Abstract

Claims (21)
- 通路を画成する管状部材であって、当該管状部材の長手に沿って所定の位置に形成される湾曲助長部位を画成する長手方向に延びる切取部分を有する、前記管状部材と、
前記管状部材の前記通路に収容されるアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータの遠位部分が前記管状部材の遠位部分に固定される、前記アクチュエータと、
前記管状部材によって画成される拘束手段であって、曲げられている間、前記管状部材の境界内で前記アクチュエータを十分に保持するように、前記湾曲助長部位に配置される構造体を含む、前記拘束手段と、
を含む、カテーテル操作機構。 - 前記管状部材の長手方向に延びるウェブ又はスパインを保持するために、前記切取部分が前記管状部材の壁の180°より大きい中心角となっている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記切取部分が、前記切取部分の近位部位より前記切取部分の遠位部位において大きい中心角となっている、請求項2に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記切取部分が、圧力緩和の目的で、Rをつけている近位遷移部位及び遠位遷移部位を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記遠位遷移部位が、前記近位遷移部位より大きい半径を有する、請求項4に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記管状部材の前記湾曲助長部位と一致する削減された断面を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記削減された断面が前記アクチュエータの切取部分によって画成されており、前記アクチュエータの長手方向に延びるウェブ又はスパインを保持するために、前記切取部分が180°より大きい中心角となっている、請求項6に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータが前記管状部材の前記通路に収容されるとき、前記アクチュエータの前記スパインが、前記管状部材の前記スパインに隣接して存在するか、一致して存在するかする、請求項7に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記切取部分が、前記切取部分の近位部位より前記切取部分の遠位部位において大きい中心角となっている、請求項7又は8に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記切取部分が、圧力緩和の目的で、Rをつけている近位遷移部位及び遠位遷移部位を有する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記近位遷移部位は、前記遠位遷移部位より大きい半径を有する、請求項10に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータがロッドである、請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記拘束手段が、前記管状部材の前記湾曲助長部位に配置されるケージ構造体を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記ケージ構造体が、前記管状部材に沿って長手方向に設けられた間隔をおいて配置されている互いに離隔された複数のフープを含む、請求項13に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記フープの各々の長さが、隣合うフープ間の間隔より大きい、請求項14に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記管状部材及び前記アクチュエータが超弾性材料のものである、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータが、連結点である遠位で延びる前記アクチュエータの部分をもって、前記連結点において、前記管状部材の遠位端に固定される、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記連結点である遠位で延びる前記アクチュエータの前記部分が、前記連結点である遠位で所定の形になっている、請求項17に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記アクチュエータが、連結点において、前記連結点である遠位で延びる前記管状部材の部分をもって、前記管状部材の遠位端に固定されており、前記連結点である遠位で延びる前記管状部材の前記部分が、前記連結点である遠位で所定の形になっている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記管状部材への異物の進入を抑制するために、前記管状部材全体に収容される保護手段を含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
- 前記保護手段が前記管状部材全体に収容される保護鞘を含む、請求項20に記載のカテーテル操作機構。
