Abstract
【解決手段】一端にフローティングコアを備えた加圧ポートを有し、他端に排出口を有するパイプ部キャビティを備えた金型の該パイプ部キャビティ内に溶融樹脂を射出した後、前記加圧ポートから加圧流体を圧入して、前記フローティングコアを前記排出口側に移動させると共に、該排出口から前記溶融樹脂を押し出させる工程から得られる、少なくとも曲管部3を有し流体を通過させるパイプ部1と、平板部4とが一体に射出成形されてなる樹脂成形体。

Description
図2に示されるような金型を用い、図1に示す下記サイズの樹脂成形品を、射出機(東洋機械金属社製「TP−180H」)を用いて一体に成形した。
外径7mm、内径4.5mm、肉厚1.25mm、長さ200mm
100mm×150mm、肉厚1.5mm
樹脂としてPPS樹脂(東レ;トレリナ高熱伝導材HS01)を用い、樹脂温度を320℃とした以外は実施例1と同様にして成形品を得た。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも曲管部を有し流体を通過させるパイプ部と、平板部とが一体に射出成形されてなることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。
- 前記パイプ部の中空部断面形状が円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。
- 前記パイプ部の内径の変動が実質的にないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形体からなることを特徴とする保温板。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形体からなることを特徴とする放熱板。
- 一端にフローティングコアを備えた加圧ポートを有し他端に排出口を有するパイプ部キャビティを備えた金型の該パイプ部キャビティ内に、溶融樹脂を射出した後、前記加圧ポートから加圧流体を圧入して、前記フローティングコアを前記排出口側に移動させると共に該排出口から前記溶融樹脂を押し出させる工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形体の製造方法。
