  In an environment where a plurality of image forming apparatuses are installed, it is desirable for the user to be able to use an optimal function of the image forming apparatus depending on the situation. When instructing the use of the functions of the image forming image apparatus, the user is required to output from the most convenient image forming apparatus when necessary without specifying the image forming apparatus in advance. .

  In order to satisfy this requirement, when a user supports printing, a method of temporarily storing data in a server and assigning an identifier associated with the data has been used.
