Abstract
【解決手段】 電動モータ20の製造方法において、アーク溶接機100のトーチ100Aに設けた電極棒101により、相並ぶ複数のコネクタターミナル67の各一端を順に、相並ぶ複数の検出信号出力ターミナル65のそれぞれにアーク溶接するに際し、前記複数のコネクタターミナル67の各一端に対応する各他端を順に、アーク溶接機100のアース端子100Bのそれぞれに接続するもの。

Description
(a)相並ぶ複数の接続端子の各一端をアーク溶接機の電極棒により順にアーク溶接するに際し、それら接続端子の各一端に対応する各他端を順に、アーク溶接機のアース端子のそれぞれに切換えて接続する。従って、アーク溶接機の電極棒は、当該アーク溶接機のアース端子が1つの接続端子にのみ接続されている、今回溶接対象たる1つの接続端子との間だけに確実にアークが発生し、アークが安定する。このため、複数の接続端子の一端と、複数の被接続端子との溶接品質を向上する。
(b)複数のコネクタターミナルの一端と、レゾルバステータの複数の検出信号出力ターミナルとの溶接品質を向上する。
(c)複数のコネクタターミナルの一端と、モータ固定子の複数の給電ターミナルとの溶接品質を向上する。
(1)操舵トルク検出装置が検出した操舵トルクが所定値より低いとき、操舵アシスト力は不要であり、電動モータ20は駆動されない。
(a)相並ぶ複数のコネクタターミナル67の各一端をアーク溶接機100の電極棒101により順にアーク溶接するに際し、それらコネクタターミナル67の各一端に対応する各他端を順に、アーク溶接機100のアース端子100Bのそれぞれに切換えて接続する。従って、アーク溶接機100の電極棒101は、当該アーク溶接機100のアース端子100Bが1つの接続端子にのみ接続されている、今回溶接対象たる1つのコネクタターミナル67との間だけに確実にアークが発生し、アークが安定する。このため、複数のコネクタターミナル67の一端と、複数の検出信号出力ターミナル65との溶接品質を向上する。

Claims (3)
- 電動モータの製造方法において、
アーク溶接機のトーチに設けた電極棒により、相並ぶ複数の接続端子の各一端を順に、相並ぶ複数の被接続端子のそれぞれにアーク溶接するに際し、
前記複数の接続端子の各一端に対応する各他端を順に、アーク溶接機のアース端子のそれぞれに切換えて接続することを特徴とする電動モータの製造方法。 - 前記複数の接続端子がコネクタターミナルであり、
前記複数の被接続端子がレゾルバステータの検出信号出力ターミナルである請求項1に記載の電動モータの製造方法。 - 前記複数の接続端子がコネクタターミナルであり、
前記複数の被接続端子がモータ固定子の給電ターミナルである請求項1に記載の電動モータの接続方法。
