本発明によれば、以下のような効果を得ることができる。まず、図4に示した工程でジッパー片25を形成する際に溶断シールを用いるので、一工程でジッパー片の端部を溶着した状態で長尺ジッパーを切断することができる。このため、従来のように超音波ホーンと切断装置を用いて二工程でジッパー片を形成する場合と比較すると、装置全体を簡略化でき、工数も少なくできる。また、溶断シールを用いてジッパー片を形成した際にジッパー片の両端に残した樹脂残渣を利用してジッパーサイドのエアリークを有効に防止できる。すなわち、図8に示した工程でジッパー片25のフランジと包装フィルム10とを本シールする際に、ジッパー片25の両端の樹脂残渣を溶融させてジッパー片25の両端より外側の包装フィルムの折り返し部分の間隙に樹脂を充填することができるので、ジッパーサイドにおけるエアリークを有効に防止できる。このため、従来の装置のようにジッパーサイド専用の超音波ホーンやヒートシールバーを設ける必要がなく、装置全体の簡略化に大きく寄与する。   According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide an ultrasonic horn or heat seal bar dedicated to the zipper side unlike the conventional apparatus, which greatly contributes to simplification of the entire apparatus.
