Description

The present invention relates to a non-contact shape measuring apparatus that measures the shape of a hot forged deformed product having a complicated shape without a clear measurement standard, and more particularly to a technique that enables in-line non-contact shape measurement.

Hot forged variants such as crankshafts have complex shapes and do not have a clear measurement standard. In the shape inspection of such a hot forged variant, it has been performed by point measurement and line measurement with a contact measuring device using a 2D drawing. For example, in the contact measuring apparatus 10 shown in FIG. 9, the shape of the object to be measured M is obtained by the contact of the measuring needle 11 with the surface thereof. However, in such contact measurement, a lot of preparation time and measurement time are consumed, and there is a problem that there is a part where measurement with the measuring needle 11 is impossible, so that the measurement part is limited.

On the other hand, a non-contact measurement method using a camera or a laser may be used. However, a hot forged deformed product that is an object to be measured does not have a clear measurement standard, and thus high-precision measurement is difficult. Therefore, in the non-contact measurement method of the object to be measured that does not have a clear measurement standard such as a hot forged profile, an arbitrary reference surface 22 is set separately from the object M as shown in FIG. It is conceivable to irradiate the reference surface 22 and the object to be measured M with a beam (broken arrow in the figure) from the light source 21 and compare the positions of the reference surface 22 and the measured shape of the object to be measured M (for example, Patent Document 1) ). However, in this non-contact measurement, it is necessary to prepare the reference surface 22 in advance, and the accuracy of the positional relationship between the reference surface 22 and the measurement object M greatly affects the measurement accuracy. High accuracy is required for holding M.

From the background as described above, it is conceivable to perform shape measurement using a non-contact optical three-dimensional digitizer device that does not require the setting of a reference surface different from the object to be measured. In the measurement method using the digitizer device, when using an object to be measured having a shape and size that is difficult to measure by one imaging, reference is made to a plurality of locations on the surface of the object M as shown in FIG. A point R is provided, and the image is taken by the CCD camera of the imaging unit 30. In this case, each patch is automatically synthesized instantaneously with reference to a common reference point R in a portion where the first measured region and the next measured region overlap, and three-dimensional data is generated. Then, alignment is performed so that the sum of errors between the point cloud data D1 of the measured shape obtained in this way and the CAD data D2 as the target design data is minimized, and the shape is evaluated based on the difference between the data. (FIG. 11B).

However, in the measurement using the digitizer as described above, it is necessary to manually perform the following pre-measurement preparation process (reference point setting process and developer application process) and scanning process. In the reference point setting step, after degreasing the surface of the object to be measured, it is necessary to manually stick seals as reference points to a plurality of locations on the surface of the object to be measured. In the developer application process, it is necessary to manually apply the developer to the surface of the object to be measured to suppress the gloss of the surface. Moreover, in this case, in order to improve the measurement accuracy, the thickness of the developer must be uniformly applied on the surface of the object to be measured, and the developer that has adhered to the reference point must be removed. Take it. In the scanning process, in order to photograph the object to be measured from various angles, it is necessary to change the position of the object to be measured with respect to the CCD camera. Since each process is performed manually as described above, the measurement using the digitizer device cannot be inlined into the mass production process.

Therefore, in the present invention, when a hot forged profile is used as the object to be measured, the shape measurement accuracy can be improved, as well as by automating the pre-measurement preparation process and the scanning process. An object of the present invention is to provide a non-contact shape measuring apparatus that enables in-line in a mass production process of non-contact shape measurement.

The non-contact shape measuring apparatus of the present invention includes a digitizer device that measures the shape of a hot forged profile by scanning, a blow unit that removes oxide scale on the surface of the hot forged profile, and heat from which the oxide scale has been removed. A reference point setting means for providing a reference point on the surface of the hot forged profile, and a rotating means for rotating the hot forged profile when the surface of the hot forged profile with the reference point is scanned by a digitizer device; It is characterized by having.

In the non-contact shape measuring apparatus according to the present invention, the oxide scale on the surface is removed by blowing a gas such as air onto the surface of the hot forged deformed product by the blowing means. Thereby, the surface of the hot deformed forged product has a forged skin in a non-glossy state, so that it is not necessary to manually apply a developing material for suppressing gloss. After removal of such oxide scale, a reference point is provided on the surface of the hot forged profile by reference point setting means. The surface shape of the hot forged deformed product subjected to such a pretreatment process is measured by scanning with a digitizer device. At this time, the hot forging variant is placed on the rotating means, and the rotating means is rotated to perform scanning on the entire circumference of the hot forging variant.

As described above, by using the digitizer device, it is possible to improve the measurement accuracy, and by automating the pre-measurement preparation process (oxidation scale removal process and reference point setting process) and the scanning process, Automation of non-contact shape measurement can be achieved. As a result, non-contact shape measurement can be inlined into the mass production process.

Various configurations can be used in the non-contact shape measuring apparatus of the present invention. For example, a seal or the like can be used as the reference point, but when the hot forged variant is made of a magnetic material, a magnet can be used as the reference point. In this aspect, the reference point can be set reliably.

According to the non-contact shape measuring apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to improve the measurement accuracy of the shape of a hot forged deformed product that is a measurement object, and to automate the pre-measurement preparation process and the scanning process. As a result, it is possible to obtain effects such as enabling in-line in the mass production process of non-contact shape measurement.

In the crankshaft production line, a billet W is obtained by cutting a steel material, which is a raw material, at a cutting portion 111.

Subsequently, the billet W is subjected to heat treatment in the continuous heat treatment unit 112. Next, the billet W is forged by the molding press unit 113, and the forged molded product W is corrected by the twist press unit 114. Subsequently, the shape of the obtained product W is evaluated by the inspection unit 115. Next, the product W is conveyed to the bucket 116. In the inspection unit 115, the shape of the crankshaft 200 that is the product W is evaluated by the non-contact shape measuring device 130. FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a schematic configuration of the non-contact shape measuring apparatus 130 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The non-contact shape measuring device 130 includes a rotary table 131, a robot 141, an air blow unit 151, a reference point setting unit 161, and a digitizer device 171. The crankshaft 200 includes a journal shaft portion 201, and a crankpin portion 203 parallel to the journal shaft portion 201 is connected to the journal shaft portion 201 by an arm portion 202.

The turntable 131 is adjacent to the cooling conveyor 122 and is rotatably provided. The robot 141 conveys the product W on the cooling conveyor 122 to the rotary table 131. In the robot 141, a chuck portion 142 is provided on the rotary table 131 side of the main body, and the robot 141 approaches and separates from the rotary table 131. As shown in FIG. 3, for example, the chuck portion 142 that grips the product W includes an upper claw 142A and a lower claw 142B having a concave central portion. The upper claw 142A and the lower claw 142B are provided on the main body of the robot 141 so as to be close to and away from each other.

The air blow unit 151 removes oxide scale on the surface of the crankshaft 200 on the rotary table 131. In the air blow unit 151, air is blown from the air nozzle 152 to the surface of the crankshaft 200.

The reference point setting unit 161 sets a reference point P (FIG. 5) on the surface of the crankshaft 200. The reference point P only needs to be fixed to the surface of the crankshaft 200. In the present embodiment, the crankshaft 200, which is a hot forged variant, is made of a steel material. Therefore, it is preferable to use a magnet as the reference point P. It is. In this case, the shaft 162B incorporates a magnet whose magnetism is ON / OFF controlled by a control unit (not shown). An elastic member 162C is provided on the upper surface of the shaft 162B. A reference point P is magnetically attached to the lower surface of the shaft 162C when the magnetism of the magnet in the shaft 162C is set to ON.

The digitizer device 171 is a non-contact optical three-dimensional digitizer device that measures the shape of a hot forged profile by scanning using a measurement principle that combines a phase shift method, a stereo method, and a spatial coding method. The projector 172A is provided at the center of the photographing unit 172, and has a lamp and a moving slide. The lamp projects a vertical stripe pattern on the object to be measured, and the moving slide moves the lamp. The CCD camera 172B is provided at both ends of the photographing unit 172 and photographs the object to be measured. The arithmetic unit (not shown) of the digitizer device 171 obtains point cloud data of each area of the object to be measured based on the photographed image, and generates three-dimensional data of the entire object to be measured by combining the point group data. To do.

In the rotary table 131, the support part 132 supports the crankshaft 200 conveyed to the rotary table 131. After transporting the crankshaft 200, the robot 141 retracts from the rotary table 131 and returns to a predetermined position on the cooling conveyor 122 side.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7A, the air blow unit 151 moves to the upper side of the crankshaft 200 on the rotary table 131 and blows air from the air nozzle 152 to the crankshaft 200. In this case, the rotation drive unit 133 performs air blowing on the entire surface of the crankshaft 200 by appropriately rotating the crankshaft 200 about the axis as necessary. As a result, the oxide scale on the surface of the crankshaft 200 is removed, and the surface of the crankshaft 200 becomes a forged skin that is in a non-glossy state. After removing the oxide scale of the crankshaft 200, the air blow unit 151 is retracted from the rotary table 131 and returned to a predetermined position.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the reference point setting unit 161 moves to the upper side of the crankshaft 200 on the rotary table 131, and sets the reference point P on the surface of the crankshaft 200.

Specifically, in the reference point setting unit 161, before moving to the rotary table 131, as shown in FIG. 4A, the control unit (not shown) turns on the magnetism of the shaft 162B of the point shaft unit 162. The reference point P is magnetically attached to the lower surface of the shaft 162B. Next, the reference point setting unit 161 moves to the upper side of the crankshaft 200 on the rotary table 131 and then lowers the shaft 162 </ b> B toward the crankshaft 200. In this case, when the control unit detects contact of the reference point P with the crankshaft 200, the control unit magnetically attaches the reference point P to the surface of the crankshaft 200 by setting the magnetism of the shaft 162B to OFF.

In the setting of the reference point P, there is a height difference in the setting position of the reference point P in the crankshaft 200, but the influence due to the height difference is absorbed by the elastic member 162C on the upper surface of the shaft 162B. Thereby, even when there is a height difference in the setting location of the reference point P, the reference point P can be reliably provided. Further, the moving direction of the shaft 162B is not limited to the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 4, but may be configured to have an arbitrary angular direction as shown in FIG. In this configuration, the reference point P can be attached to the side surface of the counterweight portion of the arm portion 202 in the crankshaft 200. Further, the reference point P can be attached to the entire surface of the crankshaft 200 by appropriately rotating the crankshaft 200 around the axis line by the rotation drive unit 133 as necessary.

After setting the reference point P, the shaft 162B moves up into the holder 162A, and the reference point setting unit 161 retracts from the rotary table 131 and returns to a predetermined position.

Subsequently, in the digitizer device 171, the imaging unit 172 measures the shape of the crankshaft 200 by the following scanning after position adjustment according to the measurement position of the crankshaft 200.

The vertical stripe pattern is projected onto the crankshaft 200 by irradiating the crankshaft 200 with the vertical stripe pattern from the lamp while moving the lamp of the projector 172A left and right at a predetermined pitch with a moving slide. The CCD camera 172B continuously captures a vertical stripe pattern that changes on the crankshaft 200 at a high speed. In this case, imaging of the entire circumference of the crankshaft 200 is performed by changing the angular position of the rotary table 131 by 30 degrees. In addition, by appropriately rotating the crankshaft 200 around the axis line by the rotation drive unit 133, it is possible to surely photograph the entire surface of the crankshaft 200.

In the calculation unit (not shown) of the digitizer device 171, the software acquires the point cloud data of each region of the crankshaft 200 based on the photographed image obtained by the photographing unit 172, and synthesizes these point clouds, thereby Three-dimensional data of the entire shaft 200 is generated. In this case, the measurement point group is synthesized by instantaneously automatically synthesizing each patch with reference to a common reference point P in an overlapping portion between the first measured region and the next measured region. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, alignment is performed so that the sum of errors between the three-dimensional data D1 of the shape of the crankshaft 200 and the CAD data D2 that is the target design data is minimized. Evaluate the shape. In the shape evaluation, when the difference in data of each part in the crankshaft 200 is equal to or less than a predetermined value, the shape of the crankshaft 200 is determined to be acceptable, and when it exceeds the predetermined value, the shape of the crankshaft 200 is determined to be unacceptable. judge.

As described above, in this embodiment, by using the digitizer device 171, the measurement accuracy of the shape of the crankshaft 200 can be improved, as well as a pre-measurement preparation step (an oxide scale removal step and a reference point). By automating the setting step) and the scanning step, it is possible to automate the non-contact shape measurement. As a result, non-contact shape measurement can be inlined into the mass production process. In particular, when the crankshaft 200 is made of a magnetic material such as steel, the reference point P can be reliably set by using a magnet as the reference point P.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. In the example, the shape of the crankshaft 300 shown in FIG. 8 was measured.

In the experimental example, the oxide scale of the crankshaft 300 was removed, the reference point P was set on the crankshaft 300, and then the shape of the crankshaft 300 was measured by scanning with a digitizer device. In the comparative experimental example, the oxide scale of the crankshaft 300 was removed, and the shape of the crankshaft 300 was measured with a contact measuring device. The measurement points of the shape of the crankshaft 300 are the diameter l 1 on the surface of the crankpin portion 303, the diameter l 2 on the surface of the journal shaft portion 301, the lengths l 3 and l 4 of the edges of the arm portion 302, and the crankpin portion. 303 is the diameter l 5 of the central part of. Table 1 shows the measurement results of the experimental examples and comparative experimental examples. The measured value (unit: mm) in Table 1 was an average value of the same three points.

Figure 2010217083

In the digitizer device of the experimental example, it is possible to perform scanning along the shape even in a portion that is difficult to measure with a normal measuring device such as the back side portion of the crankpin portion 303. It was confirmed that there was almost no error in the measured values by scanning with the contact type in the comparative experimental example. As a result, it was found that scanning by a digitizer device can be applied to the evaluation of the shape of a crankshaft having a complicated shape, and the evaluation can be performed with high accuracy.
