Abstract
Description
更に、上述したいずれの構成に対しても校正板を使用しソフトウェア的又はハードウェア的に校正を実施することができる。次に説明する校正方法は校正板を使用し省時間且つ低コストに校正を行える有用な方法であり、この方法によれば、例えば前掲のCMMに装着された球体付き計測プローブ224及びラインスキャン型レーザスキャナ800を、プローブ224に最も近い3本目の蝶番状アームセグメント36に対しスキャナ800を6方向に動かせること(6通りの位置自由度を有していること)を利用して、両者に共通の基準面で校正することができる。
また、本発明を実施する際には、画面上にDRO(ディジタル読み出し)窓を表示させる機能をソフトウェアパッケージに組み込むとよい。DRO窓にはプローブ現在位置例えばLLPの位置を現用座標系に従い表示させる。
Claims (29)
- 指定された三次元空間内で物体の位置を計測する可搬型座標計測器であって、
相互連結された複数本のアームセグメントを有し手動位置決め可能な関節アームと、
各アームセグメントに1個又は複数個設けられ位置を示す信号を発生させる位置トランスデューサと、
上記アームの一方の端部に配置された通信回路付きの熱安定化レーザスキャナと、
上記トランスデューサから上記信号を受信し上記指定空間における上記端部の位置を表す座標データを導出する電子回路と、
上記通信回路に電力、データ信号又はその双方を内部伝送できるよう上記アームに組み込まれた少なくとも1本のバスと、
を備える可搬型座標計測器。 - 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナから出射されるレーザ光の拡がりを抑える1個又は複数個のアッテネータを備える可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナに装着された1個又は複数個の透明窓を備える可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記端部から延設されたハンドルを備える可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記端部が、上記スキャナの枢動に係る一自由度を含め三自由度を有する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項5記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記アームにおける自由度の配分が2−1−3型になるよう更に三自由度を有する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項5記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記アームにおける自由度の配分が2−2−3型になるよう更に四自由度を有する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記バスがシリアル通信バスを含み、そのシリアル通信バスが上記スキャナにつながる可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項8記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記シリアル通信バスがRS−485型である可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナが上記端部に対し着脱自在である可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナを上記端部に着脱自在実装するためのキネマティックマウントを備える可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナが、上記端部に搭載されたハウジングと、そのハウジングに収容されたレーザ光源及びカメラと、を有する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項12記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記ハウジングが上記端部に恒久搭載された可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項12記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記ハウジングが上記端部に着脱自在に搭載された可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項12記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記レーザ光源及びカメラが搭載される熱膨張係数が小さなフレームを有する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項15記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記フレームが鉄/ニッケル合金製である可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項16記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記鉄/ニッケル合金がInvar合金である可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナが、
画像処理用のディジタル信号プロセッサと、
上記カメラから上記ディジタル信号プロセッサに画像を送るディジタルインタフェースと、
上記ディジタル信号プロセッサにより使用されるメモリと、
上記ディジタル信号プロセッサによる通信に介在する通信プロセッサと、
を有する可搬型座標計測器。 - 請求項17記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記ディジタルインタフェースが、上記カメラと高速通信できる高速データ通信インタフェースを含む可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項17記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記高速データ通信インタフェースにてFirewire(登録商標)用データフォーマットを使用する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記バスで電力及びデータ信号双方を伝送する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記アームが、上記トランスデューサからのデータ及び上記スキャナからのデータをホストコンピュータに同時送信する回路を内蔵する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナが、画像データを座標データに変換する画像処理回路を内蔵する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項21記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記座標データを上記バス経由で伝送する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項16記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記ディジタル信号プロセッサが、画像データを座標データに変換する画像処理回路を有する可搬型座標計測器。
- 請求項1記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナが、上記カメラで取得した画像を処理し原データよりもデータサイズを小さくする画像処理回路を内蔵する可搬型座標計測器。
- 指定された三次元空間内に存する物体の位置を計測する可搬型座標計測器であって、
相互連結された複数本のアームセグメントを有する手動操作可能な関節アームと、
各アームセグメントに1個又は複数個設けられ位置を示す信号を発生させる位置トランスデューサと、
上記アームの一方の端部に配置された通信回路付きのレーザスキャナと、
上記スキャナに装着された1個又は複数個の透明窓と、
上記トランスデューサから上記信号を受信し上記指定空間における上記端部の位置を表す座標データを導出する電子回路と、
上記通信回路に電力、データ信号又はその双方を内部伝送できるよう上記該関節アームに組み込まれた少なくとも1本のバスと、
を備える可搬型座標計測器。 - 請求項27記載の可搬型座標計測器であって、上記スキャナが、出射するレーザ光の拡がりを抑える1個又は複数個のアッテネータを有する可搬型座標計測器。
- いずれもその座標計測器に取り付けられている球体付きプローブ及びラインスキャン型レーザスキャナを用い校正板をディジタイズすることにより、物体位置計測用の座標計測器を校正する方法であって、
上記プローブを校正板に接触させその所定エリア内にある複数個の基準点をディジタイズするステップと、
得られた基準点位置に基づき校正板表面の平坦度を計算するステップと、
上記校正板上で上記複数個の基準点に囲まれている個所に上記スキャナを向けるステップと、
上記スキャナを90°回した上で、上記校正板上で上記複数個の基準点に囲まれている個所に上記スキャナ向けるステップと、
上記校正板上で上記複数個の基準点に囲まれている個所に上記スキャナを向け当該校正板の表面に対し当該スキャナを接近及び離隔させるステップと、
上記スキャナが上記校正板に向いているときの上記スキャナに対する上記複数個の基準点の位置から当該スキャナについて校正点の位置を計算するステップと、
を有する方法。
