Abstract
【解決手段】車両用前照灯装置10は、第1シェード移動機構42と第2シェード移動機構44を制御して第1シェード38と第2シェード40の少なくとも一方で形成する配光パターンの形状を決定して複数種類の配光パターンの中からいずれかの配光パターンを選択的に形成する。第1シェード38は第1シェード移動機構42により、第2シェード40は第2シェード移動機構44により光軸に対して進退移動可能であり、第1シェード38と第2シェード40による遮光状態の組合せを変化させて形成する配光パターンの形状を決定する。

Claims (5)
- 投影レンズを介して車両前方へ光を照射可能な光源と、
前記光源の光軸に対し進退可能であり、進出位置において前記光源の光の一部を遮ってロービーム用配光パターンの一部形状を形成し、退避位置においてハイビーム用配光パターンの形成を許容する第1シェードと、
前記第1シェードを進退移動させる第1シェード移動機構と、
前記光源の光軸に対し進退可能であり、進出位置において前記第1シェードの形成するロービーム用配光パターンの一部形状とは異なる部分の一部形状を形成するか、前記ハイビーム用配光パターンの一部を隠蔽した特殊ハイビーム用配光パターンを形成し、退避位置において前記ハイビーム用配光パターンの形成を許容する第2シェードと、
前記第2シェードを進退移動させる第2シェード移動機構と、
前記第1シェード移動機構と前記第2シェード移動機構を制御して前記第1シェードと前記第2シェードの少なくとも一方で形成する配光パターンの形状を決定するパターン制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車両用前照灯装置。 - 前記第1シェードは、進出位置において水平線に平行となる水平稜線部と、当該水平稜線部の一部に形成されて前記第2シェードが進出位置において形成する前記一部形状と前記水平稜線部とを連結させる傾斜稜線部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用前照灯装置。
- 前記第2シェードは、前記光軸と平行な軸を中心に回動自在で前記進出位置において自車線側に照射する光の一部を遮光する自車線用シェードと、前記光軸と平行な軸を中心に回動自在で前記進出位置において対向車線側に照射する光の一部を遮光する対向車線用シェードと、前記光軸と平行な軸を中心に回動自在で前記自車線用シェードと前記対向車線用シェードに回動力を伝達するリンクアームと、を含み、
前記パターン制御部は、前記リンクアームを回動させて前記自車線用シェードと前記対向車線用シェードの進出位置または退避位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の車両用前照灯装置。 - 前記第1シェードは、前記水平稜線部近傍に光反射手段を有し、少なくとも前記進出位置において形成する配光パターンの一部に前記光反射手段による反射光を付加的に照射することを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用前照灯装置。
- 前記第1シェード移動機構は、前記パターン制御部の非制御時に当該第1シェードを前記進出位置に優先移動させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用前照灯装置。
