Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wall member that drops an article by being collided with an adhesive article and a weighing device including the wall member.
In general, it is desirable to perform combination weighing in order to measure articles at high speed and with high accuracy. In combination weighing, the weights of articles contained in multiple hoppers are weighed for each hopper, and a combination calculation is performed based on these weight values to determine a combination of weight values so that the total value falls within a predetermined range. Then, the articles in the hopper corresponding to the combination are assembled. Thereby, the aggregate | assembly of articles | goods of predetermined weight or predetermined quantity can be obtained.
As an apparatus for performing such combination weighing, there is one described in
A
The
By the way, when the article is strongly struck against the side wall of the collective discharge chute, such as when the conveying speed of the horizontal conveyor is high, the article is placed on the side wall even if the side wall has a vertical or nearly vertical inclination. May adhere. In particular, in the case of an article having high adhesiveness, such an adhesion phenomenon is likely to occur. This phenomenon is also observed in foods such as pickles, but in the case of foods with extremely high tackiness such as kelp, spaghetti containing meat sauce, and salad containing mayonnaise, the article grows greatly on the wall. Then, the article that has become a large lump on the wall surface is peeled off from the wall surface at once. For this reason, there is a difference between the weight of articles collectively introduced into the collective discharge chute and the weight of articles delivered collectively from the collective discharge chute, making it difficult to control the amount of articles passing through the collective discharge chute. Become.
However, when installing a belt conveyor like
An object of the present invention is to provide a wall member capable of conveying an adhesive article by a predetermined amount without preparing a complicated mechanism such as a belt conveyor, and a weighing device including the wall member.
The wall member according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a first surface and a second surface, is disposed on the downstream side of the transport device, and drops the article by being collided with the article that has passed through the transport device. The conveying device conveys an adhesive article in a predetermined conveying direction. The first surface collides with and adheres to the article. The second surface collides with and adheres to the article. The first surface and the second surface are displaced in the horizontal direction so that the article attached to the first surface and the article attached to the second surface are not integrated.
The wall member forms a wall surface that guides an adhesive article such as kelp conveyed by the conveying device downward by collision with the article. This wall member has at least two steps. Therefore, the area of the surface of each step is suppressed to be smaller than the area of the entire wall surface formed by this wall member. As a result, the article that collides with and adheres to the wall member peels off from the wall member little by little before growing into a large lump. Thereby, the adhesive article can be conveyed by a predetermined amount without preparing a complicated mechanism such as a belt conveyor.
The wall member according to the second invention is the wall member according to the first invention, and the article attached to the first surface and the article attached to the second surface are peeled down separately.
A large amount of articles are not peeled off at the same timing from the stepped wall member.
The wall member according to the third invention is the wall member according to the first invention or the second invention, and the first surface is located above the second surface. The surface including the first surface is located upstream in the transport direction from the surface including the second surface.
The wall member has a downward staircase shape along the article conveyance path. Therefore, it is difficult to store articles in the space between the steps. This makes it difficult for large lumps of articles to grow.
A wall member according to a fourth invention is the wall member according to the third invention, further comprising a third surface. The third surface collides with and adheres to the article. The second surface is located above the third surface. The surface including the second surface is located on the upstream side in the transport direction with respect to the surface including the third surface.
This wall member has at least three steps. Therefore, the area of the surface of each step is suppressed to be smaller than the area of the entire wall surface formed by the wall member.
A wall member according to a fifth aspect is the wall member according to the third aspect or the fourth aspect, wherein the first surface and the second surface are discontinuous.
Each surface of the wall member formed in a step shape is divided from each other. This makes it more difficult for articles to be stored in the space between the steps. Further, since the wall member has a downward staircase shape, the article to be conveyed does not face the gap between the steps and does not jump out of the conveyance path from the gap between the steps.
A wall member according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the wall member according to any one of the first to fifth aspects of the present invention, and the conveying device is disposed on the downstream side of the weighing device. The weighing device is a device that weighs an article and sends out the article by a predetermined amount.
An article weighing device is arranged further upstream of the conveying device on the upstream side of the wall member. Therefore, this wall member can send the articles sent out by a predetermined amount after weighing in the weighing device to the downstream side with almost no error.
A wall member according to a seventh aspect is the wall member according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the conveying direction of the conveying device is a substantially horizontal direction.
An article collides with this wall member from the upstream side in a substantially horizontal direction. As a result, the wall member can guide the article traveling in a substantially horizontal direction downward.
A weighing device according to an eighth aspect of the present invention includes a weighing unit, a transport unit, and a wall member, and measures an adhesive article. The weighing unit weighs the article and sends out the article by a predetermined amount. The transport unit transports the articles sent from the weighing unit in a predetermined transport direction by a predetermined amount. A wall member is arrange | positioned in the downstream of a conveyance part, and makes an article fall by colliding with the article which passed the conveyance part. The wall member has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface collides with and adheres to the article. The second surface collides with and adheres to the article. The first surface and the second surface are displaced in the horizontal direction so that the article attached to the first surface and the article attached to the second surface are not integrated.
In this weighing device, an adhesive article such as kelp is weighed by the weighing unit and then sent to the conveying unit by a predetermined amount. Then, the article conveyed in a predetermined direction by the conveyance unit is guided downward by the collision with the wall member.
In the present invention, an adhesive article can be conveyed by a predetermined amount without preparing a complicated mechanism such as a belt conveyor.

As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 6, the second
The
Further, the
The

<Operation of combination weighing device>
Next, the operation of the
In the

When there is no article in the weighing
When there is no article in the
Such an operation is performed for each head. Each time the
And a control part performs combination calculation based on these weight values. That is, the control unit selects
When the combination of the

[Aggregating operations of articles discharged from multiple weighing hoppers and booster hoppers]
The articles discharged from the
The article placed on the
Most of the articles that have collided with the
On the other hand, the remaining part of the articles that have collided with the

Moreover, the
Moreover, although the clearance gap has spread between the
<変形例>
