Abstract
【解決手段】粉末冶金の原料粉末と添加剤とを混合する混合工程11と、混合工程終了後の原料粉末を金型に充填して加圧成形する加圧成形工程12と、加圧成形工程終了後の原料粉末の成形体を焼結する焼結工程13とを有する焼結体の製造方法において、混合工程11と加圧成形工程12の双方又はいずれか一方の工程を、不活性ガス又は還元性ガスでパージしながら、あるいは、真空下で行う。また、不活性ガスにはヘリウムガスを、還元性ガスには水素ガスを用いると好適である。

Claims (5)
- 原料粉末と添加剤とを混合する混合工程と、該混合工程終了後の原料粉末を金型に充填して加圧成形する加圧成形工程と、該加圧成形工程終了後の原料粉末の成形体を焼結する焼結工程とを有する焼結体の製造方法において、前記混合工程と前記加圧成形工程の双方又はいずれか一方の工程を、不活性ガス又は還元性ガスでパージしながら、あるいは、真空下で行うことを特徴とする焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記不活性ガスがヘリウムガスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記還元性ガスが水素ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記原料粉末が金属粉末又は非酸化物系セラミック粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記原料粉末が酸化物系セラミック粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の焼結体の製造方法。
