Abstract
【解決手段】パワーLED照明装置はアルミニウム製の小さな回路ボードに装着した(例えば、各1ワットの)パワーLEDを含む。換気を促進するために、そのLED回路ボードにヒートシンクと空気を流通させるための複数の空気流通孔を設ける。また、周辺の空気と換気するために、ヒートシンクを収容するヒートシンクエンクロージャーにも複数の空気流通孔を設ける。ヒートシンクの上部には強制換気のためにマイクロファンを設ける。さらに、光量を調整しあるいは減少させ、LEDを異常な高温から保護するために装置内の異常な温度上昇を検知するための温度センサーを搭載する。温度が上昇すると、マイクロファンが自動的に作動して放熱する。

Claims (10)
- 複数のパワーLEDを搭載したLEDボードを有し、
前記LEDボードは換気用の空気流通孔を有し、また
前記LEDが発生する熱を解放するためのヒートシンクを有し、かつ
前記ヒートシンクと前記LEDボードが互いに近接するように収められたヒートシンクエンクロージャーを有し、さらに
前記ヒートシンクと前記LEDボードを備えた前記ヒートシンクエンクロージャー内に空気を強制還流および強制換気するためのマイクロファンを有するパワーLED照明装置。 - 複数のパワーLEDを搭載したLEDボードを有し、
前記LEDボードは通気用の空気流通孔を有し、また
前記LEDが発生する熱を解放するためのヒートシンクを有し、かつ
前記ヒートシンクと前記LEDボードが互いに近接するように収められたヒートシンクエンクロージャーを有する共に
前記ヒートシンクエンクロージャーも換気用の空気流通孔を有し、
さらに前記ヒートシンクと前記LEDボードを備えた前記ヒートシンクエンクロージャー内に空気を強制還流および強制換気するためのマイクロファンを有し、また、
前記ヒートシンクエンクロージャー内の空気の強制還流および換気をするための外部の空気を導入するために、ヒートシンクエンクロージャーとLEDボードに空気流通孔が設けられたパワーLED照明装置。 - 前記マイクロファンが薄型(ロープロファイル)である請求項1記載のパワーLED照明装置。
- 前記LEDから射出された光をフォーカスするための前記ヒートシンクエンクロージャーの前側に固定したレンズプレートを有する請求項1記載のパワーLED照明装置。
- 前記LEDと前記マイクロファンの駆動部を搭載した駆動ボードを更に有する請求項1記載のパワーLED照明装置。
- さらに前記パワーLED照明装置を壁や天井に固定する固定具を有する請求項1記載のパワーLED照明装置。
- 前記パワーLED照明装置の照射部分の角度を変化させることができる請求項6記載のパワーLED照明装置。
- 単数のパワーLEDを搭載したLEDボードを有し、
前記LEDボードは換気用の空気流通孔を有し、また
前記LEDが発生する熱を解放するためのヒートシンクを有し、かつ
前記ヒートシンクと前記LEDボードが互いに近接するように収められたヒートシンクエンクロージャーを有し、さらに
前記ヒートシンクと前記LEDボードを備えた前記ヒートシンクエンクロージャー内の空気を強制還流および強制換気するためのマイクロファンを有するパワーLED照明装置。 - 温度が上昇したら前記マイクロファンが自動的に作動し放熱する請求項1に記載のパワーLED照明装置。
- 光量を調整しあるいは減少させ、LEDを異常な高温から保護するために、装置内の異常な温度上昇を検知するための温度センサーをさらに搭載する請求項1に記載のパワーLED照明装置。
