Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of coating a chamfered portion provided on a groove or an edge portion formed on a surface of a plate material used for a flooring or the like.
Conventionally, as a flooring material or a wall material, a plate material in which a decorative material is laminated on the surface of a plywood is used, and in order to give the appearance that a wooden board is arranged on the plate material, a groove processing is applied to the surface. Plate material is also used. In this plate material, the grooves are usually coated after the grooves are processed. The groove coating method is to apply the coating solution over the entire surface of the plate material including the groove, and then scrape the coating solution on the surface of the plate material with a roller, leaving the coating solution only on the groove inner surface, and consequently coating the groove inner surface. (For example, refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-117204), and a method of supplying an excessive coating solution into the groove and then removing the excess coating solution by suction with a suction nozzle unit (for example, JP-A-3-137968) is also known.
However, in the method in which the coating liquid is applied to the entire surface of the plate material including the groove, and then the coating solution on the surface of the plate material is scraped with a roller, it is difficult to scrape the coating solution on the surface of the plate material. There was a problem that the rollers for taking up had to be arranged in multiple stages such as 5 to 8 stages, and the facilities became large. In addition, it is known that the surface of the plate material has been embossed, and in recent years, the embossing has been made deeper. In the case of such embossed plate material, the coating applied to the surface is applied. There was a problem that it was more difficult to scrape the liquid. In the method of supplying an excessive coating solution into the groove and then removing the excess coating solution by suction with a suction nozzle unit, it is difficult to uniformly apply the coating solution to the inner surface of the groove. May protrude outside the groove, or may not reach the edge of the groove, which may deteriorate the appearance. Further, recently, in order to give a high-grade feeling to the plate material, the cross-sectional shape of the groove formed on the surface of the plate material has a convex arc surface in the edge region of the groove instead of a simple V-shape (hereinafter referred to as an R groove). However, in the R-groove having such an arc surface, the boundary between the inner surface of the groove and the surface of the plate material is not clear. There was also a problem that the outer edge of the paint did not become linear when viewed in a plane, but had a wavy shape and the appearance was poor.
Further, in the plate material having the groove on the surface as described above, a chamfered portion having the same shape as the inner surface on one side of the groove formed on the surface is also formed at the edge portion, and the floor surface is formed by arranging the plate materials. There are also known plate materials configured such that grooves are formed between the adjacent plate materials at the chamfered portions on both sides, and plate materials which are not provided with grooves on the surface but have chamfered portions at the edge portions. In these plate materials, painting is performed on the chamfered portion of the edge portion, and this coating also has the same problem as the groove coating.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and it is possible to cleanly coat the inner surface of the groove in a plate material provided with a groove on the surface so that the outer edge of the coating film is linear, and the edge region. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for coating a plate material that can be applied neatly so that the outer edge of a coating film is straight even for an R groove having a convex arc surface.
In the present invention, the chamfered portion of the plate having a chamfered portion at the end edge portion can be painted beautifully so that the outer edge of the coating film is linear, and the convex arc surface is formed in the edge region. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for coating a plate material that can be applied to a chamfered portion provided with a clear coating so that the outer edge of the coating film is linear.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
Here, in the first coating step, it is preferable to use a coating method that is not easily affected by the shape of the object to be coated. Specifically, a flexographic printing method, a spray method using a pattern mask, a roller coating method, It is preferable to use a stamp method, a die coating method, or the like.
In the second coating step for the groove, it is preferable to use a system in which a coating liquid is injected into the groove with a dispenser nozzle, and then the injected coating liquid is spread with a squeegee and applied to the inner surface of the groove. In the second coating step, it is preferable to use a roller coating method.
In the painting method of the present invention for the groove, the edge region of the groove and the other groove inner surface are separately coated, so that the edge region can be painted so that the outer edge of the painted region is a clean straight line, By painting so that a part of the groove inner surface overlaps the area to be painted with respect to the edge area in the first painting process, the entire groove inner surface can be painted even if a somewhat rough coating is applied. Eventually, the entire surface of the groove inner surface can be beautifully painted so that the outer edge of the coating film located in the edge region becomes a clean linear shape, and the outer edge of the coating film located in the edge region is similarly applied to the R groove. The entire surface of the inner surface of the groove can be beautifully painted so as to form a clean straight line. In addition, since the process of painting the groove inner surface and the entire surface of the plate material and then removing the coating film on the surface of the plate material is not used, the troublesome work of removing the coating film on the surface of the plate material becomes unnecessary, and the painting apparatus can be simplified. The groove coating can be performed without hindrance to the plate material whose surface is embossed.
Even in the painting method of the present invention for the chamfered portion, the edge region and the other region are separately coated so that the outer edge of the painted region can be painted into a clean straight line for the edge region. For the surface, a part of the chamfered part can be painted even if it is somewhat rough by painting so that a part overlaps the area to be painted against the edge area in the first painting process, Eventually, the entire area of the chamfered portion can be beautifully painted so that the outer edge of the coating film located in the edge region is a clean straight line, and the edge region is similarly applied to the chamfered portion having a curved surface in the edge region. The entire edge of the chamfered portion can be painted with a good appearance so that the outer edge of the coating film located in is a clean straight line.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. FIG. 2 and FIG. 2B are schematic cross-sectional views showing an enlarged end edge portion of the plate material. The plate material indicated as a whole by
FIG. 3 is a schematic side view showing an example of a coating apparatus used for carrying out the method of the present invention for coating a groove on the surface of a plate material. The coating apparatus generally indicated by
In addition, as the 1st coating means 8, you may use not only a flexographic printing system but another system. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a
In FIG. 3, the 2nd coating means 9 is for applying the inner surface of the groove |
The mounting position of the second coating means 9 may be a position far away from the first coating means 8 so that coating is performed after the
Next, the groove coating operation by the
In the above embodiment, the coating for the R groove having the arc surface in the edge region has been described. However, the present invention can also be applied to a groove having no arc surface in the edge region. For example, for the
Further, in the above embodiment, as the
In the embodiment described above, the first coating process is performed to apply the strip-shaped coating to the edge region of the
Next, an embodiment of the present invention in which the chamfered
The second coating means 9A is for applying the remaining area of the chamfered
Also with the
In the above embodiment, the coating on the chamfered
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the chamfered portion formed in the longitudinal direction of the plate material is coated has been described. However, the chamfered portion formed in the width direction of the plate material is also coated. be able to. In that case, first, coating is performed on the chamfered
As mentioned above, although the coating with respect to the
