Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an antenna device that can realize dual band and wide band of a monopole antenna.
また、GPS(Global Positioning System)の受信アンテナとして兼用することが求められている。
As a conventional mobile phone band antenna used for in-vehicle use, a folded monopole antenna having a low attitude is known. As the frequency band of the mobile phone, an 800 MHz band from 815 MHz to 925 MHz and 2 GHz from 1880 MHz to 2170 MHz are allocated, and the folded monopole antenna is required to operate in these frequency bands. Also, it is required to be used as a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiving antenna. The GPS reception frequency is 1575.42 MHz. Furthermore, the frequency reorganization of the mobile telephone band is scheduled, and the folded monopole antenna is required to operate in the frequency band after the reorganization.
The conventional folded monopole antenna adjusts the impedance in a desired frequency band by adjusting the element length of the folded part, and uses a chip component that constitutes a matching circuit to cover a plurality of frequency bands. Yes.
In the folded monopole antenna, it is conceivable to adjust the length of the folded portion in order to operate in the dual band of 800 MHz band and 2 GHz band. In this way, when adjusting the electrical characteristics in the dual band by adjusting the length of the folded portion, the frequency obtained by the element length is determined. Therefore, if the element length is varied, the resonance in the dual band is achieved. Both of them fluctuate, making it difficult to adjust the impedance for a desired frequency.
Further, chip parts such as a matching circuit may be used for impedance adjustment, but a manufacturing cost and a manufacturing process are added, and a matching loss occurs.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an antenna device that can be dual banded by effectively using the folded portion of the folded monopole antenna.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is formed so as to be in contact with the hypotenuse so that the taper pattern is formed so that the width is widened from the power feeding portion, and the width is slightly increased upward from the taper pattern. A first antenna pattern having an upper pattern formed thereon and a second antenna pattern in which the upper end of the first antenna pattern is folded back. The second antenna pattern is connected to the upper pattern and partially remains. A first antenna pattern having an upper pattern formed to be slightly narrower from the upper side to the right side, and a lower pattern formed to be slightly wider from the upper pattern downward. The main feature is that a space surrounded by the second antenna pattern is formed.
According to the present invention, since the third antenna pattern can be formed in the space surrounded by the first antenna pattern and the second antenna pattern, the folded portion of the folded monopole antenna is effectively used. The impedance adjustment can be easily performed by changing the configuration of the folded portion.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a configuration example of the antenna pattern of the antenna formed on the front surface of the antenna substrate 11.
As shown in FIG. 3, the first antenna portion 18 and the second antenna portion 30 are formed on the antenna substrate 11. The first antenna unit 18 is an antenna device according to the present invention, and the configuration of the first antenna unit 18 shown in FIG. 3 is a first configuration example. The antenna portion 18 of the first configuration example includes a first antenna pattern 19 that is an enlarged surface that constitutes the antenna body portion 21 and a

アンテナ基板11の横方向の長さL1は約0.26λa(約0.47λb、約0.65λc)とされ、高さW1は約0.14λa(約0.26λb、約0.36λc)とされている。 The first antenna portion 18 formed on the antenna substrate 11 is a dual-band antenna that operates in the 800 MHz frequency band of 815 MHz to 925 MHz and the 2 GHz band of 1880 MHz to 2170 MHz in the mobile phone. . It is also operable at 1575.42 MHz, which is a GPS reception frequency. The second antenna unit 30 is an antenna that can operate in a frequency band for reception in a mobile phone of 843 MHz to 890 MHz. Here, the antenna substrate 11 and the first antenna unit 18 when the wavelength of the center frequency (870 MHz) in the 800 MHz band is λa, the wavelength of the GPS reception frequency is λb, and the wavelength of the center frequency (2025 MHz) in the 2 GHz band is λc. An example of dimensions will be described. The length L1 of the antenna substrate 11 in the lateral direction is about 0.26λa (about 0.47λb, about 0.65λc), and the height W1 is about 0.14λa (about 0.26λb, about 0.36λc). ing.
The length L11 from the contact point with the oblique side to the right side in the first antenna pattern 19 is about 0.12λa (about 0.22λb, about 0.3λc), and the length from the top side to the bottom side of the
Next, FIG. 4 shows a configuration example of the antenna pattern formed on the back surface of the antenna substrate 11.
As shown in FIG. 4, only the pattern relating to the second antenna unit 30 is formed on the back surface of the antenna substrate 11. That is, it is formed to extend upward along the edge of the antenna substrate 11 from the ground part 31c formed on the right side of the second projecting piece 11b and the second power feeding part 31d formed on the left side, and then substantially parallel to the lower side. A pattern of the second element pattern 31b having an enlarged surface formed with a predetermined length so as to be in contact with the oblique side is formed. The lateral length L14 of the second element pattern 31b is about 0.14λa (about 0.25λb, about 0.34λc), and the height W4 of the second element pattern portion 31b is about 0.04λa (about 0). .08λb, about 0.1λc). Power is supplied from the second power supply portion 31d to a predetermined position on the lower side of the second element pattern 31b, and the right end is grounded by the ground portion 31c.
FIG. 5 shows the frequency characteristics of the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the first antenna unit 18 when the dimensions are set as described above. Referring to the VSWR characteristics shown in FIG. 5, the VSWR at 815 MHz is about 1.4, the VSWR at 925 MHz is about 1.2, the VSWR at 1575 MHz is about 2.0, the VSWR at 1880 MHz is about 1.1, and the VSWR at 2170 MHz is A good VSWR value of about 2.2 is obtained. Thus, it can be seen that the first antenna portion 18 having the above dimensions is substantially impedance-matched in the 800 MHz band, the 2 GHz band, and the GPS reception frequency, and is impedance-adjusted.
Next, FIG. 6 shows a configuration of a modified example of the first antenna unit 18 of the first configuration example shown in FIG. In the configuration of the first antenna portion 18 shown in FIG. 6, the width W2 and the width W3 of the extending portion 23a and the top portion 23b are reduced to about 0.007λc (about 0.003λa, about 0.005λb). . The other dimensions are as described above, and the frequency characteristics of the VSWR of the first antenna unit 18 at this time are shown in FIG. Referring to the VSWR characteristics shown in FIG. 7, the VSWR at 815 MHz is about 1.4, the VSWR at 925 MHz is about 1.3, the VSWR at 1575 MHz is about 1.7, the VSWR at 1880 MHz is about 1.7, and the VSWR at 2170 MHz is Although the VSWR value is slightly degraded in the high region of about 2.6, the VSWR value is improved in the middle region. In this way, by narrowing the width W2 and the width W3 of the extending portion 23a and the top portion 23b, the impedance of the first antenna portion 18 can be adjusted to obtain impedance matching in the middle range. Note that the first antenna portion 18 having the configuration shown in FIG. 6 is also impedance-matched in the 800 MHz band, 2 GHz band, and GPS reception frequency. The width W2 and the width W3 of the extending portion 23a and the top portion 23b in this modified example. Is the lower limit.
Next, FIG. 8 shows a configuration of a modified example of the first antenna unit 18 in the antenna pattern of the first configuration example shown in FIG. In the configuration of the first antenna portion 18 shown in FIG. 8, the width W2 and the width W3 of the extending portion 23a and the top portion 23b are increased to about 0.04λc (about 0.02λa, about 0.03λb). . The other dimensions are as described above, and the frequency characteristics of the VSWR of the first antenna unit 18 at this time are shown in FIG. Referring to the VSWR characteristics shown in FIG. 9, the VSWR at 815 MHz is approximately 1.5, the VSWR at 925 MHz is approximately 1.3, the VSWR at 1575 MHz is approximately 2.6, the VSWR at 1880 MHz is approximately 1.3, and the VSWR at 2170 MHz is Although the VSWR value is slightly deteriorated in the middle region at about 1.6, the VSWR value is improved in the high region. As described above, by increasing the width W2 and the width W3 of the extending portion 23a and the top portion 23b, the impedance of the first antenna portion 18 can be adjusted to obtain high-frequency impedance matching. Note that the first antenna portion 18 having the configuration shown in FIG. 8 is also impedance-matched in the 800 MHz band, the 2 GHz band, and the GPS reception frequency. The width W2 and the width W3 of the extending portion 23a and the top portion 23b in this modification example. Is the upper limit.
Next, FIG. 10 shows a configuration of a modification of the first antenna unit 18 in the antenna pattern of the first configuration example shown in FIG. In the configuration of the first antenna portion 18 shown in FIG. 10, the distance D1 between the top portion 23b and the upper pattern 21b is narrowed to about 0.014λc (about 0.026λa, about 0.036λb). Other dimensions are as described above, and the frequency characteristics of the VSWR of the first antenna unit 18 at this time are shown in FIG. Referring to the VSWR characteristics shown in FIG. 11, the VSWR at 815 MHz is approximately 1.5, the VSWR at 925 MHz is approximately 1.4, the VSWR at 1575 MHz is approximately 4.0, the VSWR at 1880 MHz is approximately 2.1, and the VSWR at 2170 MHz is Although the VSWR value is degraded in the middle region at about 1.3, a good VSWR value is obtained in the high region. In this way, by changing the distance D1 between the top portion 23b and the upper pattern 21b, the impedance of the first antenna portion 18 can be adjusted to achieve high-frequency impedance matching. In addition, in the 1st antenna part 18 of the structure shown in FIG. 10, since impedance matching is almost carried out in the 800 MHz band and 2 GHz band, it is somewhat mismatched in the GPS reception frequency, but is dedicated to reception. It can be seen that the range is usable. The distance D1 between the top portion 23b and the upper pattern 21b has the above-mentioned dimension as the lower limit, and the upper limit dimension is approximately 0.005λc (approximately 0.002λa, approximately 0.004λb).

In the configuration of the first antenna unit 18 of the third configuration example shown in FIG. 13, only the extending portion 23a is formed in the lateral direction from the boundary between the upper pattern 22a and the lower pattern 22b in the folded portion 22, and the top portion 23b is omitted. Has been. Other dimensions excluding the omitted top portion 23b are as in the first configuration example shown in FIG. 3, and the frequency characteristics of the VSWR of the first antenna portion 18 at this time are shown in FIG.
