Abstract
【解決手段】油圧制御回路は、第1ポートおよび第2ポートから油圧を出力するオイルポンプと、セカンダリ圧をトルクコンバータ300の係合側油室に供給する状態および解放側油室に供給する状態を第1ソレノイドバルブ2500から供給される油圧に応じて切換えるロックアップコントロールバルブ2400と、第1ソレノイドバルブ2500から油圧が供給されている場合は油圧の供給源を維持するガレージシフトコントロールバルブ2700と、第1ソレノイドバルブ2500および第2ソレノイドバルブ2800の両方から油圧が供給される場合、オイルポンプ310の第1ポートをライン圧油路2002から遮断するポート切換バルブ2900とを含む。

Claims (5)
- 第1のポートおよび第2のポートから油路に油圧を供給するオイルポンプを有する油圧供給装置であって、
油圧を出力する第1のソレノイドバルブおよび第2のソレノイドバルブと、
ロックアップクラッチが係合するように油圧を供給する状態および前記ロックアップクラッチが解放するように油圧を供給する状態を、前記第1のソレノイドバルブから供給される油圧に応じて切換える第1の切換バルブと、
前記第1のソレノイドバルブから油圧が供給されていない場合は、機器に供給する油圧の供給源を前記第2のソレノイドバルブから供給される油圧に応じて切換え、前記第1のソレノイドバルブから油圧が供給されている場合は、前記第2のソレノイドバルブから油圧が供給されるか否かにかかわらず、前記機器に供給する油圧の供給源として同じ供給源を選択する第2の切換バルブと、
前記第1のソレノイドバルブおよび前記第2のソレノイドバルブのうちの少なくともいずれか一方から油圧が供給されない場合は、前記第1のポートおよび前記油路を連通し、前記第1のソレノイドバルブおよび前記第2のソレノイドバルブから油圧が供給される場合は、前記第1のポートを前記油路から遮断する第3の切換バルブとを含む、油圧供給装置。 - 前記第3の切換バルブは、前記第1のソレノイドバルブおよび前記第2のソレノイドバルブから油圧が供給される場合は、前記第1のポートを前記油路から遮断するとともに、前記油路よりも油圧が低い第3のポートと前記第1のポートとを連通する、請求項1に記載の油圧供給装置。
- 前記第3のポートは、前記オイルポンプにおいてオイルを吸入するポートである、請求項2に記載の油圧供給装置。
- 前記第1の切換バルブは、前記第1のソレノイドバルブから油圧が供給されると、前記ロックアップクラッチが係合するように油圧を供給する状態に切換える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の油圧供給装置。
- 前記機器は、摩擦係合要素である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の油圧供給装置。
