Description
本発明の範囲における右勝手および左勝手溝の概念は、係合要素が溝に噛み合う溝始点と係合要素が再び溝から外れる溝終点との間における溝の回転方向に関係する。溝の傾斜は通常、カムキャリヤ上のカムおよび/またはカムプロフィールの基礎円部分に応じて、約180度のカムシャフトの回転角度にわたって広がる。一方、溝全体はそれより大きい回転角度にわたっても広がり、溝全体には傾斜の部分の他にカムキャリヤの周方向に延びる1つ以上の部分が含まれる。
カムキャリヤ3,4をそれぞれの移動位置に固定するために、滑り軸受36は各移動位置においてデテント機構37によって軸方向に停止可能である。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関のガス交換バルブの動弁装置であって、内燃機関のハウジング内に回転自在に軸支された少なくとも1つのカムシャフトと、カムシャフト上に回転方向には固定され軸方向には移動可能に案内される少なくとも1つのカムキャリヤとを備え、さらに、右勝手あるいは左勝手の溝に噛み合う少なくとも2つの係合要素を含み、少なくとも1つのカムキャリヤをカムシャフト上でカムシャフトに対して軸方向に移動させる装置とを備え、
右勝手の溝(19)と左勝手の溝(20)とが直接隣接して配置され、かつ相互に入り込んで移行あるいは合体する
ことを特徴とする動弁装置。 - 右勝手の溝(19)と左勝手の溝(20)とは、中心軸が周方向に延びる1つの溝にV形に合体することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動弁装置。
- 溝(19,20)は共通の終点(35)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の動弁装置。
- カムキャリヤ(3,4)には、異なった3つのカム(13,14,15)および/またはカムプロフィールを有する少なくとも1つのカム群またはカムプロフィール群(5,6)が含まれ、カムキャリヤ(3,4)はカム(13,14,15)および/またはカムプロフィールの中心間隔に一致する間隔の分離した3つの移動位置に移動可能であり、
かつ、係合要素(22,23,24)はカムシャフト(2)の軸方向で、カム(13,14,15)および/またはカムプロフィールの中心間隔と一致する間隔に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の動弁装置。 - 右勝手の溝(19)あるいは左勝手の溝(20)の始点と合体した溝(19,20)の終点との間の中心間隔はカム(13,14,15)および/またはカムプロフィールの中心間隔に一致することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の動弁装置。
- カムキャリヤ(3,4)を外側の移動位置から中央の移動位置に移動させるためには、中央の係合要素(23)を移動方向前方の溝(19,20)に噛み合わせ、
カムキャリヤ(3,4)を中央の移動位置から一方の外側の移動位置に移動させるためには、移動方向前方の係合要素(22もしくは24)を移動方向前方の溝(19もしくは20)に噛み合わせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の動弁装置。 - 右勝手の溝(19)および左勝手の溝(20)をカムキャリヤ(3,4)上に配置し、
係合要素(22,23,24)を、内燃機関のハウジングに固定で取り付けた少なくとも1つのサーボ機構(21)によって溝(19,20)の一方に噛み合わせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の動弁装置。
