終端位置とは異なる終端位置へ到達させる移動制御部(20)と
を備えた穿刺システムであって、
前記ランセット(6)と試料受容装置(9)とが、担体ベルト(10)上に配設されていることを特徴とする穿刺システム。 - 前記担体ベルト(10)が、穿刺の移動時および試料受容の移動時に、縦長方向に曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記移動制御部(20)が、穿刺の移動のための第1制御カム(23、31)と、試料受容の移動のための第2制御カム(24、30)とを備えたカム制御部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記移動制御部(20)が、穿刺方向を横断する方向に位置を変えることができる偏向面(44)を有し、前記連結部(11)を前記偏向面(44)に接してこれに沿ってスライドさせることにより、穿刺方向を横断する方向に前記連結部(11)を逸らすために、前記偏向面(44)が穿刺方向に対して傾斜して延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記偏向面(44)が、穿刺深さを設定するための設定部材と連結され、前記設定部材が、下面(40)と上面とを有し、前記下面(40)が、穿刺時に患者の体の部位(5)の方向を向き、前記上面が、ストッパ面(41)を備え、前記ストッパ面において、穿刺時に前記連結部(11)が係止され、前記ストッパ部材(20)が、穿刺方向を横断する方向に前記ストッパ面(41)から前記下面(40)までの穿刺方向の範囲が変わり、その結果、前記ストッパ部材(20)が穿刺方向を横断する方向に移動して、穿刺時に、ランセット(7)の先端で前記ストッパ部材(20)の下面(40)を超えて当該ランセット(7)を突出させるように設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結部(11)が、試料受容の前進移動の間、側方に逸れることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記装置筐体(6)が、ランセット(7)および試料受容装置(9)の交換可能な在庫(10)用の収納箱を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
