Description
概要を述べると、本発明は、シリコン又はシリコンベースの物質の繊維又は毛の作製、及び、ポリマーバインダー、電気的添加剤(必要な場合)及び金属箔集電体を供える複合体アノード構造、及び、フェルト様電極構造の両方の作製のための、それらの繊維の使用を可能にする。特に、該複合体を作るシリコン要素(elements)の構造は、充電/放電容量の損失の問題を克服すると考えられる。
0.0140 gのシリコン繊維を、2 cm2 エッペンドルフ遠心チューブに秤量し、0.0167 gのスーパーP伝導性カーボンを加えた。次いで、N-メチルピロリジノン(NMP)を、全ての物質が分散するまで(0.92 g)該チューブにピペットで移した。前もって、PVDFをNMPに7.8 wt % PVDFで溶解しておいた。この溶液の量を、0.0074 gのPVDFを含有する該チューブに加えた。この混合組成は従って、Si : PVDF : Super P = 85.3 : 4.5 : 10.1 wt%であった。
Claims (35)
- シリコン又はシリコンベースの物質の繊維を製造する方法であって、ピラーを作製するためにシリコンサブストレート又はシリコンベースのサブストレートをエッチングする工程、及び、該サブストレートから該ピラーをデタッチングする工程を含む方法。
- 前記繊維が、0.08〜0.5ミクロンの範囲の横径寸法、好ましくは0.2ミクロンの横径寸法を有し、及び、20〜300ミクロンの範囲の長さ、好ましくは100ミクロンの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が約100:1のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が実質的に円形の断面を有する、請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が実質的に非円形の断面を有する、請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記ピラーが、反応性イオンエッチングによって作製される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ピラーが化学反応エッチングによって作製される、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ピラーがガルバニック交換エッチングによって作製される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ピラーがスクラッピング、アジテーティング又は化学エッチングの一以上によってデタッチングされる、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコン又はシリコンベースの物質が、非ドープトシリコン、ドープトシリコン又はシリコンゲルマニウム混合物の一つを含む、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が、単結晶シリコン又は単結晶シリコン又はシリコンゲルマニウムの一つを含むシリコンベースの物質である、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- セル電極の作製方法であって、シリコンベースの繊維の層を形成するために、シリコンベースの繊維を含むスラリーをデポジションすることを含む方法。
- 前記繊維が単結晶繊維である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維がフェルト中にデポジションされる、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が複合体中にデポジションされる、請求項12、13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維を集電体上にデポジションすることを含む、請求項12〜15の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の方法によって製造される、請求項12〜16の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電極がアノードである、請求項12〜17の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フェルトが約10〜30パーセントの細孔容積割合を有する、請求項12〜15の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項12〜19の何れか一項に記載されたアノードを作製する工程、及び、カソードを電解質に加える工程を含む、リチウム蓄電式セルの製造方法。
- カソードと前記アノードの間にセパレーターを加えることをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記セルの周囲にケーシングを提供することをさらに含む、請求項20又は21に記載の方法。
- その活物質の一つとして、請求項1〜22の何れかを用いて製造されたシリコンベースの繊維を含む、複合電極。
- 集電体として銅を用いる、請求項12に記載の複合電極。
- 前記電極がアノードである、請求項12に記載の複合電極。
- 請求項12〜14の何れか一項に記載のアノードを含む、電気化学セル。
- 前記カソードが、その活物質として、リチウムイオンの放出及び再吸収が可能なリチウム含有化合物を含む、請求項15に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記カソードが、その活物質として、リチウムベースの金属酸化物又はホスフェートを含み、好ましくはLiCoO2又はLiMnxNixCo1-2xO2又はLiFePO4を含む、請求項15に記載の電気化学セル。
- シリコンベースの単結晶繊維の層を含み、該繊維がフェルトを形成する、リチウム蓄電式セルアノード。
- 前記繊維が複合体の一部である、請求項29に記載のアノード。
- 前記繊維の交点にアモルファスのシリコン部分を含む、請求項29〜30の何れか一項に記載のアノード。
- 請求項29〜30の何れか一項に記載のアノード、及び、カソードを含むセル。
- 前記カソードが、リチウムベースの物質を含む、請求項32に記載のセル。
- 前記カソードが、リチウムコバルト二酸化物を含む、請求項33に記載のセル。
- 請求項26〜34の何れか一項に記載のセルによって動力を供給されるデバイス。
