Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an acceleration determination device and a program for determining an accurate acceleration among vehicle accelerations measured by a plurality of sensors.
The vehicle acceleration is detected, and various control of the vehicle is performed based on the detected value. There is also known a technique of grasping the behavior of the vehicle based on the detected acceleration and instructing the driver to perform a safe driving operation (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In general, the acceleration of the vehicle is calculated based on the output of the vehicle speed sensor.
The vehicle speed sensor outputs an electrical pulse proportional to the rotational speed of the vehicle axle. For example, a gear is attached to an axle and the rotation of the gear is detected by a magnetic sensor, or the gear teeth are magnetized in advance, and the rotation is detected by electromagnetic induction by a coil. An electric pulse proportional to the rotational speed of the axle can be obtained by shaping the output of the pulse.
However, if an operation such as a sudden brake or a sudden handle is performed, the tire locks and accurate rotation of the tire and axle cannot be detected. Therefore, the vehicle speed calculated by the vehicle speed sensor may not accurately represent the vehicle speed.
Further, in a vehicle equipped with an ABS device, tire locking is prevented by reducing the brake pressure, but the vehicle speed cannot be accurately detected from the number of rotations of the axle even during operation of the ABS device.
Note that ABS represents an anti-lock brake system.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides an acceleration determination device and a program capable of selecting acceleration information that accurately represents the actual acceleration of a vehicle from among accelerations measured by a plurality of sensors. With the goal.
In order to achieve such an object, in the disclosure of the present specification, a first determination unit that determines whether or not an abnormal state occurs in the behavior of the vehicle, and a state that is abnormal in the behavior of the vehicle by the first determination unit. When it is determined that the vehicle has occurred, the first acceleration of the vehicle measured by the acceleration sensor mounted on the vehicle and the vehicle speed measured by the vehicle speed sensor mounted on the vehicle are calculated and obtained. Second determination means for determining whether a difference from the second acceleration of the vehicle is equal to or greater than a first threshold; and a difference between the first acceleration and the second acceleration is the first threshold. When it is above, it has a memory | storage process means to memorize | store the said 1st acceleration in a memory | storage means as an actual acceleration of the said vehicle.
By selecting the first acceleration of the vehicle measured by the acceleration sensor when the behavior of the vehicle indicates an abnormality and the difference between the first acceleration of the vehicle and the second acceleration of the vehicle is greater than or equal to the first threshold value. Acceleration information that accurately represents the actual acceleration of the vehicle can be selected.
According to the acceleration determination device and the program disclosed in this specification, it is possible to select acceleration information that accurately represents the actual acceleration of the vehicle from among the accelerations measured by a plurality of sensors.

The

In this embodiment, when it is determined that the
Thus, during steady running, it is more accurate to employ the second acceleration obtained from the vehicle speed measured by the
For example, when the brake is suddenly applied, the tire is close to the lock, and the
In this state, the vehicle speed measured by the
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the driver performs operations such as sudden braking and sudden steering, and the
The
Further, in this embodiment, two methods are used as a method for determining whether or not the
The first method is a method of determining that the sudden braking operation has been performed when the

In this embodiment, −0.30 G is adopted as the second threshold value. Further, ± 0.22G is adopted as the third threshold value. However, the second threshold value and the third threshold value are not limited to these values, and may be corrected by, for example, a road gradient or a vehicle weight. In addition, the grounds for indicating that the numerical values cited as the second threshold value and the third threshold value can be accurately determined that there has been an operation of a sudden brake or a sudden handle are described in the following documents: Has been.
“Incident detection by probe data” 13th World Congress on its 2007
If it is determined by the first method or the second method that the vehicle behavior is in an abnormal state, the
FIG. 4 shows the first acceleration and the second acceleration measured during steady running and sudden braking operation. As shown in FIG. 4, during steady running, the first acceleration and the second acceleration show substantially the same value, but when the sudden braking operation is performed, the first acceleration and the second acceleration are greatly different. Therefore, when the difference between the second acceleration and the first acceleration is equal to or greater than the first threshold value, the first acceleration is selected as the acceleration representing the actual acceleration of the vehicle.
In this embodiment, 0.1 G is adopted as the first threshold value. However, the first threshold value is not limited to this value, and may be corrected by, for example, a road gradient or a vehicle weight.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Since the configuration of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment described above, the description of the configuration is omitted.
The acceleration value measured by the acceleration sensor 15 is different from the acceleration on flat ground if the road has a gradient. For example, on an uphill, the acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor 15 is smaller than on a flat ground, and on a downhill, the acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor 15 is larger than on a flat ground.
Therefore, in this embodiment, at least one of the first threshold value and the second threshold value is corrected according to the road gradient.
The
When the road is an uphill, the absolute value of at least one of the first threshold value and the second threshold value is corrected to a value smaller than the value on flat ground. For example, the first threshold value, which was 0.1 G on flat ground, is changed to a value such as 0.05 G. Further, the second threshold value, which was -0.3G on the flat ground, is changed to a value such as -0.2G.
When the road is a downhill, the absolute value of at least one of the first threshold value and the second threshold value is corrected to a value larger than the value on flat ground. For example, the first threshold value, which was 0.1 G on flat ground, is changed to a value such as 0.15 G. Further, the second threshold value, which was -0.3G on the flat ground, is changed to a value such as -0.4G.
Further, the first threshold value and the second threshold value may not be corrected to constant values but may be corrected to values according to the road gradient. That is, if the road gradient is large, the absolute value of at least one of the first threshold value and the second threshold value is corrected to a large value corresponding to the road gradient. Conversely, if the road gradient is small, the absolute value of at least one of the first threshold value and the second threshold value is corrected to a small value corresponding to the road gradient.
Further, the value of acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor 15 also changes according to the weight of the vehicle body. Therefore, the vehicle body weight may be stored in advance in the
The processing procedure (third processing procedure) of this embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. The procedure up to step S23 is the same as the flow shown in FIG.

Thus, the present embodiment determines the road gradient at the current position of the
