Abstract
【解決手段】一対のロータ軸1を先端に向かうほど間隔が狭くなる状態で回転自在に配置し、一対のロータ軸1の夫々の先端側にスクリュー羽根2を取り付け、それらロータ軸1間で一方のスクリュー羽根2aのピッチ間に他方のスクリュー羽根2bが入り込むように構成し、一対のロータ軸1の夫々の基端側にロータ軸1を回転駆動する駆動装置Mを取り付け、一対のロータ軸1の夫々を回転駆動するときに、一対のロータ軸1における所定の位相差を許容しながら所定の位相よりも大きい位相差を阻止するスクリュー羽根接触防止機構SSを設けてある。

Description
さらに、コニカルギヤにはギヤ同士が常時噛み合って摺接するために潤滑油を油浴するギヤボックスが必要であり、このために、ギヤボックスの潤滑油がハウジングに侵入するのを防ぐ機構が別に必要になる等、構成が複雑になるものであった。
さらに、コニカルギヤを不要にできるために、潤滑油を油浴するギヤボックスを不要にして、ギヤボックスの潤滑油がハウジングに侵入するのを防ぐ機構が不要になる等、構成の一層の簡素化を図ることができる。
以下、本発明に係る2軸押出機について説明する。
図1、図2に示すように、2軸押出機は、例えば、ミキサやニーダ等の混練機にて混練された未成形のゴム原料やプラスチック原料等の高粘度物質を押し出すのに用いられるものであって、先端に向かうほど間隔が狭くなる状態で回転自在に配置した一対のロータ軸1、一対のロータ軸1の夫々の先端側に取り付けた一対のスクリュー羽根2、一対のロータ軸1の夫々の基端側に取り付けたロータ軸1を回転駆動する一対の駆動装置としての減速機付きのモータM等を備えている。
ちなみに、一対のロータ軸1における所定の位相差は、60度に限定されるものではなく、スクリュー羽根2のねじれ角やフライト高さ等に合わせて適宜変更可能である。
図4に示すように、位相差発生指令を出す位相差発生指令手段としての図示しない指令スイッチと、第1接当部材6の突出部6aに近接する一方の近接センサ9aと、その近接センサ9aの検出情報と図示しないタイマに基づいて第1接当部材6の回転速度を計測する一方の回転速度計測部10aと、第2接当部材7の突出部7aに近接する他方の近接センサ9bと、その近接センサ9bの検出情報と図示しないタイマに基づいて第2接当部材7の回転速度を計測する他方の回転速度計測部10bと、それら回転速度計測部10a、10bにて計測された第1接当部材6及び第2接当部材7の回転速度から第1接当部材6の周期Taと第2接当部材7の周期Tbとの周期比率Ta/Tbを演算する演算部11と、その演算部11にて演算された周期比率Ta/Tbから一方のモータMaに対してそのモータMaの回転速度を増減させる速度増減指令を出す一方の速度指令部12aと、演算部11にて演算された周期比率Ta/Tbから他方のモータMbに対してそのモータMbの回転速度を増減させる速度増減指令を出す他方の速度指令部12bとを備えている。
この実施形態では、第1実施形態の構成と異なる構成についてのみ説明し、同じ構成については説明を省略する。
以下、本発明に係るスクリュー羽根接触防止機構SSについて説明する。
図5、図6に示すように、第1接当部材6及び第2接当部材7の一組を、各ロータ軸1の長手方向(すなわち、各ロータ軸1の為す角を等しい角度に2つに分ける2等分線に沿う方向)に沿って2組設け、基端側の組(図6の白抜きの部分)に属する第1接当部材6における突出部6a1の位置と、前記基端側の組に隣接する先端側の組(図6の斜線の部分)に属する第1接当部材6における突出部6a2の位置とを、一方のロータ軸方向視で周方向に異ならせるように配置するとともに、基端側の組に属する第2接当部材7における突出部7a1の位置と、前記基端側の組に隣接する先端側の組に属する第2接当部材7における突出部7a2の位置とを、他方のロータ軸方向視で周方向に異ならせるように配置してある。
尚、第1接当部材6及び第2接当部材7の位相を45度だけずらせるものに限られないが、一対のロータ軸における所定の位相よりも大きい位相差(例えば60度程度になること)を確実に阻止する点からそのような角度(45度)が好ましい。
この実施形態では、第1実施形態の構成と異なる構成についてのみ説明し、同じ構成については説明を省略する。
以下、本発明に係るスクリュー羽根接触防止機構SSについて説明する。
図7、図8に示すように、第1接当部材6及び第2接当部材7の一組を、各ロータ軸1の長手方向に沿って3組設け、基端側の組(図8の白抜きの部分)に属する第1接当部材6における突出部6a1の位置と、前記基端側の組に隣接する中間の組(図8の斜線の部分)に属する第1接当部材6における突出部6a2の位置と、前記中間の組に隣接する先端側の組(図8の網線の部分)に属する第1接当部材6における突出部6a3の位置とを、一方のロータ軸方向視で周方向に異ならせるように配置するとともに、基端側の組に属する第2接当部材7における突出部7a1の位置と、前記基端側の組に隣接する中間の組に属する第2接当部材7における突出部7a2の位置と、前記中間の組に隣接する先端側の組に属する第2接当部材7における突出部7a3の位置とを、他方のロータ軸方向視で周方向に異ならせるように配置してある。
尚、第1接当部材6及び第2接当部材7の組の数は2つや3つに限られるものではなく、多数組であってもよい。このとき、複数の組の夫々に属する第1接当部材6が、それら第1接当部材6の位相を夫々周方向に隣り合う突出部6aの為す角度を第1接当部材6の組の数で除した角度だけ一方のロータ軸方向視でずらせる形態で配置され、複数の組の夫々に属する第2接当部材7が、それらの第2接当部材7の位相を夫々周方向に隣り合う突出部7aの為す角度を第2接当部材7の組の数で除した角度だけ他方のロータ軸方向視でずらせる形態で配置されている。このように第1接当部材6及び第2接当部材7の組を多数組設けることで、一対のロータ軸における所定の位相よりも大きい位相差を一層確実に阻止できる。
(1)上記実施の形態では、一方のロータ軸1aに複数の突出部6aを周方向に同じ間隔を隔てる状態で並べる構成や、他方のロータ軸1bに複数の突出部7aを周方向に同じ間隔を隔てる状態で並べる構成を例示したが、これに限られるものではなく、一方のロータ軸1aに複数の突出部6aを周方向にほぼ同じ間隔を隔てる状態で並べる構成や、他方のロータ軸1bに複数の突出部7aを周方向にほぼ同じ間隔を隔てる状態で並べる構成としてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 一対のロータ軸を先端に向かうほど間隔が狭くなる状態で回転自在に配置し、前記一対のロータ軸の夫々の先端側にスクリュー羽根を取り付け、それらロータ軸間で一方の前記スクリュー羽根のピッチ間に他方の前記スクリュー羽根が入り込むように構成し、前記一対のロータ軸の夫々の基端側に前記ロータ軸を回転駆動する駆動装置を取り付けた2軸押出機であって、
前記一対のロータ軸の夫々を回転駆動するときに、前記一対のロータ軸における所定の位相差を許容しながら所定の位相よりも大きい位相差を阻止するスクリュー羽根接触防止機構を設けてある2軸押出機。 - 前記スクリュー羽根接触防止機構を構成するに、
一方の前記ロータ軸に複数の突出部を周方向に同じ又はほぼ同じ間隔を隔てる状態で並べて第1接当部材を構成し、他方の前記ロータ軸に複数の突出部を周方向に同じ又はほぼ同じ間隔を隔てる状態で並べて第2接当部材を構成し、前記第1接当部材における突出部の軌跡と、前記第2接当部材における突出部の軌跡とが干渉するように構成し、前記第1接当部材における突出部と、その突出部に周方向に対向する前記第2接当部材における突出部との間に、前記一対のロータ軸における所定の位相差を許容しながら所定の位相よりも大きい位相差を阻止する隙間を設けてある請求項1に記載の2軸押出機。 - 前記第1接当部材及び前記第2接当部材の一組を、前記各ロータ軸の長手方向に沿って複数組設け、ある組に属する前記第1接当部材における突出部の位置と、その組に隣接する別の組に属する前記第1接当部材における突出部の位置とを、前記一方のロータ軸方向視で周方向に異ならせるように配置するとともに、ある組に属する前記第2接当部材における突出部の位置と、その組に隣接する別の組に属する前記第2接当部材における突出部の位置とを、前記他方のロータ軸方向視で周方向に異ならせるように配置してある請求項2に記載の2軸押出機。
- 前記第1接当部材及び前記第2接当部材の夫々の回転速度を検出する回転速度検出手段と、
その回転速度検出手段にて検出された回転速度から前記第1接当部材の周期と前記第2接当部材の周期との周期比率を演算するとともに、その周期比率が1になるように一対の前記駆動装置夫々の同期制御を実行する制御手段とを設けてある請求項2又は3に記載の2軸押出機。 - 位相差発生指令を出す位相差発生指令手段を設け、
前記制御手段は、
前記位相差発生指令手段にて位相差発生指令が入力されると、前記同期制御に優先して前記一対のロータ軸に所定の位相差を発生させるように前記一対の駆動装置夫々の位相差発生制御を実行するように構成されている請求項4に記載の2軸押出機。
