JP 2005-354329 A

When using the noise absorber described in Patent Document 1, as described in FIG. 2 and the like of Patent Document 1, a wire may be looped and a single wire may be passed through the core multiple times. In such a case, if the position of the looped wire is not fixed on the outside of the case, there will be inconveniences such as failure to obtain the desired noise reduction effect or picking up noise by approaching other wiring. It was.

This invention aims at providing the noise absorber which can stabilize the position of the loop, when the electric wire which let the noise absorber pass is made into the loop.

The noise absorber according to claim 1,
A pair of halved magnetic bodies corresponding to the cylindrical body divided into two along the axial direction;
A case of a structure in which a pair of halved cases each accommodating one halved magnetic body are connected by a hinge portion;
In the noise absorber in which the pair of halved cases are closed with the hinge portion as an axis, the core having a shape corresponding to the cylindrical body is formed by joining the pair of halved magnetic bodies,
A pair of protrusions are provided apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the core and provided on one outer surface of the pair of half cases.

The noise absorber according to claim 1 includes a configuration in which the protrusions forming a pair are separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the core and provided on one outer surface of the pair of half cases. When a single electric wire is passed through the core a plurality of times, a loop is formed by winding the electric wire around one of the half cases, and a part of the loop passes between the pair of protrusions. If it carries out like this, since the position of the electric wire which forms a loop will be regulated between the projections which make a pair, the position of the electric wire which is a loop on the outside of a case will be stabilized. Thereby, various inconveniences caused by the unstable position of the electric wire can be solved.

The protrusion may be a continuous ridge or a spot. Further, a configuration in which a plurality of spot-like or short ridges are arranged along a straight line may be used.
The noise absorber according to claim 2, wherein a flat portion is provided between the pair of protrusions on the outer surface of the half case. From the above, when the electric wire is wound around one of the half cases to form a loop, the electric wire may be wound so as to be placed on the flat portion. If it does so, the position of the electric wire which forms the loop will be stabilized also by a flat part. Therefore, the effect of claim 1 is improved.

The noise absorber according to claim 3, wherein the opening shape of the insertion hole for the electric wire passed through the core is formed in the case by closing the pair of half cases with the hinge part as an axis. 3. The noise absorber according to claim 1, wherein the noise absorber is a flat shape having an axis and a short axis, and an interval between the pair of protrusions is equal to a long axis of the insertion hole.

When the opening shape of the insertion hole for the electric wire passed through the core is a flat shape having a major axis and a minor axis, for example, an ellipse, an ellipse, a rectangle, or a rectangular shape having a circular arc shape, etc. Electric wires that pass through the insertion hole a plurality of times by loop formation are arranged substantially along the long axis. Since the distance between the pair of protrusions is equal to the long axis of the insertion hole, the correspondence between the inside (insertion hole) and the outside (between the protrusions) is good when winding the wire around one of the half cases to form a loop. , Workability is improved.

The noise absorber according to claim 4, wherein the pair of halved cases are formed in the case by closing the pair of half cases with the hinge portion as an axis, and from the inner periphery of the insertion hole for the electric wire passed through the core. 4. The noise absorber according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a pair of inner peripheral protrusions extending corresponding to the protrusions forming a pair are provided.

A pair of protrusions are provided on the outer surface, and a pair of inner peripheral protrusions are provided correspondingly to them. Therefore, it is easier to wind the wire with one hand between the four inner and outer protrusions, and the electric wire bites at the inner peripheral part. Can also be prevented. In particular, depending on the wiring and space of the equipment, the wire may be wound with the noise absorber set up (longitudinal direction is vertical). Four protrusions are effective for preventing biting at the time of fitting.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples of the present invention. The present invention is not limited to the following examples and the like, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[Example]
As shown in FIG. 1, the noise absorber 1 of a present Example is comprised by a pair of half magnetic bodies 2 and 2 and the case 3 for accommodating them.

The halved magnetic bodies 2 and 2 have a shape corresponding to the cylindrical body divided into two along the axial direction, and correspond to the original cylindrical body by joining the joint surfaces 4 to face each other. A core having a shape to be formed is formed. When the core is formed, the groove-like recesses 5 provided between the joint surfaces 4 are combined to form an inner hole for passing an electric wire.

The case 3 has a structure in which a fixed portion 6 corresponding to a pair of halved cases and a movable portion 7 are connected by a hinge portion 8.
As shown in FIG. 3, the fixed portion 6 and the movable portion 7 include a storage chamber 9 for storing one half of the half magnetic body 2. In the housing chamber 9, a rib 11 for positioning the half magnetic body 2 in the axial direction, an elastic piece 12 for pressing the back surface of the half magnetic body 2, and a side provided on the side surface of the half magnetic body 2. An engagement holding piece 13 for engaging the recess is provided. When the half magnetic body 2 is inserted into the storage chamber 9 and pushed in, the locking recess is locked by the locking holding piece 13 so that the half magnetic body 2 is stored in the storage chamber 9 as shown in FIG. And retained.

The fixed portion 6 and the movable portion 7 are connected by a hinge portion 8, but a locking receiving hole 14 is provided on the side portion of the fixed portion 6 opposite to the hinge portion 8, and the movable portion 7 is also engaged. A stop projection 15 is provided. Then, when the hinge portion 8 is bent and deformed so that the fixed portion 6 and the movable portion 7 face each other, the locking projection 15 is locked to the locking receiving hole 14 and the case 3 is closed.

When the case 3 is closed, the two halved magnetic bodies 2 and 2 join the joint surfaces 4 together to form the core as described above. At this time, the elastic piece 12 presses the back surface of the half magnetic body 2 to ensure the above-mentioned joining.

Recesses 19 and 20 are provided in the end walls 17 and 18 located at both ends of the fixed portion 6 and the movable portion 7. When the case 3 is closed, the recesses 19 and 20 are combined to form the insertion hole 21. The opening shape of the insertion hole 21 is a shape in which four corners of a rectangle are arcuate. Further, the end wall 18 is provided with a convex piece 22 corresponding to an inner peripheral projection, and a convex extending the inner periphery of the recess 20 is formed. On the other hand, the end wall 17 is provided with a recess 23 corresponding to the convex piece 22. When the case 3 is closed, the convex piece 22 fits into the concave 23, so that no irregularities are formed on the inner periphery of the insertion hole 21.

A piece 25 with a hole and a piece 26 with a pin extend from the side portion of the fixed portion 6. The holed piece 25 is provided with a hole 25a, and the pinned piece 26 is provided with a pin 26a standing downward. The lower surfaces of the holed piece 25 and the pinned piece 26 are set so as to be flush with the outer bottom surface 6 a of the fixing portion 6.

For this reason, the outer bottom surface 6a of the fixing portion 6 is brought into contact with a plate or the like to be attached, the pin 26a is fitted into a pin hole provided in the plate or the like, and tightened with a screw or the like passed through the hole 25a. If (the fitting between the pin 26a and the pin hole serves as a detent during screw tightening), the fixing portion 6, that is, the noise absorber 1 can be fixed.

In addition, since it can be “fixed” as described above, it is called the fixing unit 6, but does not mean “always fixed and used”.
On the other hand, a pair of protrusions 27 are provided on the outer surface of the movable portion 7 so as to face each other. The protrusion 27 is provided between both end walls 18 (that is, over the entire length of the movable portion 7) along a direction substantially orthogonal to the end wall 18.

A flat portion 28, which is a belt-like plane, is provided between the pair of protrusions 27. That is, the shallow groove 29 is formed by the inner facing surfaces of the protrusions 27 and the flat portion 28. Further, the protruding direction of the protrusion 27 is opposite to that of the convex piece 22, but when the facing surface is extended, it overlaps the inner edge of the convex piece 22. That is, the internal width of the groove 29 (the interval between the opposing surfaces of the protrusions 27) matches the length of the long axis of the insertion hole 21.

Since the noise absorber 1 has the above-described configuration, when the case 3 is closed with the fixed portion 6 and the movable portion 7 facing each other with the hinge portion 8 as an axis, the two halved magnetic bodies 2 and 2 are joined to each other. 4 are joined together to form a perforated core.

If an electric wire is passed through the inner hole of the core (the insertion hole 21 becomes an opening for allowing the electric wire to pass), noise can be removed as is well known.
Since the pair of protrusions 27 are separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the core and are provided on the outer surface of the movable portion 7 (corresponding to one of the pair of half-cases), one wire is used as a loop multiple times (usually 2 times) (~ 3 times) When passing through the core, the electric wire is wound around the movable portion 7 to form a loop, and a part of the loop passes between the pair of protrusions 27. If it carries out like this, since the position of the electric wire which forms a loop will be controlled between the projections 27 which make a pair, the position of the electric wire which is a loop on the outside of case 3 will be stabilized. Thereby, various inconveniences caused by the unstable position of the electric wire can be solved.

Moreover, in the noise absorber 1, the flat portion 28 is provided between the pair of protrusions 27 and the shallow groove 29 is formed between the protrusions 27, so that the electric wire can be moved to form a loop. 7 is wound so that the electric wire is in the groove 29 (so as to be placed on the flat portion 28). Then, since the groove 29 is a target, it is easy to perform the operation of winding the electric wire, the position of the loop can be accommodated in the groove 29 without variation, and the position of the electric wire forming the loop is also stabilized by the flat portion 28.

Further, the interval between the protrusions 27 (the width of the groove 29) is equal to the long axis of the insertion hole 21, and the protrusion direction of the protrusion 27 is opposite to that of the convex piece 22, but when the opposing surface of the protrusion 27 is extended. Since it overlaps with the inner edge of the convex piece 22, when performing the work of winding the electric wire around the movable part 7 before closing the case 3, the electric wire only needs to pass between both the convex pieces 22 and both the protrusions 27. Winding work can be done easily and accurately.

Since a pair of protrusions 27 are provided on the outer surface, and two pairs of convex pieces 22 are provided corresponding to these, it is easier to wind the wire between the protrusions 27 and the convex piece 22 with one hand. It is also possible to prevent the electric wire from being caught in the periphery. In particular, depending on the wiring and space of the equipment, the wire may be wound with the noise absorber 1 in a standing state (the longitudinal direction is vertical). The two protrusions 27 and the two pairs of convex pieces 22 are effective for preventing biting at the time of fitting.

Moreover, the noise absorber 1 of an Example also has the following effects.
First, when the outer peripheral wires are lined up in the flat portion 28 and incorporated in a device, the metal such as the housing and the plurality of wires are located in parallel and at the same distance, so there is no variation in capacitive coupling to the metal for each wire. No difference in characteristics due to winding.

Next, by pressing the turned electric wire with a tape or the like so as to be in contact with a metal such as a housing, high frequency noise can be dared to flow to the metal by capacitive coupling, and a synergistic countermeasure effect can be obtained.

And when the shape of the ferrite core comprised by the half magnetic body 2 becomes an ellipse, if the joint surface 4 is made wider than other parts, the cross-sectional area of the joint surface 4 will increase. Since the contact state of the joint surface 4 of the divided half magnetic body 2 greatly affects the characteristics, the characteristic deterioration due to the gap between the joint surfaces 4 can be compensated by increasing the cross-sectional area of the joint surface 4, and as a result A good countermeasure effect can be obtained.
