Description

The present invention relates to an effect device for a gaming machine used for a center accessory of a pachinko machine, and a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine in which such an effect device is arranged on a game board.

For example, in a slot machine, it is disclosed that a shielding member in which a plurality of (three) right and left slidable door members are arranged in front and rear is arranged on the front side of a liquid crystal display device (variable display means) for effect display. (See Patent Document 1).

6)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-40413 (FIG. 6)

According to such a gaming machine, a plurality of (three) door members arranged in front and rear are opened and closed on the front side of the liquid crystal display device that performs effect display, so that the interest of the player can be enhanced. However, since a plurality of (two) electric motors (driving means) are arranged for a plurality of door members that perform a series of opening and closing movements, the apparatus is increased in size and weight, and the plurality of electric motors The control system is also complicated to control the drive. Moreover, since the electric motor which drives a shielding member and the long hole and pin (interlocking means) which are provided between adjacent door members are installed only in the lower part of a shielding member (door member), the upper part of a shielding member (door member) The posture is likely to become unstable.

An object of the present invention is to stabilize the posture of the lower side of the door member in which the interlocking means is arranged on the upper side when the plurality of door members move in the direction of shielding or exposing the variable display means, and the structure It is an object of the present invention to provide a game machine directing device and a game machine using the same.

Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,
A variable display means arranged on the game board and performing an effect display according to a change in the game state on the game board;
A rectangular casing fixed to the game board;
A plurality of door members are arranged so as to overlap in the front-rear direction on the front side which is the player side of the game board, and each door member follows a different linear route along the variable display means in the closing direction. Shielding means capable of shielding the display area of the variable display means by moving in a predetermined order toward the display;
When the door member that starts moving in the moving direction when the shielding means moves in the closing direction or in the opposite opening direction is used as a starting door, it starts to move by applying a driving force to the starting door. Driving means for causing
In order to sequentially transmit the driving force brought from the driving means to the starting door to the subsequent door members, they are respectively formed to project directly from the upper part of the door members adjacent to each other or indirectly through other members. And one or more interlocking means having a slider that slides in contact with the linear track member fixedly disposed on the upper portion of the casing along the moving direction;
In the lower part of the door member, comprising a guide means having a rotating wheel rotatable around an axis in the vertical direction with the lower part of the casing and / or the lower part of the adjacent door member as a guide guide,
When the driving means drives the starting door in the moving direction, the plurality of door members move in the moving direction via the interlocking means in the upper part and via the guiding means in the lower part. And

In this way, adjacent door members transmit power by interlocking means having sliders that contact and slide on the track member in the upper part, and rotate in the lower part so as to be rotatable around the vertical axis. It moves through guide means having a ring. Therefore, when the plurality of door members move in the direction of shielding or exposing the variable display means, the posture of the lower side of the door member in which the interlocking means is arranged on the upper side can be stabilized by the guide means. Specifically, the guide member (rotating wheel) can suppress the back-and-forth swing (swing) of the door member centering on the slider on the track member. Further, since the interlocking means is not provided at the lower part of the door member, the structure is simplified, and the resistance received by the lower part of the door member during movement is reduced, so the load on the driving means is reduced. Furthermore, since it is possible to drive a plurality of door members with a single driving means, the apparatus can be reduced in size and weight and the control system can be simplified.

In this case, the rotating wheel of the guide means can contact the inner surface of the guide wall that forms a groove formed to insert the lower part of the door member in the lower part of the casing. As a result, it is possible to more reliably suppress the swinging (swinging) of the door member in the front-rear direction.

Further, the rotating wheel of the guide means can contact the surface directly or indirectly through another member at the lower part of the adjacent door member. Also by this, the above-described swinging (swinging) of the door member in the front-rear direction can be more reliably suppressed.

Specifically, a plurality of (for example, two) rotating wheels of the guide means are attached to the door member along the moving direction, and all rotations are performed on either the front side or the rear side of the door member. While the ring can simultaneously contact the inner surface of the guide wall of the groove portion, on the other side of the door member, one of the rotating wheels may contact the surface of the adjacent door member as it moves. Accordingly, the door member can be smoothly moved while further reliably suppressing the above-described swing (swing) of the door member in the front-rear direction. However, the other side of the door member includes a case where the number of rotating wheels contacting the surface of an adjacent door member changes with movement and / or a case where the combination of contacting rotating wheels changes. .

In addition, if the inclined surface (inclined surface) for guiding a rotating wheel is provided on the surface of the adjacent door member, the rotating wheel can be smoothly moved (ridden) to the contact surface.

In these game machine production devices, the start door has a movement direction and / or front and rear when a plurality of door members are deployed in their respective movement positions and shift to a closed state that shields the display area of the variable display means. Desirably, holding means for suppressing displacement in the direction is provided. By providing such a holding means, the starting door driven by the driving means can be stably held in the closed state.

Specifically, the holding means can be configured by an attracting member (for example, a combination of a permanent magnet and a ferromagnetic material) that magnetically attracts and holds the starting door with respect to the casing. Since the starting door is held using the magnetic attraction action, when the drive is switched in the opening direction by the driving means, it is possible to smoothly shift from the closed state (stable holding state) to the open state (detached state). Therefore, mechanical switching means for closing and opening the start door is not required.

The door member adjacent to the starting door has a notch for forming a space in which the holding means provided in the starting door can be inserted, and the plurality of door members constituting the shielding means are variable display means. When the open position is overlapped at the storage position outside the display area, the starting door holding means can be accommodated in the notch portion of the adjacent door member. Thus, the holding means (adsorption member) is accommodated in the cutout portion in the open state, so that the holding means and thus the plurality of door members can be accommodated in a compact manner.

In addition, when the notch part of the adjacent door member is provided in the form connected to the inclined surface (inclined surface) for guiding a rotating wheel to the surface of the adjacent door member, a shielding means (a plurality of door members) The holding means (suction member) and the rotating wheel can be arranged in a small space.

And in order to solve the said subject, the game machine of this invention is characterized by the above-mentioned game machine production | presentation apparatus being fixedly arrange | positioned at the game board.

As described above, when the plurality of door members move in the direction of shielding or exposing the variable display means, the posture of the lower side of the door member in which the interlocking means is arranged on the upper side is stabilized, and as a gaming machine It is also possible to simplify the structure.

The gaming machine of the present invention includes (1) a ball game machine such as a pachinko machine, (2) a revolving game machine such as a slot machine or a pachislot machine, and (3) various game machines such as a poker game machine, Etc. are included.

Is shielded (see FIGS. 2 and 7). Each of the door members 31, 32, and 33 constituting the slide door 30 has a short side portion 30a in the left-right direction (moving direction) and a long side portion 30b in the up-down direction (orthogonal direction), and has substantially the same size. It is formed in a rectangular plate shape.

When the sliding door 30 moves in the closing direction (left direction), the electric motor 40 applies a driving force to the starting door 31 located on the most rear side (back side) among the three door members 31, 32, 33. To start moving. Specifically, the rotational drive of the electric motor 40 is transmitted to the linear movement of the start door 31 via the gear train 41 and the rack mechanism 42. Reference numeral 43 denotes a photosensor (detecting means) for defining the rotation stop position of the electric motor 40 (the storage position of the door members 31, 32, 33). Reference numeral 44 denotes a pair of rollers (guide wheels) that are attached between the start door 31 (or the rack mechanism 42) and the casing 20 (see FIG. 2) and make the start door 31 move smoothly. .

The tension coil spring 50 is located on the foremost side (player side) of the three door members 31, 32, 33, and finally starts to move in the closing direction (left direction). It is stretched between the casing 20 (see FIG. 2) and acts on the urging door 33 to urge it in the opening direction (right direction) opposite to the closing direction.

The first engaging portion 60 is disposed between the start door 31 and the intermediate door 32, and transmits the driving force brought from the electric motor 40 to the start door 31 to the intermediate door 32. On the other hand, the second engaging portion 70 is disposed between the intermediate door 32 and the urging door 33, and the driving force brought from the electric motor 40 to the intermediate door 32 via the start door 31 is further increased from the intermediate door 32. Power is transmitted to the urging door 33.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the first engagement portion 60 is formed on an engagement pin 61 that integrally projects forward from the start door 31 and a holding plate 34 that holds the intermediate door 32 in a suspended manner. And a long hole 62. And the front-end | tip part of the engaging pin 61 is engaging with the long hole 62 so that a movement in the left-right direction is possible. The second engaging portion 70 includes a pair of intermediate door-side sliders 72a and 72b that are formed to protrude from the holding plate 34 that holds the intermediate door 32 in a suspended state, and a holding plate 35 that holds the biasing door 33 in a suspended state. It has a pair of urging door side sliders 73a and 73b formed to project. The intermediate door-side sliders 72a and 72b and the urging door-side sliders 73a and 73b are alternately (nested) on the linear guide rail 23 (track member) fixedly disposed on the casing 20 along the left-right direction. Is arranged). Therefore, the slider on one side contacts the slider on the other side depending on the moving direction, and the intermediate door 32 and the urging door 33 can be slid in the same direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, an upper groove portion 21 (groove portion) is formed in the upper side portion 20 a (see FIG. 2B) of the rectangular frame-shaped casing 20. The upper groove portion 21 constitutes an upper straight route for inserting the short side portion 30a (see FIG. 4B) on the upper end side of the door members 31, 32, 33, and the first engaging portion 60. And the 2nd engaging part 70 is accommodated. Further, the tension coil spring 50 is arranged in parallel in the vicinity of the guide rail 23 on the upper side portion 20a side of the casing 20, and is elastic along the moving direction (left-right direction) of the sliders 72a, 72b, 73a, 73b. Deform. Further, the movement locus of the engagement pin 61 in the first engagement portion 60 and the movement locus (guide rail 23) of the sliders 72a, 72b, 73a, and 73b in the second engagement portion 70 overlap each other in the front-rear direction. (That is, the heights match in the vertical direction).

Accordingly, the electric motor 40, the tension coil spring 50, the first engagement portion 60, and the second engagement portion 70 are all arranged on the upper side portion 20a side of the casing 20.

As shown in FIG. 6, a lower groove portion 22 (groove portion) is formed in the lower side portion 20 b of the rectangular frame-shaped casing 20. The lower groove portion 22 constitutes a lower straight route for inserting the short side portion 30a (see FIG. 4B) on the lower end side of the door members 31, 32, and 33, respectively. In addition, the door members 32 and 33 are provided with a plurality of (for example, a plurality of) rotatable about the vertical axis O (see FIG. 4) using the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 and / or the lower surface of the door member 32 as a guide guide. Four guide rollers 82 a, 82 b, 83 a, 83 b (rotating wheels) are arranged as guide means 80.

Specifically, at the lower end portion of the intermediate door 32, two intermediate door guide rollers 82a and 82b are arranged along a D1-D1 cutting line parallel to the guide rail 23 (see FIG. 4). It can contact the guide wall inner surface 24 formed in the lower groove portion 22 and opposed to the front and rear.

Further, at the lower end of the urging door 33, two urging door guide rollers 83a and 83b are arranged along a C1-C1 cutting line parallel to the guide rail 23 (see FIG. 4). The urging door guide rollers 83a and 83b are in contact with the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 on the front side (player side), and on the rear side (back side), one guide roller 83b is It can contact the lower surface of the intermediate door 32. However, the urging door guide roller that contacts the surface of the intermediate door 32 is exchanged as it moves, and the right guide roller 83b (see FIG. 6A) in the open state and the left guide roller 83a in the closed state. (See FIG. 11A).

The start door 31 is started when the three door members 31, 32, 33 are deployed to their respective moving positions and shift to a closed state in which the display area 11 of the liquid crystal display unit 10 is shielded (see FIG. 7). An adsorbing member 90 (holding means) for magnetically adsorbing and holding the door 31 to the casing 20 is provided (see FIG. 11). Specifically, a permanent magnet 91 is embedded at the center of the lower side portion 20b of the casing 20 in the left-right direction, and a steel plate 92 (ferromagnetic material) is fixed to the lower end portion of the start door 31. And the displacement to the front-back direction is suppressed.

The intermediate door 32 has a notch 32a for forming a space S in which a steel plate 92 provided in the start door 31 can be inserted. Therefore, in the open state shown in FIG. 6, the three door members 31, 32, 33 are arranged in the storage position overlapping in the front-rear direction on the front side (player side) of the liquid crystal display unit 10 (see FIG. 2). At this time, the steel plate 92 of the start door 31 can be accommodated in the notch 32 a of the intermediate door 32.

Further, the notch 32a of the intermediate door 32 is provided on the contact surface of the intermediate door 32 so as to connect to the inclined surface 32b (inclined surface) for guiding the biasing door guide roller 83a. The movement (climbing) of the roller 83a to the surface can be performed smoothly. The contact surface of the intermediate door 32 opposite to the notch 32a is also provided with a sloped surface 32c (inclined surface) for guiding the biasing door guide roller 83b. The roller 83b can be moved (ridden) smoothly.

The operation of the center accessory 100 described above will be further described with reference to FIGS. When the start door 31 is driven in the movement direction (closed direction or open direction) by the driving rotation of the electric motor 40, the three door members 31, 32, 33 are formed with the first engaging portion 60 and the second at the upper portion. The lower portion moves through the guide roller 80 via the engaging portion 70.

<Transition from open state to closed state>
2 to 6, the sliding door 30 is in an open state (a state where the three door members 31, 32, 33 overlap in the front-rear direction at a storage position outside the display area 11 of the liquid crystal display unit 10). 12 to 15, after the intermediate state shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, the closed state shown in FIGS. State).

When the electric motor 40 drives the start door 31 in the closing direction (leftward) in the open state, the upper side portion 20a of the casing 20 is moved while the engagement pin 61 of the first engagement portion 60 moves in the long hole 62. Only the starting door 31 moves in the closing direction (see FIG. 5). Next, when the engaging pin 61 of the first engaging portion 60 is engaged with the elongated hole 62, the starting door 31 and the intermediate door 32 are simultaneously moved in the closing direction (see FIG. 5). Further, when the intermediate door side slider 72b of the second engagement portion 70 comes into contact with the biasing door side slider 73a, the biasing door 33 together with the starting door 31 and the intermediate door 32 resists the biasing force of the tension coil spring 50. (While gradually extending the tension coil spring 50), it moves in the closing direction (see FIG. 14). Thereafter, the three door members extending from the starting door 31 through the intermediate door 32 to the urging door 33 are deployed at the respective moving positions, and the transition to the closed state is completed (see FIG. 10).

At this time, in the lower side portion 20 b of the casing 20, the intermediate door guide rollers 82 a and 82 b contact the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 to prevent the intermediate door 32 from swinging back and forth around the guide rail 23. (See FIGS. 6, 15, and 11). In the first half of the movement in the closing direction, the biasing door guide roller 83b contacts the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove 22 and the lower surface of the intermediate door 32 (see FIG. 6), and the latter half of the movement in the closing direction. Then, the biasing door guide roller 83a abuts against the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 and the lower surface of the intermediate door 32 (see FIGS. 15 and 11), and the biasing door centered on the guide rail 23. 33 is prevented from swinging back and forth. Thereafter, when the transition to the closed state is completed, the steel plate 92 is attracted to the permanent magnet 91, whereby the starter door 31 is fixed to the casing 20 (see FIG. 11).

<Return from closed state to open state>
The sliding door 30 is in a closed state shown in FIGS. 7 to 11 (a state in which the three door members 31, 32, and 33 are deployed at their respective moving positions to shield the display area 11 of the liquid crystal display unit 10). 12 through FIG. 15 through the intermediate state shown in FIG. 2 through FIG. 6 (in the front-rear direction at the storage position where the three door members 31, 32, 33 are out of the display area 11 of the liquid crystal display unit 10). Return to the overlapping state.

In the upper side portion 20a of the casing 20, when the electric motor 40 drives the start door 31 in the opening direction (right direction) in the closed state, the urging door 33 is gradually moved by the urging force of the tension coil spring 50 (the tension coil spring 50 is gradually moved). Move in the opening direction). At this time, the urging door side slider 73a of the second engagement portion 70 contacts the intermediate door side slider 72b, and the long hole 62 of the first engagement portion 60 engages with the engagement pin 61. The door members 31, 32, 33 move in the opening direction in the unfolded state (see FIG. 10).
Next, when the tension coil spring 50 is reduced to the minimum dimension and the urging door side slider 73b of the second engagement portion 70 reaches the storage position, the engagement pin 61 of the first engagement portion 60 is moved into the long hole 62. While moving in, only the starting door 31 moves in the closing direction. Thereafter, the engagement pin 61 of the first engagement portion 60 engages with the elongated hole 62, and the start door 31 and the intermediate door 32 simultaneously move in the opening direction, so that the intermediate door side slider of the second engagement portion 70 is moved. When 72a contacts the urging door side slider 73a, the return to the open state is completed (see FIG. 5). At this time, the rotation of the electric motor 40 is stopped by the detection of the photosensor 43.

At this time, at the lower side portion 20b of the casing 20, the adsorption of the steel plate 92 and the permanent magnet 91 is released, and the intermediate door guide rollers 82a and 82b come into contact with the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 so that the guide rail 23 is moved. The middle door 32 as a center is prevented from swinging back and forth (see FIGS. 11, 15, and 6). In the first half of the movement in the opening direction, the urging door guide roller 83a contacts the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 and the lower surface of the intermediate door 32 (see FIGS. 11 and 15) and moves in the opening direction. In the latter half of the movement, the urging door guide roller 83b contacts the guide wall inner surface 24 of the lower groove portion 22 and the lower surface of the intermediate door 32 (see FIG. 6), and the urging door 33 centering on the guide rail 23 is provided. Prevents back and forth swinging.

Thus, in the upper side 20a of the casing 20, power is transmitted between the start door 31 and the intermediate door 32 and between the intermediate door 32 and the urging door 33 by the engaging portions 60 and 70, and the electric motor 40 Exerts a driving force on the starting door 31 to start the movement in the closing direction first, and the tension coil spring 50 acts on the biasing door 33 to bias it in the opening direction. Therefore, especially when the three door members 31, 32, 33 are moved in the closing direction, the mutual positional relationship between the start door 31 and the intermediate door 32 and between the intermediate door 32 and the biasing door 33 is stable. Thus, it is difficult for the shift of the stop position for each door member and the shift of the interlocking relationship for each opening / closing cycle to occur. Further, since the three door members 31, 32, 33 are driven by a single electric motor 40, the center accessory 100 can be reduced in size and weight, and the control system can be simplified.

On the other hand, in the lower side portion 20b of the casing 20, when the three door members 31, 32, 33 move in the closing direction or the opening direction, the posture of the lower side of the door members 31, 32, 33 is stabilized by the guide roller 80. Can be made. The guide roller 80 can suppress the swing (swing) in the front-rear direction of the door members 31, 32, 33 centering on the sliders 72 a, 72 b, 73 a, 73 b on the guide rail 23. Further, since the electric motor 40 and the engaging portions 60 and 70 are not provided below the door members 31, 32, and 33, the structure is simplified, and the lower portions of the door members 31, 32, and 33 are moved when moving. Since the received resistance is reduced, the load applied to the electric motor 40 is reduced.
