Claims (10)
- ガスタービン構成要素(16、100)の表面上の熱炭化水素劣化堆積を防止する方法であって、
炭化水素流体と接触するように構成され、基材がオイルに対して公称接触角度(140)を生じるのに十分な公称液体湿潤性を有する材料を含む表面(120)を備えたタービン構成要素(16、100)を準備する段階と、
オイルに対して公称接触角度よりも大きな有効接触角度を生じるのに十分な有効湿潤性を表面が有するように選ばれたサイズ、形状、及び向きを有する複数の特徴部(160)を前記基材上に配置して、抗堆積表面テクスチャを形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記特徴部が、幅寸法(a)(220)と間隔寸法(b)(240)とを含み、前記特徴部は、炭化水素流体が前記表面テクスチャ内に浸透するのを防止し、これにより前記表面に対する熱炭化水素堆積物の付着を低減する方法。 - ガスタービン構成要素(16、100)の表面(120)上のコークス堆積を防止する方法であって、

オイルに対して公称接触角度よりも大きな有効接触角度を生じるのに十分な有効湿潤性を表面が有するように選ばれたサイズ、形状、及び向きを有する複数の特徴部(160)を前記基材上に配置して、コーキング防止表面テクスチャを形成する段階と、

前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記複数の特徴部(160)の少なくとも一部が、前記ガスタービン構成要素(16、100)の表面よりも上に突出する、
前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記突出する特徴部(160)の一部が複数の柱状部を含み、幅寸法aが約25マイクロメートルよりも小さく、比b/aが約0.1から約6までの間であり、高さ寸法h(200)と幅寸法a(220)との比が約10よりも小さい、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記特徴部(160)の一部が複数の柱状部を含み、aが約5μmよりも小さく、比b/aが約0.5から約4までの間である、
