Claims (11)
- フッ素樹脂(A)及び発泡核剤(B)を含有する樹脂組成物であって、
前記発泡核剤(B)は、前記樹脂組成物中の分布状態においてd99が15μm以下である
ことを特徴とする樹脂組成物。 - d99は、10μm以下である請求項1記載の樹脂組成物。
- 任意の切断面における単位面積当りに発泡核剤(B)が占める面積の変動が15%以下である請求項1又は2記載の樹脂組成物。
- 発泡核剤(B)は、樹脂組成物の0.05〜30重量%である請求項1、2又は3記載の樹脂組成物。
- 発泡核剤(B)は、樹脂組成物の0.1〜2重量%である請求項1、2、3又は4記載の樹脂組成物。
- 発泡核剤(B)は、窒化ホウ素、タルク、セリサイト、珪藻土、窒化珪素、ファインシリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニア、石英粉、カオリン、ベントナイト、又は、酸化チタンである請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の樹脂組成物を製造するための樹脂組成物製造方法であって、
発泡核剤(B)を粉砕及び/又は分級する工程(1)、前記発泡核剤(B)とフッ素樹脂とから混合物を得る工程(2)、前記混合物に剪断力S1を加えて混練し、ペレット(I)を得る工程(3)、並びに、前記ペレット(I)及び希釈用樹脂に剪断力S2を加えて混練し、目的の樹脂組成物のペレット(II)を得る工程(4)を含むものであり、
前記工程(2)の混合方法は、機械的攪拌を用いる方法であり、
前記剪断力S2は、前記剪断力S1よりも低いものでないことを特徴とする樹脂組成物製造方法。 - 発泡電線に用いられるものである請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の樹脂組成物から得られることを特徴とする発泡体。
- 請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の樹脂組成物から得られることを特徴とする発泡電線。
- 平均直径が10〜40μmである気泡を含有するものである請求項10記載の発泡電線。
