Abstract
(a)ヘミセルロースを含むパルプをつくり、
(b)該パルプを少なくとも一つの段階において精製し、1種またはそれ以上の木材を分解する酵素を用い比較的低い酵素の投与量において該パルプを処理し、
(c)該パルプを均一化して該ミクロフィブリル化したセルロースをつくる段階を含んで成ることを特徴とする方法が提供される。本発明の第2の態様に従えば、第1の態様による方法によって得られるミクロフィブリル化したセルロースが提供される。本発明の第3の方法に従えば,第2の態様に従う該ミクロフィブリル化したセルロースの食品製品、紙製品、複合材料、皮膜、または流動性変性剤(例えば掘穿泥水)における使用が提供される。
Description
本発明においては、本発明の第1の態様に従い、
(a)ヘミセルロースを含むパルプをつくり、
(b)少なくとも一つの段階で該パルプを精製し、比較的低い酵素投与量において1種またはそれ以上の木材分解酵素を用いて該パルプを処理し、
(c)該パルプを均一化して該ミクロフィブリル化したセルロースをつくる段階を含んで成るミクロフィブリル化したセルロースを製造するための化学パルプを前処理する方法を提供することにより上記問題が解決される。
本明細書の説明を通じ、「精製機」と言う言葉は化学パルプを精製(打解、beat)し得る任意の装置を包含するものとする。打解装置は円錐形のハウジングの中に随時精製用ディスクまたは精製用プラグを備えた打解機または精製器、ボールミル、ロッドミル、パルプ捏和機、エッジランナー、およびドロップワーク(dropwork)である。打解装置は連続的または不連続的に操作することができる。
亜硫酸パルプを四つの別々の段階で処理することにより、細胞壁の剥離を行った。

Claims (13)
- ミクロフィブリル化したセルロースを製造するための化学パルプを処理する方法であって、該方法は
(a)ヘミセルロースを含むパルプをつくり、
(b)該パルプを少なくとも一つの段階において精製し、1種またはそれ以上の木材を分解する酵素を用い比較的低い酵素の投与量において該パルプを処理し、
(c)該パルプを均一化して該ミクロフィブリル化したセルロースをつくる段階を含んで成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 該パルプは亜硫酸パルプであり、好ましくは軟らかい木材からのパルプを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該酵素は繊維1g当たり0.1〜500ECU、好ましくは0.5〜150ECU、最も好ましくは0.6〜100ECU、特に好ましくは0.75〜10ECUの濃度で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該酵素はヘミセルラーゼまたはセルラーゼ、或いはそれらの混合物、好ましくは培養濾液型の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該酵素はセルラーゼ、好ましくはエンドグルカナーゼ型のセルラーゼ、最も好ましくは一成分エンドグルカナーゼであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 段階(b)は該酵素処理の前および後の両方において該パルプを精製すること含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 段階(b)は該酵素処理の前において該パルプを精製することを含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 段階(b)は該酵素処理の後において該パルプを精製することを含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1の精製により20〜35°SRのドレナージ抵抗性をもつパルプが得られ、第2の精製により70°SRより大きいドレナージ抵抗性をもつパルプが得られることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載された方法で得られるミクロフィブリル化したセルロース。
- 請求項10記載のミクロフィブリル化したセルロースの食品製品、紙製品、複合材料、皮膜または流動性変性剤における使用。
- 請求項10記載のミクロフィブリル化したセルロースの化粧製品における使用。
- 請求項10記載のミクロフィブリル化したセルロースの医薬製品における使用。
