Claims (4)
- 表面に流体移動用流路を有する支持板(121)と、この支持板(121)の表面に付着され、通過する液体から不純物をろ過する分離膜(122)と、前記支持板(121)の縁部に設けられポンピング動作を行うときに前記流路を移動した流体を外部に排出させるための排出口(123)とを含んで構成された汚廃水処理用平膜モジュール(120)において、
左右対称の一対となり、その対応面に、前記平膜モジュール(120)の両側端がそれぞれ挿入されるように多数のスリット溝(142)が配列形成され、前記平膜モジュール(120)の両側端が前記スリット溝(142)に挿入された状態で前記排出口(123)が、表面に形成された結合ホール(144)をそれぞれ通過して外部に露出され、両外側面に前記各排出口(123)を収容するための収容溝(186)が形成され、外側面に前記各排出口(123)と連通される一つの吸入口(184)を有するカバー体(180)が密着結合されてなるモジュールブロック(140)(140a)を備えることを特徴とするブロック型平膜モジュールフレーム。 - 前記各平膜モジュール(120)を固定する一対の前記モジュールブロック(140)(140a)が左右または上下に多数個配列され、この配列された前記各モジュールブロックがフレーム(200)を介して結合固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブロック型平膜モジュールフレーム。
- 前記平膜モジュール(120)の両側端に多数個のピン結合部材(124)が対称的に突出形成され、前記モジュールブロック(140)(140a)の各スリット溝(142)の表面に前記ピン結合部材(124)が挿入されて整列されるように、案内溝(146)を有する案内部(147)が外側に突出形成され、前記案内部(147)の外側に備えられたピン(160)を通して前記案内溝(146)に挿入された前記ピン結合部材(124)が固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブロック型平膜モジュールフレーム。
- 前記排出口(123)は、それぞれ2個ずつ前記平膜モジュール(120)の両側端に対称的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブロック型平膜モジュールフレーム。
