Claims (11)
- 原子炉圧力容器(1)とその蓋(3)との間に存在する密封部位(8)における損傷箇所を手動加工する工具であって、
− 少なくとも1つのグリップ(12)を備えた本体(10)を有し、
− 該本体(10)の片側面に、密封部位(8)の被加工面に当接支持するために用いら れ且つ両者間に中間室(9)を空けている2つのすべり要素(14)が存在し、
− 両すべり要素(14)の先端面(32)が平らに形成され、共通平面内を延び、
− 前記中間室(9)内に、切削加工するための切除手段が、該切除手段がすべり要素( 14)の先端面(32)から本質的に突出しないように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする原子炉圧力容器(1)とその蓋(3)との間に存在する密封部位(8)における損傷箇所を手動加工する工具。 - すべり要素(14、14a、14b)が両側に位置する外側側面(45)を有し、該外側側面(45)間の距離が蓋(3)に存在するシール溝(5)の幅より小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 本体(10、10a、10b)のすべり要素を支える側に当接設置面(13)が存在し、該当接設置面(13)からすべり要素(14、14a、14b)が突出し、当接設置面(13)からすべり要素の先端面(32)までの距離(35)が、本質的に被加工シール溝(5)の深さ(36)に相当している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工具。
- すべり要素(14、14a、14b)の外側側面(45)が、被加工シール溝(5)の溝壁に相当する曲率を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の工具。
- すべり要素(14)が本体(10)に交換可能に固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の工具。
- 切除手段が本体(10)に交換可能に固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の工具。
- すべり要素(14)の先端面(32)から切除手段までの距離が調整可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の工具。
- 切除手段として平形やすり(20)が存在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の工具。
- 切除手段として研摩ベルト(46)が存在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の工具。
- 両すべり要素(14b)間に、研摩ベルト(46)に対する対向面(53)を有する支持体(52)が存在し、本体(10b)の長手方向(15)における支持体(52)の端部と本体(10b)との間にそれぞれ開口(49)が存在し、支持体(52)の対向面(53)とは反対の側に、支持体(52)に固定される研摩ベルト(46)に対するスナップ装置(55)が存在している、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工具。
- 切除手段としてフライスヘッド(39)が存在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の工具。
