Abstract
光電子増倍管は、低濃度でノイズの影響を受け、高濃度で飽和し、再現性と直線性の良い測定を行うには、適切な光量にて測定することが必要である。しかし、広範囲の濃度に適用するには、試薬の濃度や成分の調整だけではカバーできない。
【解決手段】
光電子増倍管の感度を印加高電圧で調節するにあたり、測定項目に対して設定された濃度範囲に応じてあらかじめ測定に適した印加高電圧を設定しておき、項目選択,当該項目の前回値,診断情報等により調整し、最適な条件で測定を行う

Claims (4)
- 検出器と、
該検出器の感度を調整する感度調整手段と、
該感度調整手段の感度調整値を予め複数記憶する記憶手段と、を備え、
測定対象に応じて、前記記憶手段に記憶された複数の感度調整値を切り替える切り替え手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記測定対象の濃度範囲に対応して前記複数の感度調整値が前記記憶手段に記憶されていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記複数の感度調整値に対応して、それぞれ検量線を前記記憶手段に記憶されていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 光電子増倍管を検出器として使用する分析システムにおいて、
スパイク状の発光と、それに続く安定した発光を測定するにあたり、該スパイク状の発光が発生する時間帯については、測定感度を落とし、前記スパイクが終了して発光が安定した段階で、測定感度を上げて測定するように前記光電子増倍管を制御する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする分析システム。
