Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner such as an air conditioner, a humidifier, a dehumidifier, an air purifier, a cooler, and a heater having a function of cleaning a filter that removes dust in the air.
Conventionally, as a filter cleaning device mounted on an air conditioner, as shown in Patent Document 1, a filter is introduced into a dust removal box with a built-in cleaning brush to remove dust in the dust removal box. The released dust cannot be accumulated in the dust removal box. Therefore, it was necessary to connect a dedicated suction fan to one end of the dust removal box to suck dust.
However, due to design restrictions, if a sufficient space for installing the suction fan cannot be secured, a small suction fan has to be used, and the dust suction force may be insufficient. In order to solve the above problem, for example, as shown in
However, in
Further, in
Therefore, in view of the above, the present invention can remove dust adhering to the filter by using a blower originally mounted to blow out air from the blower outlet, and does not increase the size of the device. An object is to provide an excellent air conditioner.
In order to solve the above problems, an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided with a casing in which an air flow path is formed from a suction port for sucking air to a blow-out port for blowing air, and the air flow path. In the air blower, in the air flow path, a filter interposed between the suction port and the blower, and a filter so that the filter is opposite to the front and back with respect to the air flow direction in the air flow path And a control unit for controlling the driving of the blower and the filter moving mechanism, and the control unit moves the filter in the reverse direction by the filter moving mechanism when cleaning the filter. Then, the dust attached to the filter surface is removed by driving the blower.
According to the above configuration, since the filter is moved so as to be folded, the space of the air flow path can be used effectively. Therefore, there is no need to provide a separate space for accommodating the moved filter, and there is no possibility of increasing the size of the apparatus. Furthermore, since the filter is not exposed to the outside of the apparatus, it is excellent in aesthetics.
Further, since the filter is turned upside down with respect to the air flow direction, dust attached to the filter can be released by the air flow generated by driving the blower. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately install a suction fan for sucking and removing dust adhering to the filter. Note that when cleaning the filter, the amount of air blown from the blower may be made larger than that during normal operation so that dust can be easily separated from the filter.
In addition to the above configuration, in the air flow path, a cleaning device that cleans the filter is installed, and a filter that moves in the opposite direction with respect to the air flow direction passes through the cleaning device when the filter is cleaned. Then, the dust adhering to the filter can be released efficiently. That is, by installing the cleaning device, it is possible to efficiently remove dust from the filter without increasing the air flow rate of the blower. In this case, the amount of air blown by the blower may be such that dust released by the cleaning device is sucked toward the blower without being scattered around.
As the cleaning device, a rotating brush or a fixed brush can be used. In addition, the filter is vibrated to raise dust, or an air nozzle is installed on the upstream side of the filter that folds and moves. It is also possible to make it.
In the present invention, since air containing dust flows in the air flow path, it is necessary to discharge the dust from the air flow path. Therefore, in the air flow path, a dust exhaust path is connected downstream of the blower in the air flow direction, and the exhaust path is closed to close the dust exhaust path and guide the air flow to the air outlet. A flow path switching mechanism is provided that can be switched to a cleaning mode that closes the air flow path and guides the air flow including dust released from the filter to the dust discharge path, and the switching operation of the flow path switching mechanism is controlled by the control unit. The control unit switches the flow path switching mechanism from the air blowing mode to the cleaning mode at the time of cleaning the filter, thereby preventing air containing dust from blowing out from the air outlet.
The air flowing through the dust discharge path may be discharged to the outside as it is, or the dust may be collected and collected by interposing a dust collecting filter that collects dust in the middle of the path. In this case, the purified air may be discharged into the room again. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to obtain a highly convenient air conditioner without the need for filter cleaning.
When using an air conditioner, air conditioner, air conditioner, heater, or dehumidifier equipped with a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is installed between the filter and the blower in the air flow path. . Therefore, when dust released from the filter passes through the heat exchanger, there is a risk that the dust will reattach to the heat exchanger.
Therefore, in the present invention, in the air flow path, a heat exchanger group is interposed between the filter and the blower, and the heat exchanger group includes a plurality of heat exchangers arranged in parallel with respect to the air flow direction. An opening is formed between any two adjacent heat exchangers, and an opening / closing mechanism for opening / closing the opening is provided. The opening / closing operation of the opening / closing device is controlled by the control unit. The apparatus is operated to open the opening, and the cleaning apparatus adopts a configuration installed in the range of the air flow passing through the opening.
According to the above configuration, the opening is provided between the partial heat exchangers of the heat exchanger group in which the adjacent heat exchangers are connected without gaps, and the cleaning device is disposed within the range of the air flow that passes through the opening during filter cleaning. Since it is installed, the dust released from the filter by the cleaning device passes on the air stream as it is. Therefore, since the air flow containing dust does not pass through the inside of the heat exchanger, there is no possibility that dust will reattach to the heat exchanger and become dirty. The opening is preferably formed at a location where the filter moving during filter cleaning is folded back and first contacts the air flow sucked from the suction port.
The heat exchanger group includes a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger arranged in an inverted V shape in a side view so as to surround the blower from the front-rear direction, and the opening includes the first heat exchanger And between the second heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. As a result, the opening is positioned directly above the blower, and the air flow direction and the gravity direction coincide with each other, so that the dust released from the filter is less likely to be scattered to the surrounding heat exchanger, and the blower direction is smooth. Can be sent to.
The air conditioner according to the present invention preferably includes a dust removing device that removes dust adhering to the blower because air containing dust released from the filter contacts the blower. The dust removing device is provided so as to be able to contact with and separate from the blower, and the operation of the dust removing device is controlled by the control unit, and the control unit controls the dust removing device to contact the blower when cleaning the filter. Even if it adheres to the surface, it becomes possible to remove the dust quickly and easily before the dust is firmly fixed to the surface of the blower.
Specific examples of the air conditioner according to the present invention include air conditioners, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers that are equipped with a heat exchanger. However, it is not limited to these as long as a filter is mounted, and a heater or an air cleaner can also be used.
As described above, according to the present invention, when the filter is cleaned, a suction fan is used separately by moving the filter in the opposite direction with respect to the air flow direction in the air flow path and driving the blower. Therefore, the interior of the temple attached to the filter can be removed without providing a separate movement space, and an air conditioner with excellent aesthetics can be provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the case where the indoor unit of the separate type air conditioner which uses an air conditioning function as a main function as an air conditioner is demonstrated. 1 is an external perspective view of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, FIGS. 2 and 3 are cross-sectional views of the indoor unit in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the indoor unit during air-conditioning operation. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the indoor unit during filter cleaning.
The indoor unit includes a heat exchanger group 1 and a

An air flow path 7 extending from the
When the air conditioning operation is performed in the indoor unit having the above-described configuration, first, the
The
The guide path 11 is a circumferential circuit that is folded back and forth on the casing, and drive gears 12 and 12 are installed at front and rear ends of the guide paths 11 and 11. The guide path 11 moves when the
In the
The length of the
In the present embodiment, in addition to the above airflow action, the
The heat exchanger group 1 includes a
While the
The opening /
The
In the air flow path 7, a
In the present embodiment, the air flow path wall surface portion that blocks the opening of the
The other end side of the
A dust
In the present embodiment, the
Further, the air after passing through the dust collecting
At the time of filter cleaning, air containing dust comes into contact with the
The timing for bringing the
And the movement which returns the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the

As shown in FIG. 5, the indoor unit is provided with a

On the other hand, when the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the
That is, the
Thereby, dust is removed from the
In the present embodiment, the
When the
Thereafter, when the
Further, the
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, Of course, many corrections and changes can be added to the said embodiment within the scope of the present invention. For example, in the present embodiment, a rotating brush is used as the
