Abstract
【解決手段】電気基板48を矢印Y2にスライドさると、ピン61a,61b,61cが接続ピン108A,108B,108Cの断面の半円の頂点部109に当り、ピン61a,61b,61cが、接続ピン108A,108B,108Cに挿入されると共に、接続ピン108A,108B,108Cに沿って進み、折り曲げられる。そして、接続ピン108A,108B,108Cの他方の端部から半田Hを流し込み、接続ピン108A,108B,108Cとピン61a,61b,61cとを半田Hによって固定する。

Claims (16)
- 光ビームを射出する光源と電気基板とを接続する接続部材であって、
一方の端部側から前記光源の光源端子が挿入されると共に、他方の端部側が前記電気基板を貫通する光源端子挿入部を備えることを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項1に記載の接続部材と、
前記光源を駆動する駆動回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気基板。 - 前記接続部材を複数備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気基板。
- 請求項2又は請求項3に記載の電気基板と、
前記接続部材の前記光源端子挿入部に前記光源端子が挿入され前記電気基板に接続された前記光源と、
を備えることを特徴とする光源装置。 - 前記光源端子は、前記接続部材の前記光源端子挿入部に挿入される前に折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光源装置。
- 前記光源端子は複数備えられ、
前記複数の光源端子を、互いに平行になるように同一方向に折り曲げ、かつ、該光源端子の折り曲げられた部分のうちの隣接する当該部分同士を略等間隔とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光源装置。 - 光ビームを射出する光源と電気基板とを接続する接続部材であって、
前記光源の光源端子が挿入されると共に、前記光源端子が挿入されると該光源端子を折り曲げる光源端子挿入部を備えることを特徴とする接続部材。 - 前記光ビームに対して斜め方向に前記電気基板をスライドさせて、前記光源の前記光源端子を前記光源端子挿入部に挿入可能とされ、
前記光ビームに対して斜め方向に前記電気基板をスライドさせて前記光源端子を前記光源端子挿入部に挿入すると、該光源端子を前記光源挿入部に沿って折り曲げることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接続部材。 - 前記光源端子挿入部は、断面がV字状であることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の接続部材。
- 前記光源端子挿入部は、断面が半円形状であることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の接続部材。
- 請求項7から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材と、
前記光源を駆動する駆動回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気基板。 - 前記接続部材を複数備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気基板。
- 請求項11又は請求項12に記載の電気基板と、
前記接続部材の前記光源端子挿入部に光源端子が挿入され、前記電気基板と接続された前記光源と、
を備えることを特徴とする光源装置。 - 前記光源端子は複数備えられ、
前記接続部材の前記光源端子挿入部は、前記複数の光源端子を互いに平行になるように同一方向に折り曲げ、かつ、該光源端子の折り曲げられた部分のうちの隣接する当該部分同士を略等間隔とすることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光源装置。 - 請求項4、請求項5、請求項6、請求項13、請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の光源装置と、
前記光源装置を収容する光学箱と、
を備え、
前記光学箱は、前記光源装置を構成する前記電気基板が取り付けられる取付け面と、
前記光源装置を構成する前記光源が取り付けられる基準面と、
を含み、
前記基準面は、前記取付け面と交差する方向に延びていることを特徴とする光走査装置。 - 像保持体に形成された静電潜像を現像して画像を形成する画像形成装置であって、
請求項4、請求項5、請求項6、請求項13、請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の光源装置と、
前記光源装置を収容する光学箱と、
を備え、
前記光学箱は、前記光源装置を構成する前記光源が取り付けられる基準面を含み、
前記基準面は、前記光源から射出される光ビームが前記光源装置を構成する前記電気基の法線方向と交差するように延びていることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
