Abstract
【解決手段】発電要素を外装部材で封止するとともに、前記発電要素に接続された板状をなす電極端子7,8を前記外装部材内部から外部に導出してなる扁平型電池を複数積層して、各扁平型電池の電極端子同士を電気的に接続してなる組電池であって、前記扁平型電池の積層方向に隣り合う電極端子間に、前記積層方向に貫通して開口する開口部18aを備えた絶縁性の絶縁板9が設けられ、前記絶縁板9は、組電池に当該組電池を変形させる外力が作用した際に、電極端子の前記開口部に対応する部位を絶縁板から離れる方向へ変形させる変形手段20を有する。

Claims (4)
- 発電要素を外装部材で封止するとともに、前記発電要素に接続された板状をなす電極端子を前記外装部材内部から外部に導出してなる扁平型電池を複数積層して、各扁平型電池の電極端子同士を電気的に接続してなる組電池であって、
前記扁平型電池の積層方向に隣り合う電極端子間に、前記積層方向に貫通して開口する開口部を備えた絶縁性の絶縁板が設けられ、前記絶縁板は、組電池に当該組電池を変形させる外力が作用した際に、電極端子の前記開口部に対応する部位を絶縁板から離れる方向へ変形させる変形手段を有することを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記変形手段は、前記絶縁板の開口部の周囲に設けられた、対向する電極端子に向って突出する凸部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記凸部は、凸部が設けられる絶縁板に対して、前記対向する電極端子を挟んで反対側に配置される絶縁板の開口部よりも、開口部中央方向に位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組電池。
- 前記凸部の高さは、当該凸部と対向する電極端子の厚さ以上であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の組電池。
