Description
Claims (12)
- 自動車室内用のエネルギー吸収装置(1)であって、
互いに対して移動可能に配置され、一方(2)が車両に固定され、他方(3)が初期位置から終端位置へと移動できる二つの要素と、
これらの要素(2、3)の間に配置された少なくとも一つのアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータを前記要素に固定するための、少なくとも一つの取付け装置とを有し、
前記取付け装置が、前記要素(2、3)内に設けられた、前記アクチュエータを少なくとも部分的に取り囲む窪み(4)であることを特徴とするエネルギー吸収装置。 - 前記アクチュエータが少なくとも一つの腕(7)、少なくとも一つのコイル(8)、及び少なくとも一つの弓形部(9)を有するばね(6)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記弓形部(9)が二つのコイル(8)の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記腕(7)が前記コイル(8)の前記弓形部(9)とは反対側に隣接することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記要素(3)を初期位置から終端位置へと移動させるために、前記弓形部(9)が前記コイル(8)を通る旋回軸のまわりの旋回運動を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 取付け装置として機能する前記窪み(4)が少なくとも一つのピン(5)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記コイル(8)が前記窪み(4)に配置され、前記ピン(5)を取り囲むように、前記ばね(6)が前記取付け装置に対して配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記ばね(6)の動きを制限するストッパが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記ストッパが前記要素(2、3)の一つに配置される突起(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記要素(2、3)が解除可能な固定要素により互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記二つの要素がカバー(13)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
- 前記カバー(13)がガス不浸透性であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のエネルギー吸収装置。
