Description

The present invention relates to a binding tool for binding a document or the like into a file.

A binding tool composed of a base member and a slide member is used to allow a binding foot provided in a file to pass through a through-hole formed in a document and bind the document and the like. In such a binding tool, by binding the binding foot between the base member and the slide member, the binding foot and the binding tool can be connected, and a document or the like with the binding foot inserted can be bound into a file. It becomes possible.

In the above-described binding tool, a technique for continuously attaching and detaching the binding tool by a user's one-hand operation is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this technique, in order to smoothly fit the file-side binding foot into the insertion path on the binding tool, a cutout is provided at the side end of the binding tool and a slope is provided at the end of the insertion path. Furthermore, by providing a stopper mechanism between the base member and the slide member constituting the binding tool on the side end side of the binding tool, the relative positional relationship between the base member and the slide member is maintained in a predetermined state. This makes it possible to improve the operability of the binding tool.
Japanese Patent No. 3790837

Here, in the binding tool constituted by the base member and the slide member as described above, the binding tool constituted by the resin base member and the slide member is widely used. By making the binding tool made of resin, a large amount of binding tools can be produced in a short time, and the production cost of the binding tool can be reduced. Further, by appropriately selecting a resin material, sufficient durability can be exhibited as a binding tool that can bind a large amount of documents.

Although there are advantages in using the resin binding tool in this way, there is a possibility that problems may occur when using or manufacturing the resin binding tool. That is, in the manufacture of a resin binding tool, when a slide member or the like is formed, the distortion generated after the molding is relatively large as compared to, for example, the distortion at the time of manufacturing a metal binding tool. If the distortion generated after the molding is too large, the relative movement between the base member and the slide member may not be performed smoothly, and the operability of the binding tool may be deteriorated or the yield during manufacture may be reduced. In particular, when a component related to the relative movement between the slide member and the base member, such as the stopper mechanism, is provided at the side end of the binding tool, the influence of this distortion becomes large.

In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to maintain or improve the operability of the binding tool in a good state and to avoid a decrease in yield during the manufacture of the binding tool.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a binding tool component on the side end side of the binding tool that greatly contributes to improving the operability of the binding tool including the base member and the slide member. Instead, it is provided on the upper end side of the binding tool, that is, on the operation surface side for operating the binding tool. Generation of distortion during manufacture is unavoidable in a resin binding tool, but the distortion affects the operability of the binding tool by providing the component on the upper end surface side of the binding tool. Because it can.

Specifically, the present invention comprises a base member and a slide member coupled to the base member so as to be movable relative to the base member, and sandwiches a bendable binding leg provided on the file body. A binding tool for binding a document by releasing the base member, wherein the base member is provided on a resin base body portion and a side end side of the base body portion, and the binding foot is moved from the side end side to the base body. The base notch portion to be inserted to the side, and the binding foot inserted from the base notch portion, the slide member performs the relative movement so that the binding foot is in a lying posture toward the upper end side of the base main body portion. A housing passage, and an engaged means provided along the relative movement direction of the slide member on the upper end side of the base main body, and the slide member is made of a resin slide body And the A slide notch portion provided on a side end side of the id main body portion and allowing the binding foot to be inserted into the base member side through the base notch portion; and on the upper end side of the base body portion of the slide body portion An engaging means which is provided at an opposing portion and engageable with the engaged means, and in the relative movement by the slide member and the base member, the base notch and the slide notch The binding foot inserted into the holding position is set in the lying posture, and the binding foot is clamped by the slide member and the base member, and the clamping state is released so that the binding foot and the binding tool can be separated. When the base member and the slide member are in the separable state, the engaging means engages with the engaged means and holds the separable state.

In the binding tool according to the present invention, the relative state of the base member and the slide member, both of which have a resin main body, and the relative state of the binding foot and the binding tool become a sandwiched state or a separable state. , It is possible to bind or extract a document to a fill.

First, in the separable state, it is possible to insert the binding foot provided in the file into the base body side through the base notch provided in the base member and the notch provided in the slide member. . In this state, the binding feet are inserted into the notches, and the sliding member is moved relative to the base member from the separable state to the clamping state, so that the binding feet are accommodated in a lying posture in the accommodation passage. At the same time, it is held between the base member and the slide member. As a result, the front end portion of the binding foot is accommodated in the storage passage by the binding tool, and the binding foot and the binding tool are integrated, so that it is possible to bind a document or the like with the binding foot inserted into the file. Become.

Next, in the clamping state, the binding foot and the binding tool are integrated as described above. From this state, the slide member moves relative to the base member in the direction opposite to the above relative movement. By doing so, the integrated state is released, and the binding foot can be extracted from the base notch portion and the slide notch portion. As a result, it is possible to separate the binding foot and the binding tool, and it is possible to extract a document or the like from the file or add a new document or the like.

In the binding tool configured as described above, the engaging means provided on the slide member and the engaged means provided on the base member greatly contribute to improving the operability of the binding tool. The engaging means and the engaged means are engaged with each other, so that the separable state can be maintained. That is, when the binding foot needs to be inserted into or removed from the base notch or slide notch, the slide member that can move relative to the base member is temporarily moved by mutual engagement between the engaging means and the engaged means. Thus, the operability of the binding tool is improved by holding it so that it cannot be relatively moved. The mutual engagement between the engaging means and the engaged means can be released by applying a certain amount of external force. Therefore, the slide member is moved relative to the base member to be clamped from the separable state. The transition to the state can be performed smoothly.

And this to-be-engaged means and engaging means are provided in the site | part which opposes the upper end side or upper end side which is not the side end side of a slide member and a base member, respectively. Since the side end side of the slide member and the base member is a part that is strongly affected by the distortion generated when the resin slide main body and the base main body are resin-molded, in the binding tool according to the present invention, The engaged means and the engaging means are provided at the upper end side or the portion facing the upper end side that is less affected by the distortion. As a result, the relative movement between the slide member and the base member can be maintained in a smoother state, and the engaging means and the engaged means can be engaged and released from the engaged state smoothly. As a result, it greatly contributes to improving the operability of the binding tool, and it is also possible to avoid a decrease in yield during the manufacture of the binding tool.

Here, in the above binding tool, the engaging means may be further engaged with the engaged means when the base member and the slide member are in the sandwiched state to hold the sandwiched state. . In principle, in the above clamping state, the binding foot is clamped by the slide member and the base member, so that a fixing force is generated there. In addition to this, the engagement means and the engaged means By supporting this sandwiched state by the engaged state, it is possible to avoid as much as possible the release of a document or the like that has been bound and released by tampering. As a result, the engaging means and the engaged means contribute to maintaining the separable state and the clamping state of the binding tool according to the present invention, and it is considered that the operability as the binding tool is further improved.

Further, in the binding tool described above, the engaging means is an engaging claw extending toward the upper end side of the base main body portion of the slide main body portion, and the engaged means is the housing. An engagement protrusion provided on the upper surface side of the passage and engageable with the engagement claw may be used. By the mutual engagement between the engaging claw and the engaging protrusion, the separation state or the holding state as described above can be achieved.

Here, in a binding tool that uses an engaging claw as an engaging means, when the slide member relatively moves from the sandwiched state to the separable state with respect to the base member, the engaging claw It may be designed to scoop out the binding legs housed in a lying position in the passage. Since the binding foot provided in the file is repeatedly sandwiched and released by the slide member and the base member each time it is used, the shape of the binding foot changes over time. Here, since the binding legs are accommodated in the accommodation passage in the sandwiched state, the binding legs need to smoothly come out of the accommodation passage when attempting to shift from the sandwiched state to the separable state. However, as a result of secular change in the binding foot, it may not be easy to smoothly exit the accommodation passage due to the restoring force of the binding foot itself. Therefore, as described above, by using the engaging claw that is originally engaged with the engaged means, the binding foot having the reduced restoring force is moved into the accommodation passage during the relative movement from the clamped state to the separable state. By scooping out, it is possible to avoid a decrease in the operability of the binding tool.

Similarly, in a binding tool that uses an engaging claw as an engaging means, the extending direction of the engaging claw moves relative to the base member from the clamped state to the separable state. It may be a direction to slide into the lower part of the front end portion of the binding foot in the lying posture when performing the above. That is, by binding the engaging claw to the lower part of the front end portion of the binding foot using the extension portion of the claw, the binding force whose restoring force is reduced due to the relative movement of the slide member as described above. It is possible to avoid a decrease in the operability of the binding tool by scooping up the legs.

Here, in the binding tool described above, the slide member further includes a first operation unit for gripping the slide member so that the user performs the relative movement on one end side, and the user grips on the other end side. A second operation portion for providing the slide operation, the slide notch portion is provided between the first operation portion and the second operation portion, and the first operation portion and the second operation portion are Connected by a connecting portion, and the engaging claw extends from a base end portion of the first operating portion into a slide hollow portion formed by the first operating portion, the second operating portion, and the connecting portion. It may be.

By providing the first operation unit and the second operation unit on both ends of the slide member, the user can easily perform the relative movement operation of the slide member. And the slide hollow part is formed in the center part vicinity of a slide member by both the operation parts and connection part of this slide member. That is, both the operating parts and the connecting part are formed in an annular shape, so that a slide hollow part is formed in the central part of the ring. When the user moves the slide member relative to the base member, the user can confirm through the slide hollow portion the situation where the binding foot is in the lying posture and the situation of the binding foot rising from the lying posture. It becomes possible. Further, since the engaging claw extends from the base end portion of the first operation portion into the slide hollow portion, the user can feel the tactile sensation via the first operation portion when the engaging claw engages with the engagement protrusion. This contributes greatly to improving the operability of the binding tool.

Here, in the binding tool described above, the engagement protrusion may have an inclined surface that avoids the engagement claw being caught by the relative movement. The inclined surface is a surface of the engaging protrusion that does not have a depression that causes the engaging claw to be caught between the base end surface on which the engaging protrusion is provided and the surface of the engaging protrusion. For example, as the inclined surface, an inclined surface that connects the top portion of the engaging protrusion to the base end surface with a predetermined inclination angle in a single plane, or from the proximal end portion of the engaging protrusion to which the engaging claw is likely to be caught to the middle abdomen. The formed inclined surface can be adopted. As a result, the engagement by the engagement claw and the engagement protrusion can be performed more smoothly, but the presence of the inclined surface makes it possible to maintain the engagement state, that is, the separable state and the sandwiched state. It is contrary to the gist of the present invention. Therefore, the inclined surface according to the present invention is provided at a portion where the engaging claw contacts the engaging projection when the engaging claw and the engaging projection reach the engaged state, and conversely, when the engaged state is released. It is preferable that the engaging claw is not provided at a portion where the engaging claw comes into contact with the engaging protrusion.

A file tool for binding a document or the like provided with the binding tool according to the present invention described above also includes the gist of the present invention.

It is possible to maintain or improve the operability of the binding tool in a good state and to avoid a decrease in yield during the manufacture of the binding tool.

Here, an embodiment of a binding tool according to the present invention and a file tool provided with the binding tool will be described with reference to the drawings. The slide member 10 is an elongated member made of resin and is manufactured by integral molding. Two operation portions 11 and 12 are provided on both ends of the slide member 10. When the user operates the binding tool 1 as will be described later, the slide member 10 is moved by applying an external force to the operation units 11 and 12. Further, the operation portions 11 and 12 are connected to each other on the side end side of the slide member 10 by an elongated connection portion 13. Further, a side edge 14 is provided on the other side end of the slide member 10. The side edge 14 is connected only to the operation unit 11 and is connected to the operation unit 12. Not. As a result, a notch portion 15 is formed between the side edge portion 14 and the operation portion 12 on the other side end side of the slide member 10.

In the slide member 10 formed in this way, an annular shape is formed by the two operation portions 11 and 12, the connecting portion 13, and the side end edge portion 14, and the slide hollow portion 16 located at the center portion of the annular shape is formed. The outer region of the slide member 10 communicates with the cutout portion 15. Note that an end portion 14 a which is a portion facing the notch portion 15 in the side end edge portion 14 is inclined toward the operation portion 11 so that an opening of the notch portion 15 is widened in the thickness direction of the slide member 10.

Further, in the slide hollow portion 16, the engaging claw 17 extends downward with the operation portion 11 as the base end side. The extending direction of the engaging claw 17 is substantially the direction along the inclination direction of the end portion 14 a of the side end edge portion 14, and thus the engaging claw 17 is slightly moved from the operating portion 11 to the slide hollow portion 16. While protruding, it extends in the thickness direction from the upper end side of the operation unit 11. The function of the engaging claw 17 will be described later.

The operation unit 12 includes an upper end portion 12b on the upper end side, a side end 12a on the side end side, and a slide horizontal portion 12c, and has a substantially U shape as a whole as shown in FIG. 1B. The slide horizontal portion 12c is fitted into a slide groove portion 24 of the base member 20, which will be described later, in a loosely fitted state, whereby the slide member 20 and the base member 10 can be moved relative to each other. Details of this point will be described later. The operation unit 11 has the same configuration as the operation unit 12, and the slide horizontal part on the operation unit 11 side also contributes to the relative movement.

Next, the base member 20 will be described with reference to FIG. Similar to the slide member 10, the base member 20 is composed of a base body portion 21 having an elongated shape made of resin, which is manufactured by integral molding. Here, two cutouts 23 that open to the side end side of the base main body 21 are formed in a portion that divides the longitudinal direction of the base main body 21 into approximately three equal parts. And the accommodation channel | path 22 is formed in two places corresponding to each notch part 23 in groove shape from the notch part 23 to the longitudinal direction of the base main-body part 21. As shown in FIG. Note that the two accommodation passages 22 are not in communication with each other and have the same length. As shown in FIG. 5, the storage passage 22 stores the binding foot 3 of the file tool 2.

Here, each accommodation passage 22 is formed with a gentle slope at a portion 22 a in contact with the notch 23. This is because, as shown in FIG. 5, when the binding foot 3 is accommodated in the accommodation passage 22, the binding foot 3 is bent, but the inclined surface is for smoothly guiding the binding foot 3 to this bent state. It is. In addition, a serrated portion 25 made of a continuous protrusion is provided at the bottom of each storage passage 22, and this binds the binding foot 3 in a bent state to a binding tool made of the base member 20 and the slide member 10. No. 1 is for more reliably holding. Further, two engaging protrusions 26 and 27 are provided at the bottom of the accommodation passage 22 located at the central portion of the base member 20 in FIG. Details of these engaging projections will be described later.

A slide groove portion 24 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the base main body portion 21 at the side end of the base main body portion 21. As described above, the binding tool 1 is formed by fitting the slide horizontal portion 12c of the slide member 10 into the slide groove portion 24, and the slide member 10 is longer than the base member 20 in the longitudinal direction of the base main body portion 21. It is possible to perform relative movement, that is, slide operation. In addition, an inclined surface 21 a that is inclined toward the notch portion 23 is formed in the vicinity of the opening portion of each notch portion 23 of the base main body portion 21. About the inclination of this inclined surface 21a, it is comparable as the inclined surface of the edge part 14a of the slide member 10. FIG.

The slide member 10 and the base member 20 configured as described above are fitted together so that the opening portions of the cutout portion 15 and the cutout portion 23 provided in both are arranged on the same side. At this time, as described above, the slide horizontal portion 12c of the slide member 10 is fitted into the slide groove portion 24, and the binding tool 1 as shown in FIG. 3 is formed. As shown in FIG. 3, the binding tool 1 is a file tool such as a document 4 in which two resin binding legs 3 provided on the file tool 2 (the front end portion is 3 a) are inserted. This is a binding tool for binding to 2.

Here, binding of a document or the like by the binding tool 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. In the binding tool 1, the binding foot 3 provided on the file tool 2 is fixed by causing the slide member 10 to slide with respect to the base member 20 as described above. At this time, in the binding tool 1, the separable state shown in FIG. 4 and the sandwiched state shown in FIG. 5 are adopted, and the sliding operation is performed so that the slide member 10 and the base member 20 shift between these two states. Is done.

The separable state shown in FIG. 4 is the same as the state of the binding tool 1 shown in FIG. In this state, the notch 15 provided in the slide member 10 and the opening of the notch 23 provided in the base member 20 coincide with each other. In this separable state, the binding foot 3 can be inserted into the base body 21 via the notches 15 and 23. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the binding tool 1 in a separable state is brought close to a document or the like through which the binding legs 3 are inserted, and the binding legs 3 are inserted from the openings of the notches 15 and 23. (The state after the insertion is shown in FIG. 4). Thereafter, the slide member 10 is slid with respect to the base member 20 to reach a clamping state described later.

Here, in the separable state, as shown in FIG. 4, the engagement claw 17 is an engagement provided near the notch 23 of the engagement protrusions 26, 27 provided on the bottom of the accommodation passage 22. The mating protrusion 26 is engaged. Note that, in this engaged state, the engaging protrusion 26 is hidden under the engaging claw 17, and therefore, the engaging protrusion 26 is indicated by a dotted line in FIG. As a result, as long as a relatively large external force does not act on the slide member 10, the slide member 10 is in a state where the slide operation is restricted with respect to the base member 20, and as a result, this separable state is maintained. Will be. Therefore, when the user tries to bring the binding tool 1 closer to the binding foot 3 as shown in FIG. 3, the state in which the opening portions of the cutout portion 15 and the cutout portion 23 are always matched is maintained. It is possible to easily insert the binding foot 3 through the notch.

Next, after the binding foot 3 is inserted into the notches 15 and 23 in the separable state, an external force is applied to the slide member 10 to release the engagement between the engagement claw 17 and the engagement protrusion 26, and the slide member When 10 is slid in the direction of the white arrow in FIG. 4, the clamping state shown in FIG. 5 is reached. In this clamped state, the binding foot 3 is clamped between the slide member 10 and the base member 20 so that the binding foot 3 and the binding tool 1 are integrated, and the binding foot 3 is inserted through the document. And the like can be bound into the file tool 2. In addition, since the serrated portion 25 is provided at the bottom of the accommodation passage 22, the clamping state of the binding foot 3 becomes more reliable.

Further, in this clamping state, the engaging claw 17 engages with the engaging protrusion 27 provided on the innermost side among the engaging protrusions 26 and 27 provided on the bottom of the accommodation passage 22. As a result, the holding state of the binding foot 3 and the binding tool 1 is supported by the engaging state of the engaging claw 17 and the engaging protrusion 27, so that the holding state can be efficiently maintained. At the same time, it is possible to avoid that the clamping state is released by an unexpected external force.

In the binding tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the binding foot 3 and the binding tool 1 are integrated or released by the sliding operation of the slide member 10 and the base member 20, thereby binding the document or the like. Is possible. Further, the above-mentioned separation is achieved by the engagement state between the engagement claw 17 provided on the slide member 10 and extending toward the bottom of the storage passage 22 and the engagement protrusions 26 and 27 provided on the bottom of the storage passage 22. It is possible to hold the possible state and the sandwiched state. This improves the operability of the user's binding tool. Furthermore, the engagement claw 17 and the engagement protrusions 26 and 27 are arranged so as to engage with each other in the thickness direction of the binding tool 1, thereby causing distortion when the slide member 10 and the base member 20 are molded. Thus, it becomes possible to avoid a decrease in the operability of the binding tool 1.

Although it is the binding tool 1 which demonstrates the above effects, the effect which should be mentioned especially is exhibited. This point will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 shows the relationship between the binding foot 3 and the engaging claw 17 when the relative state of the binding foot 3 and the binding tool 1 shifts from the clamped state to the separable state by the sliding operation of the slide member 10. FIG. FIG. 6A is a diagram illustrating a relative state of the binding foot 3 and the binding tool 1 when the holding state is set. In FIG. 6, the description of the serrated portion 25 is omitted.

Then, when shifting from the sandwiched state to the separable state, the slide member 10 slides to the right side of FIG. When the engagement state of the engagement claw 17 and the engagement protrusion 27 is released from the state of FIG. 6A and the slide member 10 is further shifted to the right side in the drawing, the state of FIG. To. In this state, the engaging claw 17 is located between the engaging protrusion 27 and the engaging protrusion 26 and contacts the distal end portion 3 a of the binding foot 3 accommodated in the accommodation passage 22 in a lying posture. Here, the engaging claw 17 extends into the accommodating passage 22 with the operation portion 11 as a base end portion, and the extending direction of the engaging claw 17 is as shown in FIG. It is a direction that can dive down.

Further, when the slide member 10 slides and moves from the state of FIG. 6B to the state of FIG. 6C, the extending portion of the engaging claw 17 functions to scoop out the binding foot 3 in the lying posture. To do. This is very useful when the restoring force of the resin binding foot 3 has decreased due to aging or the like, and greatly contributes to the smooth operability of the binding tool 1.

Further, the engagement protrusions 26 and 27 provided in the accommodation passage 22 on the base member 20 side are smoothly engaged with the engagement claws 17 and reliably held in the separable state and the sandwiched state. Therefore, it has the slope shape shown in FIG. FIG. 7 is a view showing a slope shape of the engaging protrusion 26 when the engaging protrusion 26 is viewed from a cross-sectional viewpoint along the longitudinal direction of the base member 20. In FIG. 7, the case where the engagement claw 17 moves from the left side to the right side is the case where the engagement claw 17 and the engagement projection 26 reach the engaged state, and conversely, the engagement claw 17 moves from the right side to the left side. The transition is when the engagement state between the engagement claw 17 and the engagement protrusion 26 is released.

On the left side in FIG. 7, the engaging protrusion 26 has a linear inclined surface 26 a so that the inclined surface of the protrusion is relatively gentle and the engaging claw 17 is not easily caught. On the other hand, on the right side in FIG. 7, the engaging protrusion 26 has an inclined surface of the protrusion steeper than the linear inclined surface 26a, and the engaging claw 17 is easily caught, but when an external force with a certain strength is applied. The hook 26 has an inclined surface 26b that can be released. For comparison, on the left side of the engagement protrusion 26, a linear inclined surface 26a and an inclined surface 26b are displayed in an overlapping manner.

By forming the engaging protrusion 26 in this manner, when the engaging claw 17 is about to move in the engaging direction with respect to the engaging protrusion 26, the engaging claw 17 is engaged with the engaging protrusion 26 by the linear inclined surface 26a. Can be easily overcome. On the other hand, when the engagement claw 17 tries to shift to the direction in which the engagement projection 26 is disengaged, the engagement claw 17 cannot easily get over the engagement projection 26 due to the inclined surface 26b. As a result, the engaged state between the two is stably maintained.

7 shows only the correlation between the engaging claw 17 and the engaging protrusion 26, the same technical idea is applied to the relative relationship between the engaging claw 17 and the engaging protrusion 27. FIG. The operability of the binding tool 1 is further improved by the technical idea of the engaging claws 17 and the engaging protrusions 26 and 27.
