  8.   The determination criterion storage unit stores a determination criterion for determining a public level based on the number of persons having a predetermined size or more among detected persons. The image management apparatus according to claim 1.
  9.   9. The image management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the person detection unit detects the person by detecting a face included in the image.
  10.   The disclosure level determining means recognizes whether or not a specific person is included based on the result of person detection by the person detecting means, and determines the disclosure level based on the recognition result. The image management apparatus according to claim 9.
