The present invention relates to an occupant posture recognition device that makes an occupant recognize that the posture is corrected.
Various devices for determining the posture of an occupant seated on a seat have been conventionally known (see, for example,
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to obtain an occupant posture recognition device capable of notifying an occupant seated on a seat so that the posture is corrected.

Yes.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an occupant posture recognition device capable of notifying an occupant sitting on a seat so that the posture is corrected.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below in detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a vehicle provided with a first embodiment of an occupant posture recognition device, and FIG. 2 is a graph showing the relationship between knee joint position and pelvic angle. In the figure, the direction indicated by the arrow FR is the front direction of the vehicle body, and the direction indicated by the arrow UP is the upward direction of the vehicle body.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the
The length D1 of the
Further, an
Further, in the
Next, the operation of the occupant posture recognition apparatus according to the first embodiment having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 3, first, when the ignition switch is turned on (S1), the
Next, the inclination angle α of the
Here, it is found from experimental results that the distance D1 + D2, the inclination angle α of the seat back 24, and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw have a correlation as shown in the graph of FIG. That is, the distance D1 + D2 and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw have a one-to-one correspondence with the inclination angle α of the seat back 24, and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw can be obtained from the distance D1 + D2.
Specifically, when the inclination angle α of the
On the other hand, when the inclination angle α of the seat back 24 is large, that is, when the seat back 24 is raised, the graph L3 shown in FIG. 2 is selected. Then, the inclination angle θ3 of the pelvis Pw at the point X3 where the distance D1 + D2 intersects the graph L3 increases and exceeds the boundary value. Therefore, in this case, it is difficult to cause abdominal injury due to the seat belt, and it is determined that the risk is low (low risk), so that an alarm sound, vibration, sound, etc. are not emitted into the passenger compartment 12 (notification) The means 34 is not activated) and the knee joint Pk position is measured again.
The graph L2 is when the
Further, when the
Further, the notification means 34 may be configured as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, for example. That is, an expansion /
The
When the air is supplied from the
Accordingly, the surface of the
Similarly, in the case of the seat back 24, each expansion /
Next, a second embodiment of the occupant posture recognition device will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part equivalent to the said 1st Example, and detailed description (an effect | action is also included) is abbreviate | omitted. As shown in FIG. 7, in the occupant posture recognition device of the second embodiment, the seat pressure distribution of the occupant P seated on the
The
Next, the operation of the occupant posture recognition apparatus according to the second embodiment having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 9, first, when the ignition switch is turned on (S1), the
(S5)。 Next, the inclination angle α of the seat back 24 is detected (measured) by the angle sensor 26 (S3). Then, from the distance D and the inclination angle α, the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw of the occupant P is estimated by the estimation means 28 (S4), and it is determined whether or not the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw exceeds the boundary value. (S5).
Here, it is found from the experimental results that the distance D, the inclination angle α of the seat back 24, and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw have a correlation as shown in the graph of FIG. That is, the distance D and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw correspond one-to-one via the inclination angle α of the seat back 24, and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw can be obtained from the distance D.
More specifically, when the inclination angle α of the seat back 24 is small, that is, when the seat back 24 is reclining and sleeping, the graph L4 shown in FIG. 8 is selected. Then, the inclination angle θ4 of the pelvis Pw at the point X4 where the distance D intersects the graph L4 becomes small and does not exceed the boundary value. Therefore, it is determined that abdominal injury due to a seat belt (not shown) is likely to occur and the risk is high (large danger), and the alarm means, vibration, voice, etc. are given to the passenger P in the
On the other hand, when the inclination angle α of the seat back 24 is large, that is, when the seat back 24 is raised, the graph L6 shown in FIG. 8 is selected. Then, the inclination angle θ6 of the pelvis Pw at the point X6 where the distance D intersects the graph L6 increases and exceeds the boundary value. Therefore, in this case, it is difficult to cause abdominal injury due to the seat belt, and it is determined that the risk is low (low risk), so that an alarm sound, vibration, sound, etc. are not emitted into the passenger compartment 12 (notification) The means 34 is not actuated), and the seat pressure distribution is measured again, and the pressure center position is measured.
The graph L5 is when the
Further, when the
As described above, according to the occupant posture recognition device according to the present invention, as in the first embodiment, the position of the knee joint Pk of the occupant P is sensed, and the position of the knee joint Pk based on the experiment and the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw The inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw is estimated from the correlation with the pressure, or the seat pressure distribution of the occupant P is sensed as in the second embodiment, and the pressure center position (maximum pressure position) based on the experiment By estimating the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw from the correlation between the inclination angle θ of the pelvis Pw and the pelvis Pw, it is possible to detect (predict) a posture in which an abdominal injury due to the seat belt is likely to occur.
