Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極板11と第2電極板12とがセパレータ13を介在して備わる電極組立体10と、柔軟な材質で形成され、少なくとも内面が絶縁されて前記電極組立体10が収容される収容部23を備え、前記収容部のエッジに沿って密封部を有し、前記密封部は、前記電極組立体の電極タップが外側に引出される第1密封部24aと、前記第1密封部の両側の第2密閉部24b及び第3密封部24cとで備わるパウチケース20と、前記電極タップに連結され、前記第1密封部の外側に載置される保護回路モジュール30と、を含むものであって、前記第2及び第3密封部は、前記保護回路モジュールと反対の方向のパウチケースの表面に向かって折曲げられ、前記第2及び第3密封部の折曲げられた部分である短絡防止部を有するパウチ型2次電池である。

Claims (4)
- 第1電極板と第2電極板とがセパレータを介在して備わる電極組立体と、
柔軟な材質で形成され、少なくとも内面が絶縁されて前記電極組立体が収容される収容部を備え、前記収容部のエッジに沿って密封部を有し、前記密封部は前記電極組立体の電極タップが外側に引出される第1密封部と、
前記第1密封部の両側の第2及び第3密封部とで備わるパウチケースと、
前記電極タップに連結され、前記第1密封部の外側に載置される保護回路モジュールと、を含むものであって、
前記第2及び第3密封部は、前記保護回路モジュールと反対の方向のパウチケースの表面に向かって折曲げられ、前記第2及び第3密封部の折曲げられた部分である短絡防止部を有することを特徴とするパウチ型2次電池。 - 前記第2及び第3密封部を折曲げる折曲線は、前記パウチケースの側面と平行であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型2次電池。
- 前記第2及び第3密封部は、1回折曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型2次電池。
- 前記パウチケースは、外装ケースに収納され、前記外装ケースと少なくとも前記パウチケースの表面間には接着部材が介在され、前記接着部材は、前記第2及び第3密封部の折曲げられた部分間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパウチ型2次電池。
