2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a removing device for different substances in a gas, a removing device of a packed tower type, a spray type, a venturi scrubber type or the like is known.

特開昭63−182014号公報JP 63-182014 A 特開平5−168882号公報JP-A-5-168882 特開平7−284642号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-284642 特開2001−187313号公報JP 2001-187313 A

However, the packed tower type apparatus has a low removal efficiency of fine solid particles of 1 μm or less, and in the case of a gas containing moisture, an increase in pressure loss or clogging occurs due to solid growth of solid particles inside the apparatus. . Therefore, maintenance management costs are required. Further, in the case of processing a gas containing SiCL 4 , SiF 4, etc., solid substances are generated by a hydrolysis reaction, which causes clogging and is inappropriate for use.

Further, in the case of the spray type, the superficial velocity of the gas in the spray tower is 0.5 to 1 m / sec. For this reason, the column diameter becomes large, drift tends to occur, the removal efficiency is low, and unreacted products in the hydrolysis reaction such as SiCL 4 and SiF 4 are particularly likely to be generated. Furthermore, there is a disadvantage that the spray nozzle is easily clogged. Furthermore, there is a risk of hydrogen explosion due to unreacted products.

Furthermore, in the case of the venturi scrubber type, the pressure loss is as very high as 3 to 10 kPaG, and the power cost becomes expensive. Further, since the contact time between the gas and the liquid is short, unreacted products are generated, causing hydrogen explosion and air pollution.

On the other hand, the present inventor has, as a processing apparatus using a static mixer, a device for removing foreign substances in gas (see, for example, Patent Document 1), a mass transfer apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the same (for example, Patent Document). 2), a mixing element and a manufacturing method thereof (for example, see Patent Document 3), a wet type flue gas degassing device (for example, see Patent Document 4), and the like.

However, these disclosed techniques have problems such as removal efficiency and clogging due to adhesion and growth of solids in the gas supply section.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and is improved by improving removal efficiency and chemical reaction, improving performance, saving energy, saving space, reducing pressure loss, and preventing solid material adhesion growth. An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for removing foreign substances in a gas capable of reducing management and facilitating operation management.

The apparatus for removing foreign substances in a gas according to the present invention includes a static mixer that mixes a liquid and a gas that are arranged with the longitudinal direction substantially vertical to move the different substances in the gas into the liquid. a washing column which is set from the top of the quiescent mixer, a first supply means for supplying a first gas containing seed material, disposed on the outer periphery of the first supply means, a second gas A second supply means for supplying the liquid, a third supply means for supplying the liquid in a downward direction, disposed below the first supply means and the second supply means, and disposed below the washing tower. A cleaning liquid circulation supply line for supplying liquid to the third supply means from the lower part of the cleaning tower through the tank, and the liquid and gas discharged from the lower part of the cleaning tower are The gas introduced into the liquid in the tank through the circulation supply line and discharged in the liquid in the tank And the discharge liquid are separated, the liquid separated in the tank, characterized in that it is supplied to the third supply means via the cleaning liquid supply line.

The apparatus for removing a foreign substance in a gas according to the present invention is a stationary mixer that mixes a liquid and a gas arranged with the longitudinal direction substantially vertical to move the different substance in the gas into the liquid. The first washing tower, the second washing tower, the third washing tower, and the upper part of the static mixer installed in the first washing tower are provided with different substances contained in the first washing tower, the second washing tower, and the third washing tower. 1st supply means which supplies 1 gas, 2nd supply means which is arrange | positioned in the outer periphery of 1st supply means, and supplies 2nd gas, 1st supply means, and 2nd supply means A third supply means for supplying liquid downward, a first washing tower, a second washing tower, and a tank arranged under the third washing tower, from the bottom of the first washing column, through the tank, for supplying liquid to a third supply means, and a cleaning liquid circulation supply line, first wash A part of the liquid and gas discharged from the lower part of the tower is introduced into the liquid in the tank through the cleaning liquid circulation supply line, and the gas and the liquid are separated in the liquid in the tank. A part of the discharged liquid and gas is supplied from the upper part of the second washing tower to the static mixer installed in the second washing tower, and is supplied into the tank from the lower part of the second washing tower. The liquid and gas are discharged into the tank, and the liquid and gas separated in the tank are supplied from the tank to the third washing tower.

In the present invention, the gas and liquid containing the foreign substance descend in the static mixer in parallel flow, and the foreign substance contained in the gas is collected or dissolved on the liquid side to remove the foreign substance from the gas. Can be removed. For this reason, it is possible to discharge, purify, and collect the cleaned gas and the liquid containing the foreign substance, respectively.

Further, unlike the conventional method, in the present invention, the second gas such as nitrogen or dry air is supplied to the outer periphery of the gas (raw gas) supply unit containing the foreign material, thereby removing the foreign material. The efficiency can be improved and the performance of the apparatus can be improved. In addition, it is possible to prevent solid growth at the outlet of the raw gas supply unit and reduce maintenance costs.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the gas containing the different substance and the second gas are supplied from above the static mixer, and the liquid is co-flowed into the static mixer from below these gases. Both of them are in gas-liquid mixing contact inside the static mixer, and the foreign substances contained in the gas are collected or dissolved or chemically reacted on the liquid side to remove the foreign substances from the gas or gas Can be purified. For this reason, the purified gas and the liquid containing a different substance can be discharged or recovered, respectively.

Also, unlike conventional cleaning methods such as packed towers, spray towers, and venturi scrubbers, fluid flows through a static mixer composed of one or more mixing elements provided with a plurality of spiral blades. Since it flows, the pressure loss can be reduced, and by making the raw gas supply part a double pipe system, the power cost and the maintenance cost can be reduced, and the gas and the liquid are in parallel flow. , The gas-liquid mixing contact efficiency is increased, the foreign substance removal efficiency is improved, and the performance of the apparatus can be improved. Furthermore, as the gas-liquid mixing contact efficiency increases, a chemical reaction such as a hydrolysis reaction can be instantaneously terminated. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of an unreacted product, danger, such as a hydrogen explosion, can be prevented.

Furthermore, since the pressure loss is low, the superficial velocity of the gas in the apparatus can be increased, and the apparatus can be miniaturized. Furthermore, since the gas-liquid contact efficiency is high, even when the ratio between the liquid and the gas changes significantly, the foreign substances can be removed from the gas or the gas can be purified, so that the operation management of the apparatus becomes easy. In addition, since the gas-liquid contact efficiency is high, there is no dead space, and solid matter adhesion and growth can be prevented, so that maintenance and inspection can be eliminated.

Hereinafter, an apparatus for removing foreign substances in gas according to embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an apparatus for removing foreign substances in a gas according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view showing a mixing element of a static mixer used in this embodiment. (B) is a perspective view thereof.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the mixing element 2 of the static mixer 1 used in the present embodiment includes a cylindrical outer tube 3 (passage tube) and an inner tube 3. The blade 4 (blade body) provided on the inner tube 6 and the inner tube 6 provided intermittently in order to dispose the blade 4 in the outer tube 3, It consists of a perforated plate. The inner tube 6 is installed to increase the mechanical strength against the torsional stress of the blade 4.

That is, the inner tube 6 is provided in the connection portion of the blade 4 by a necessary length, and is not disposed at any other place. One end of the blade 4 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical tube 6, and the other end is connected to the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 3 by being twisted clockwise (rightward) toward the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 3. It is connected. Since the center part of the inner cylinder pipe 6 is opened, the blades 4 are not present in the axial center part of the outer cylinder pipe 3, and this part is missing. Thereby, as shown to FIG. 2A and 2B, the opening part 7 which a blade | wing does not exist in the axial center part of the inner cylinder pipe 6 is formed. Similarly, a plurality of blades 4 are connected by right-hand twisting on the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 6 to form a fluid passage. The static mixer 1 is assembled by continuously arranging the mixing elements 2 in the longitudinal direction over one or more stages. Note that a spacer (not shown) or a space where no spacer is disposed may be interposed between the mixing elements 2.

While two kinds of fluids (liquid and gas) flowing in the same direction through the fluid passage of such a static mixer 1 flow, a part of the fluid rotates spirally along the blades 4 and faces rightward. It becomes a swirl flow, a part passes through the hole 5 of the blade 4, a part is sheared by the blade 4, joins the fluid that has passed through the hole 5, and is further divided. In this way, rotation, passage, shearing, merging or dividing is repeated, and two kinds of fluids flowing in parallel in the same direction are mixed and contacted. Further, since the blade 4 is formed of a perforated plate, the fluid passes through the hole 5, the flow in the same direction in the outer tube 3 is rectified, and mixed with the fluid moving by the swirling flow, The fluid is uniformly distributed throughout the mixing element 2. For this reason, the gas-liquid contact efficiency is increased, the dead space is eliminated, the adhesion and growth of the solid particles are prevented, and the maintenance inspection becomes unnecessary. In addition, the blade 4 of the static mixer 1 of the present invention is not limited to right twist, and may be left twist.

Further, if the aperture ratio of the perforated plate used for the blades 4 is 5 to 60%, the manufacturing process can be facilitated, the production cost can be reduced, and the mechanical strength of the blades and the gas-liquid contact efficiency. And the prevention of adhesion and growth of solid particles. For this reason, the aperture ratio of the porous plate is preferably 5 to 60%. The aperture ratio of the porous plate is more preferably 10 to 40%.

Furthermore, if the hole 5 diameter of the perforated plate used for the blades 4 is 5 to 30 mm, the manufacturing process can be facilitated, the production cost can be reduced, the superiority of the gas-liquid contact efficiency and the solid matter can be reduced. Prevention of adhesion growth. For this reason, the hole 5 diameter of the perforated plate is preferably 5 to 30 mm.

The configuration of the mixing element 2 of the present invention is not particularly limited to this, and the mixing element structure shown below can be used. 3 and 4 are perspective views of right-handed and left-twisted 90 ° rotation type mixing elements, and FIG. 5 is a side sectional view of a static mixer 1a using the mixing elements. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the mixing elements 8 and 15 include cylindrical passage tubes 9 and 16, and spiral blades 10, 11 and 17 provided in the passage tubes 9 and 16, respectively. 18. The blades 10, 11 and 17, 18 form fluid passages 12, 13 and fluid passages 19, 20, respectively. The blades 10, 11 and 17, 18 do not depend on the axial center portion of the passage pipes 9, 16, and this portion is missing. Thereby, the opening parts 14 and 21 in which the blades 10, 11, 17 and 18 do not exist are formed in the axial center part of the passage pipes 9 and 16 in plan view. Therefore, the fluid passages 12 and 13 and the fluid passages 19 and 20 communicate with each other over the entire length of the passage pipes 9 and 16 through the openings 14 and 21.

When such mixing elements 8 and 15 are alternately inserted into the cylindrical casing 22 and the ends of the blades 10, 11 and 17 and 18 of the mixing elements 8 and 15 are arranged so as to be orthogonal to each other, a static mixer 1a is assembled.

As shown in FIG. 5, while the liquid FA and the gas FB flow in the same direction through the fluid passage of the static mixer 1a, a part of the liquid is rotated 90 ° in a spiral shape, and a part is an opening. Then, after the liquid is sheared and joined with the liquid flowing through the other fluid passage and further divided, it is rotated 90 ° spirally in the opposite direction. In this way, rotation, shearing, merging and dividing are repeated. Similarly, rotation, shearing, merging and dividing are repeated in the gas. Thereby, the liquid and gas which flow in the same direction are stirred, and gas-liquid contact is performed. In addition, as the static mixer 1a, instead of using a 90 ° rotating blade, a 180 ° rotating blade may be used. Any blade body can be formed of a perforated plate. Further, a spacer (not shown) having the same inner diameter as that of the mixing elements 9 and 16 or a space portion in which no spacer is disposed is arranged between the mixing elements 9 and 16, and the stationary mixer 1a is assembled. Good.

Furthermore, the rotation angle of the blade body is not limited to the above-described one, and the stationary mixer is a 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 135 °, 270 ° or 360 ° rotation type blade body. 1a may be configured. The static mixer is not limited to the above-described mixing element, and various static mixers can be used as appropriate.

Next, an embodiment of the apparatus for removing foreign substances in gas according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a device for removing foreign substances in raw gases containing harmful gases such as HCL, CL 2 , HF, NH 3 and H 2 S and dusts such as SiO 2 and ZnO. It is a schematic diagram which shows 1 Example. The raw gas is supplied into the cleaning tower 23 in which the static mixer 1 is disposed, together with the second gas, nitrogen gas, from the gas supply unit 24 disposed at the upper portion thereof, and the HCL, Dissimilar substances such as CL 2 and SiO 2 are moved from the gas side to the liquid side by the mixed contact of the gas and the liquid. A tank 26 disposed below the removal device 25 is connected to the removal device 25, and gas and liquid are separated in the tank 26. The purified raw gas is discharged or collected into the atmosphere via the exhaust fan 27. The aqueous solution in the tank 26 is appropriately discharged by opening the valve 28 to the waste water treatment process or the like, and the tank 26 is appropriately replenished with new liquid. In the cleaning tower 23, a spray nozzle 29 is disposed on the upper part of the static mixer 1, and the liquid in the tank 26 is supplied to the nozzle 29 by a pump 30. Therefore, this liquid is jetted into the washing tower 23 by the nozzle 29 and then collected in the tank 26 and then supplied to the nozzle 29 by the pump 30 so as to be circulated. For this liquid, water or an aqueous solution such as acidic or alkaline is appropriately selected and used depending on the different substances in the raw gas.

In the apparatus for removing foreign substances in gas according to the present embodiment, the above-described static mixer 1 is arranged in a cylindrical washing tower 23 with its longitudinal direction vertical as shown in FIG. In this case, the upper end and the lower end of the cleaning tower 23 have, for example, a circular cross section. In the upper part of the cleaning tower 23, a first supply part for supplying a gas containing a foreign substance into the static mixer 1 is disposed, and a second supply part for supplying a gas such as nitrogen or dry air to the outer periphery of the supply part. The supply section is arranged. In addition, a third supply means for supplying a liquid used for removing or recovering foreign substances into the static mixer 1 is disposed on the upper portion of the cleaning tower 23.

Next, the operation of the device 25 for removing foreign substances in gas shown in FIG. 1 will be described. First, a gas (raw gas) containing a foreign substance to be removed and a nitrogen gas for preventing adhesion are supplied to the upper portion of the static mixer 1 in a predetermined ratio by the first and second supply means at a predetermined rate. . Furthermore, the liquid used for removing this foreign substance is supplied from the upper part of the static mixer 1 by the third supply means. The raw gas, the nitrogen gas, and the liquid descend in the static mixer 1, the gas and the liquid are mixed, and the gas is in sufficient contact. Then, in the static mixer 1, the foreign substance in the gas is dissolved by gas-liquid contact, the fine dust is collected in the liquid, or the chemical reaction is advanced, so that the liquid side The gas is washed or purified by moving the foreign substance to 1.

In the present embodiment, a gas (raw gas) containing a foreign substance that is solid particles such as fine silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, and zinc oxide in the gas can be continuously removed. For example, a gas (raw gas) containing fine solid particles is supplied into the static mixer 1 from the upper end side, and at the same time, nitrogen gas is supplied from the outer periphery of the supply / discharge port of the raw gas, and further a liquid (cleaning liquid) Is supplied from the upper end side into the static mixer 1 through the spray nozzle, and the cleaning liquid and the raw gas are lowered in the static mixer 1 so that the flow rate becomes 0.1 to 8 m / sec. The different substances in the raw gas and the cleaning liquid are continuously mixed and contacted in a parallel flow to remove the different substances from the raw gas to clean the raw gas, and exhausted or recovered as a processing gas from the exhaust line. Further, the cleaning liquid containing the different substances is discharged and stored in a tank disposed below the static mixer. The stored cleaning liquid is recycled. The supply of new liquid to the tank and the discharge of the stored liquid from the tank are performed as appropriate. Note that the range of the lowering speed of the raw gas can be appropriately selected depending on the liquid gas ratio.

Conventionally, there has been a problem that maintenance and management costs are required due to adhesion growth (scaling) in the solid material apparatus. In this embodiment, the outlet of the raw gas supply unit is a film made of nitrogen gas. By forming a nitrogen curtain, moisture such as moisture is blocked to prevent adhesion of powder and generation of unreacted products. Since there is no scaling due to solid matter, maintenance costs are not required and maintenance is not required.

Next, an embodiment of the cleaning tower according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a static mixer 1 in which mixing elements 8 and 15 are arranged is disposed in the cylindrical cleaning tower 35, and a cleaning liquid is disposed above the static mixer 1. A spray nozzle 31 for injecting and supplying (circulating fluid) is disposed. In addition, a gas supply unit 32 for supplying the raw gas and the second gaseous nitrogen gas is disposed on the upper portion of the cleaning tower 23. The gas supply unit 32 is provided with a raw gas supply pipe 33 at the center and a nitrogen gas supply pipe 34 around the raw gas supply pipe 33. The raw gas supply pipe 33 and the nitrogen gas supply pipe 34 have a double structure. By supplying nitrogen gas, which is the second gas, into the cleaning tower 35, an increase in water vapor (moisture) around the raw gas discharge port 36 of the raw gas supply pipe 33 is prevented, and SiCL 4 and SiF 4 gases are used. It is possible to prevent the clogging due to the solid growth of the solid material around the raw gas discharge port 36 of the raw gas supply pipe 33 by preventing the hydrolysis reaction between water and water vapor.

In the gas supply unit 32 configured as described above, a raw gas containing HCL, CL 2 , SiO 2 , SiCL 4 , SiF 4 , and the like is supplied from the raw gas supply pipe 33 into the cleaning tower 35 and the raw gas is supplied. Nitrogen gas is supplied from the nitrogen gas supply pipe 33 around the gas. In this case, the range of the gas velocity in the nitrogen gas supply pipe 34 is 0.5 to 20 m / sec. A more preferable range is 3 to 12 m / sec. Moreover, the range of the amount of washing | cleaning liquid in a preferable washing tower is 150-500m < 3 > / m < 2 > * Hr. The range of the gas velocity and the amount of cleaning liquid is appropriately selected and used depending on the composition, concentration, flow rate, etc. of the raw gas.

Furthermore, a second embodiment of the cleaning tower according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The basic structure of the cleaning tower 37 is the same as that of the cleaning tower 35 shown in FIG. 6, but in addition to the nitrogen gas supply pipe 38, nitrogen gas is supplied via the nitrogen gas supply lines 39 and 40 to the cleaning tower 37. Supply to the top of the inside. By supplying the nitrogen gas to the top, solid growth of solids is prevented.

SiHCL+2HO→SiO+2HCL+H(1)
SiHCL+2HO→SiO+3HCL+H(2)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing the removing apparatus of this embodiment. In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the same components as those in the first embodiment shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the liquid and gas discharged from the lower part of the cleaning tower are separated, and the liquid and a part of the gas are supplied into the liquid in the cleaning liquid circulation line 41 in the tank. The cleaned gas is exhausted from the exhaust line 42 via the exhaust fan 27. Note that the static mixer 1 may be disposed on the cleaning liquid circulation line 41. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of the unreacted product by the hydrolysis reaction by inflow of a part of raw gas can be prevented, and accidents, such as an explosion of the hydrogen produced | generated by 1 type and 2 types of the following hydrolysis reaction, can be prevented.
SiH 2 CL 2 + 2H 2 O → SiO 2 + 2HCL + H 2 (1)
SiHCL 3 + 2H 2 O → SiO 2 + 3HCL + H 2 (2)

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 9 is a schematic view showing the removing apparatus of the present embodiment. In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the same components as those in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, the removal efficiency can be further improved.

As shown in FIG. 9, the removing device 41 is provided with a second cleaning tower 43 and a pump 44. A static mixer 1 is installed in the cleaning tower 43. The lower part of the washing tower 43 communicates with the tank 26. A spray nozzle 45 that sprays and supplies a cleaning liquid via a pump 44 is disposed below the stationary mixer 1. The spray nozzle may be provided not only at the lower end side of the static mixer 1 but also at the upper end side. In this case, by supplying the new liquid to the spray nozzle on the upper end side, the new liquid and the gas are mixed and contacted in countercurrent, and the removal efficiency is further improved. In particular, the removal efficiency by physical absorption of harmful gases such as HCL and HF is further improved.

In the second washing tower configured as described above, the raw gas untreated in the first washing tower 23 is stationary with the washing liquid from the lower part of the washing tower 43 through the space through which the gas in the tank 26 flows. It is supplied to the lower end side of the mold mixer 1. The gas and the liquid are mixed and contacted by the static mixer 1, and the removal efficiency is further improved. The liquid is mixed and contacted with the gas in the static mixer 1 and then naturally falls downward due to gravity and returned to the tank 26. As a result, double contact time can be obtained by reciprocation in the upward and downward directions. The gas velocity in the cleaning tower 43 is preferably in the range of 1 to 10 m / sec. A more preferable range is 2 to 6 m / sec. A preferable liquid / gas ratio in this case is in the range of 0.1 to 30 L / m 3 . In addition, it is not limited to these numerical values, and is appropriately selected and used depending on the gas composition, concentration, flow rate, and the like.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram showing the removal apparatus of the present embodiment. In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the same components as those in the first, second, and third embodiments shown in FIGS. Is omitted. In this embodiment, the removal efficiency can be further improved.

As shown in FIG. 10, in the removing device 46, the first cleaning tower 23, the second cleaning tower 47, and the third cleaning tower 43 are each connected in series. The fluid in the static mixer 1 is in gas-liquid contact with the first washing tower 23 and the second washing tower 47 in parallel flow and with the third washing tower 43 in countercurrent.

In the fourth embodiment configured as described above, the removal efficiency is further improved by increasing the mixing contact time between the gas and the liquid, and it is possible to prevent solid growth and to significantly reduce the maintenance cost.
