Abstract
【解決手段】処理すべき流体が流通するケーシング2の直管部21の中心部に棒状の超音波放射体3が同軸的に配置されると共に、この超音波放射体と直管部21との間の間隙に流体を攪拌するための乱流を発生させる複数の抵抗体41・42が配設され、この複数の抵抗体が、共に外周側から中心部に向けて板状に突出され、下流側に傾斜した状態で互いに接触しないように軸線方向に所定の間隔をおき、かつ周方向に順次所定角度ずつずらして設けられたものとする。

Claims (1)
- 処理すべき流体が流通するパイプの中心部に棒状の超音波放射体が同軸的に配置されると共に、この超音波放射体と前記パイプとの間の間隙に流体を攪拌するための乱流を発生させる複数の抵抗体が配設され、
前記複数の抵抗体が、共に外周側から中心部に向けて板状に突出され、下流側に傾斜した状態で互いに接触しないように軸線方向に所定の間隔をおき、かつ周方向に順次所定角度ずつずらして設けられたことを特徴とする超音波処理装置。
